Cottage Fish Bar in Sheffield

I have been using the shop for several years it is 3 miles from where I live and one has opened in my village but I still use this one. The best fish you will get anywhere then add the lovely people who cook the fish & chips and serve you well you won’t get better

The fish is the best in the area , my mum always looks forward to them on Fridays , just keep doing whatever it is you do as there’s non anywhere to beat them

It is excellent value for the freshest of fish and very good chips. I have 8 or 9 closer chippies but the extra drive is always worth it. Staff are so helpful and cheery even after a trip to Dublin and enjoying the black stuff to their limits lol

Been using this chippy for years, never had a bad meal. Staff are lovely and friendly, fish is always fresh and flakey, chips spot on and the curry sauce is gorgeous! Brilliant, really good value for money. 10/10!

Fish supper purchased for OAP The small special was enormous . Lovely white tasty cod and crispy chips . It was delicious . Staff very friendly too .Clean premises .

Been here twice and had a special both times, good value decent meals you get small fish, chips, curry/gravy/peas and sausage/rissole/fishcake. for £3.50. Unfortunately the sausage was the usual cheap horrid fish shop type, the rest was fine.

The staff are welcoming and their chips are always on point. The meal deals are great value to. Just wish they'd post their opening times on Google as they can be hard to catch open.

Had the 'Special' a few times now, good quality, value and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit.

Used to be great especially sausages but turned out they are nothing but bullies towards hidden disability. Should be closed for their sudden bad attitudes.

It's not the best chippy doesn't look clean and I wouldn't eat from here again. Staff are nice but it could do with a re vamp.

Been time and time again always happy and friendly. The food is second to none I have a chip shop on the end of our road which is a min walk but would much rather travel to here for quality of the food.
