Warm, friendly service with the best Danish pastries I have ever eaten. My granddaughter devour her ice cream, claiming it to be super delicious! Would highly recommend a visit to this excellent café.

It does exactly what it says! It's a cosy little cafe. The staff are friendly, and the place welcoming and clean. The place does not have any pretensions to a fancy menu, but the food served is very nice.

We called in today as we saw they had homemade soup and we weren’t disappointed!! The potato and leek soup tasted amazing and the roll that came with it was huge. Friendly staff, great customer service & great value for money. Two very satisfied customers 😁

What a great way to start our day - at the Cosy Kitchen. Very friendly staff, a hot full English breakfast using fresh ingredients and value for money. Take away cakes were also delicious and very reasonable.

We had wonderfully freshly baked sausage rolls and scones still warm from the oven. Friendly staff, clean and cozy. Well worth a visit after walking up and down the cobbled streets for an excellent cup of tea.

Intended visit to Rye Always use this cafe as a stop over when driving the coastal route. Small, clean, friendly and they make a wonderful mug of Yorkshire tea! Had a bacon sandwich as well 😋 yummy.

Well, we start with the Big disappointment, the waitress tells us that 40% of the main dishes are not available. Ok it's December 27 and everything closes on the 25th and 26th. However I had booked by email and we were informed that there would only be a restricted card. We were also the only ones eating that evening. So we took 2 starters for 4 and 4 hamburgers, the only meat dishes available. It was pretty good, especially the starters. We also had 2 very ordinary gin and tonics, not even a slice of lemon or orange. I also had a warm brownie with melted chocolate, vanilla ice cream and blueberries. Just fabulous! Certainly to do again on an ordinary day. Personally, if I were the owner, I would have offered a tasting menu for 4.
