Patrick staff amazing service Very helpful, He advised me sirloin steak which was so good and amazing french beans- very professional service

Nice place , Good Atmosphere and Brilliant staff but Food let the whole experience down a bit for me as I was the only vegetarian in my group . Other friends of mine with Meat options were happy with their food but I ordered Mushroom beans and it was pathetic and Food got very delayed , for which they gracefully took the price of one person down from the Total Bill . As I was vegetarian that day because I was going to my temple later , but I would like to go and try the Meat option again as the place looks nice and staff was very attentive.

Standards have severely dropped here. Two Managers gone within a short period as well as staff. Owners need to upskill and ensure staff are fully trained. Also pay decent salaries to those who are trying hard to maintain former standards.

It is poorly handled and its food is not worth its price. I do not recommend trying it

Poor service, staff not interested when we stated we weren’t happy with the food, we had Salmon Bernaise and Poulet Breton very small piece of Salmon a couple of Broccoli stems for veg and a meagre amount of sauce on the plate, the chicken was good, we substituted for triple cooked chips which were actually fries which obviously don’t work very well triple cooked that’s if they even were, it wasn’t busy but the service and interest of the staff was poor!!!

Booked a pre Christmas dinner here with friends. Table for 6 in the window. Very pleasant. Xmas menu was very good and wines to accompany were also good. Excellent place to meet friends not far from the hubub of Oxford St. and very convenient if you want to see the Xmas lights.

I tried the cream caramel balanced, excellent trick, but they closed the outdoor sessions, saying there was rain, but the weather was normal.

I recently booked a New Year’s celebration at St. Christopher’s Place, expecting a festive and leisurely evening similar to the one we enjoyed last year in Covent Garden. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we anticipated. Our reservation was for 10 p.m., and we were looking forward to enjoy a relaxed celebration. However, we were rushed through our meal in an unexpected manner. All four courses were brought to our table within the span of an hour, and by 11 p.m., the staff turned the lights on, signaling the end of our dining experience. This felt abrupt and completely out of sync with the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, my dessert was served with cinnamon—an ingredient I’m allergic to—which wasn’t listed on the menu. This oversight was concerning. As the evening progressed, we felt hurried out of the venue, with drinks left unfinished and the celebration effectively cut short. While I understand the staff might wanted to also celebrate, offering a meal at 10 p.m. should have come with the expectation that guests would be able to stay up until the New Year. Very disappointing!

Nice place but always crowded and during peak time they serve Lunch only not desserts and coffee or light food.

We had a tasty lunch at Cote. We only shared a starter, charcuterie board and beetroot and both were very good. Service was prompt and polite, it was very busy, obviously popular with families, friends and couples. Food quality was very good, the menu was varied with reasonable prices for the area. Cote is a large franchise, but it is nice to see that quality and service is at a good level here.

The taste of the cream is caramel.. Why is it good and the potatoes are not good at all...and the delay in taking the order..

The place is spacious and lively We ordered French toast with a white chocolate, bad in taste and burnt. The worst French toast I have ever tasted 0/10. It is clear from the picture that it is burnt. We told the Twitter and Hosters and they told us that this is how they serve it burnt, but in the pictures they publish it does not appear burnt at all. The coffee latte is excellent 8/10 Benedict egg with spinach The sauce is cream cheese. I did not like the Benedict. The sauce is supposed to be Dutch, not this thick, sticky sauce. 4/10 Scrambled eggs The taste is okay 6/1, but the presentation is bad. The appearance is not beautiful, as if he is saying, “I am ugly because I was made hastily and without care.”

Was taken to our table which was in the middle of a walkway. Staff member made apology for table explaining it will better once Christmas over. I was offered an alternative table when I was about to leave. Food as always was really good, let down my the poor service. Drinks arrived after starters, had to ask for cutlery and no plates given to eat starters. Overall not the best experience.

Very busy yesterday evening as expected but service was as good as usual. Food not quite up to the usual standard. First time at this branch and such a long convoluted walk to the toilets I might not come back!

I normally get the breakfast here but it was okay for somewhere to pop your head into and get a late lunch meal. I've had much better (and bigger) salmon though so that was a little disappointing. The staff and the setting were great though.

Despite being very busy the staff were reasonably attentive and fast. There were times though when we wondered if we’d be able to place our orders in. The cheese soufflé, steak tartare and fish were delicious. It was nice having a birthday dessert and sing song for the birthday girl.

Best alternative to expensive hotel breakfasts. Is a chain with several restaurants in London. Take all-inclusive breakfast. £16 for one of the cooked breakfasts, juice and coffee

A very quick visit for a coffee to escape the insanity of a busy Saturday on the surrounding streets. This was like a little sanctuary, super friendly service, coffee came quickly and was excellent and the outdoor heated seating under the Christmas decorations of St Christopher's square added a really nice ambiance. Thank you for the temporary visit to normality.

It is known to the Arabs for its distinctive creme caramel.

Excellent breakfast and service! I was there with my one year old daughter, and the waitresses were so friendly and accommodating. The kids menu is great and the baby changing room is also very clean and spacious.

Stopped for a quick bite whilst shopping The food was nice and both mains were generous. We were served by Patrick who made our experience pleasant. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed (thanks Patrick!)

Overall fantastic experience, great food speedy service and pleasant staff

A lovely place to dine and the food was great. The coffees were great too but we found there was a slight misunderstanding when the coffee came. I asked for vanilla syrup in my latte but it didn't come. The waitress said it had already been added into the coffee but I couldn't taste it at all. My sister asked for her iced coffee with milk on the side but it came already added into the coffee. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Everything was delicious.

Great table service. But …. The steak frites was overdone with the food server stating ‘that’s the way it comes’ despite a medium cook being requested, a sauce presented with a skin on top and cold broccoli steams on two dishes. Not sure it was worth the money.

I chose Cote in St Christopher's Place as a mid point location for me and a friend to meet for brunch but we were very disappointed with the quality of the food - we had a full English breakfast and a vegan breakfast. The service too was terrible even though the restaurant barely had any occupided tables. Neither of us will go there again which is a shame as we both like other Cote locations.

Rude reception service, and rarely any waiters outside. We had to go inside at the end to ask for our bill and lady at reception who also waitered had a temper . Food came in wrong order too and was not something special.. We probably had higher expectations.

It's a shame every time I come to them, I want coffee, and they tell me to spend it so they won't make us sit. Okay, so tell them, our order is only meals instead of going around.

So disappointing, love this restaurant but 2 days in a row I went in for desserts and drinks (as I love their dessert). Asked to sit outside and they said no. The 3rd time I went I took out my family for dinner and wanted to sit outside and still they said no. Each time it’s the same excuse “we are understaffed” when they’re were plenty of them. The other excuse is “we won’t be able to give you good service”. Very disappointing and rude. Sometimes I want to go there on my lunch break and want to have a peaceful time outside and clear my head before I head back to work. Instead of sitting inside in the loud environment. Will not be going back as it’s happened more than twice, such a shame because it was my go to.

We ordered Sunday roast with chicken on Sunday. Unfortunately, we got food poisoning in the evening. I am so sorry that I experienced something like this during my limited trip to London. It took all our energy. My boyfriend got sick first from the chicken. I got sick 3 hours after that. We threw up all night and it turned into diarrhea. Unfortunately, the chicken needs to be checked urgently. Please take this message into consideration.

Kamil, Kasia and team surpass in customer service. The team are so attentive and the food and drinks are always lovely. We were spoilt with complimentary drinks for my birthday (I received an email for this as I signed up for the Cote newsletter) and also received a yummy brownie with ice cream with happy birthday on it! How very lovely! Thank you Kamil, Kasia and team! We love coming here and it’s our favourite Cote. We cannot wait to return. 10/10 for the hardworking team!! They are an absolute asset to Cote!

This is our favourite Cote, Kamil (general manager), Kasia (front of house manager) and team all work so hard and are customer focused. Yesterday we visited to celebrate my birthday. Warmly welcomed by Kasia and shown to the table I’d requested online. We were given complimentary drinks (I’d received an email as I signed up for the Cote newsletter which I recommend doing) by Kamil (thank you again). We had the Prix Fixe menu which is great value for money. Between us we had the Salad au Bacon, Poulet Grille with optional upgrade of triple cooked chips, Kamil explained and apologised that as a supplier had let them down they could offer my friend pan fried salmon instead of mackerel which my friend had and we shared a chocolate mousse! All were delicious. I was further spoilt by a brownie, ice cream and candle on a dish saying happy birthday! Thank you it as do lovely. The team here are an absolute asset to Cote! Thanks again to Kamil, Kasia and the staff here, we cannot wait to return next year!

I have been coming here for years. The food is always excellent. The staff attentive and efficient. BUT, they still do not have WiFi. - it's been many months. Not good enough, considering every other restaurant and store in this location provides it. Otherwise I would have given 5*.

It was a very bad experience today from the staff. We came to the restaurant for dessert and coffee and were asked to go and come back after one hour as the restaurant was serving dinner. After waiting for one hour outside the restaurant, we came back and the manager told us in an aggressive manner that they are not serving dessert and refused to admit us inside the restaurant without expressing any apology to us. He said so although we told him that we were told to come back in an hour. Such behavior is not expected from a well known restaurant caring about the customers satisfaction. I am a frequent customer for this restaurant but this time I had to write this comment for the attention.

1st time at not the last lovely food bit pricey but hey ho It’s London Service charge 12.5% not to my liking however as we got 5 different waiters what the heck

The branch is very bad, especially in terms of receiving guests, especially from Ms. Kasha, she is very rude and has bad manners. She let us wait for a long time she was pretending that she talking on the phone and just ignored us

Amazing food amazing service. Not my favourite Cote of London in terma of decor (The ones at Soho, Sloane Square, Marylebone and Mayfair are the most impressive) but still a beautiful atomosphere. The food delicious and great value as always!

Great service, lovely food and vibes!

We always eat here in the St Christopher's Place Cote Brasserie when in London. We have enjoyed over the years, breakfasts, lunches and dinners here. Without exception each visit has been made special by the team here. When we (as this time), take friends here they are completely won over and return too! We always love trying out the seasonal cocktails which are always made beautifully and a perfect start to our meal. The wine list is comprehensive with prices to suit all budgets. The service we had by Patrick was outstanding, he guided us through the specials menu and also the main one too. His advice was appreciated and we all chose well, and enjoyed delicious meals, some had starters, all had main dishes and some had dessert with coffee, one person had the cheese board which had a fantastic range of cheeses all served at peak condition. Servings were generous and beautifully presented, Patrick made sure we were happy with each course and ensure our glasses were replenished discretely and ensured there was fresh water on our table when we had nearly come to the end of the carafe. This was a special occasion as we had not met our friends in London for a while and Patrick was perfect in making our lunch special and memorable. He is an absolute credit to Cote and we hope to see him again on our next visit. Thank you for all the team and we look forward to trying the Autumn/Winter menu on our next trip. Jill & Warren

Delicious beans on the breakfast plates

This is an excellent restaurant and provides very good food and service in an interesting area. We had a window seat and were attended to by a delightful waitress but I am afraid I have mislaid her name. She made sure that everything we needed was attended to. We will be back!

My go to place to eat when in London food is so tasty & we'll presented. Would fully recommend!

A discovery and we confirm that the Côte is worth the detour for the quality of the menu but also the welcome and the service.

The portions are very small and the service, although friendly, was not great. We had to ask several times for water, chase drinks and even getting cutlery. Nowhere near as good as local Cote restaurants

Came here to celebrate my bday with a friend and I am so glad I did. The food so absolutely delicious. So flavourful. I highly recommend the Tomato Soup as a starter and the Poulet Frite as a main [both from the Prix Fixe Menu]. The mushroom sauce that comes with it the chicken was so yummy. Last but not least, the Crepe Cerise, which is so rich. The waiters were attentive to our need and conversed with us when needed. They had great humour too. I would definitely come back.

Cote is one of the better chains with decent French food and excellent wine. This branch is in a fun upmarket location. Excellent service. Relaxed atmosphere. On a balmy evening we were able to sit outside. Very good steak frites. The fixed menu is particularly good value.

Many visits to branches of Cote in the UK..this is by far the best ! Food was top class, and great prices for such sublime food cooked beautifully. Service was the best I've known with special thanks to the manager who was obliging, knowledgeable and his exceptional service made a huge difference and I'll gladly recommend this branch to others .. Food was better than some famous eateries with better service and choice for less money Some meals are never forgotten and this was one due to the staff and management

So happy we chose this restaurant on our night out. The food, atmosphere and service were all amazing. We had the scallops and calamari for our starters, then the fish stew and belly of pork for our mains. For dessert the chocolate fondant and crème brûlée. All the food was delicious and well presented. The raspberry mojitos are so nice. Such good value for money and we will definitely be back.

Very rude i was asking for out door table under the shades for a dessert, the responsible person was refusing to give me a table because it is raining even though there are shades and there are people sitting, however i was insisting to sit so he was unhappy with that decision, he want inside the restaurant and came back to me saying that by the way the dessert is not available. I really felt offended by this behavior i would not recommend any one to go to this place again

The food is always fantastic (as in all Côte), there is also the possibility of eating out (the street is very pretty), gluten free menu. It's a shame that the staff were very careless and absent, we waited almost an hour because they had forgotten to send the order, even after asking for the bill twice we had to go to the cashier to pay because no one brought it to us.

The staff were very professional and respectful. They took my order promptly; however, I found it a little cold with all of the doors open with uk 20c as the wind came in. They took a long time between the starter and main course. However, this is better than delivering the main course while still eating the starter. They cooked my steak incorrectly; however, they insisted to cook a new one which was then perfect. The staff were nice. But I will go to other cote locations in the future.

I came for coffee and desert, it was so good. However, if you’re looking for the crème caramel desert, ask when they’re available as most times its sold out.

Bad service and one of the workers inside wasnt helpful and he was not friendly! Sadly because it was one of my fav spots for a Crème Brûlée. Wont come back again.

The crepes were cold. They did not look as if they had been made on the premises from scratch the other food was good and the service was ery good. Restaurant was noisy

Rube and inappropriate comments by staff Abid. He’s I obnoxious and seem to think he can make inappropriate comments to the patrons. He even consumes food whilst clients are still dining and the Spanish waiting staff who seem to be the senior waiting staff seem to have no control over this artonant rude staff.

I went to the first branch on the road. It was crowded. I left it and went to the other branch. Unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance

Wonderful service and their steak fries with Bearnaise sauce is delicious and try the truffle chips.This time the service went AWOL due to IT issues but the management by my brothers was exemplary. My best friend & I celebrated her birthday here on Saturday. I reserved a table & as I arrived early I was offered a choice of a few tables. The staff were warm & welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The lady who was front of house (pretty with blond short hair and not in uniform) and Monica our waitress were fantastic and gave us a complementary glass of Cremant on my friend’s arrival for her birthday which was lovely. This is our 2nd visit to this Cote. We will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us and made our visit special.

We went there for creame caramel.....its out special day and waitress divya made it very special by attending us very nicely ...we really enjoyed it..

The worst service of any restaurant in London. Twenty minutes for them to come and take an order. Missed the drinks off the order when it arrived. Dirty plates left sitting on our table for twenty minutes: tried to get their attention to get some coffees and a surly waiter who couldn’t be bothered to listen said he would come back when he could; the steak was under cooked: won’t be returning to this branch again. The Marylebone high street staff are much friendlier and infinitely more professional.

I am a regular visitor to this branch, but will think twice next time, beyond disappointing! Waiters weren’t interested in serving us, spent time chatting at the front desk, no attentiveness or care - go elsewhere!

Many gluten free options. They understand the subject, so celiacs can rest easy. A pregnant blonde girl waited on us and patiently explained everything we could eat. She is an excellent waitress. Everything is highly recommended, especially the duck.

This branch's dealings are completely opposite to the Marlowe City branch. I didn't like how they dealt with us. We took coffee, very ordinary, and the cream caramel we came for. It was sweet but not worth the fuss. The fondue was delicious and the madeleine cake was fresh, but unfortunately the branch was not comfortable.

Only one complaint and that was the welcome we received. Two empty tables outside. I requested the table by the door, advised it was reserved for a party at 6pm, but we could have the one by the construction work. I said we also have a reservation at 6pm - 1st come 1st served, but apparently you can request location of your table! We ended up sitting indoors even though the table outside sat empty for about 20 mins. Very disappointing

I came for vegan burger which i used to have when i visit it was very delicious and girl divya she is very kind and gentle. I love the way of warmth of welcoming her.

Have been to cote a few times and never been disappointed last night we had an unplanned dinner. The food was very good (I had the sea bass followed chocolate mousse, husband had pork belly followed crème Brûlée) and the rose wine nice and cold! What impressed me the most was the outstanding service all waiters were friendly and helpful

These guys shouldn’t have a license to serve food. Worst meal and service we had for our week in London. Bad food, almost half the salat wasn’t edible, the beer and wine was warm and served in dirty glasses and the waiters just hung around and talkes to each other without paying attention to the guests’ needs. Also used lure prices outside the restaurant, for meals that they didn’t serve. High service fee as well, so all in all a very very bad experience.

Had an amazing dining experience at COTE thanks to our server, Divya. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Her friendly service made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!
