Crazy For Pasta in Hammersmith and Fulham

Ordered meatballs and pasta on Uber Eats. The meatballs had weird taste and texture. Which looks like the £1 meatballs you can buy in a corner shop. They left me feeling pshycially sick. Pasta was raw and not cooked. For £15 I expected a lot better quality. I won't be ordering from this resturant again.

I ordered from this place a few times on Deliveroo because it was really good the first two times but the last two times it’s not been great, they gave me a free item as I had spent over 20 pounds and it was a jet black burnt pastry, the garlic bread felt stale and was dry and then the last time I ordered which was today they literally didn’t put any truffle or seasoning that they usually do in the truffle and Italian sausage sauce for the pasta very 50/50 with this place it’s either really good or the food comes awful

First of all, I don’t understand why this restaurant has bad reviews. Their pasta is truly authentic and their portions are massive. My boyfriend doesn’t usually like stone baked pizza but he really enjoyed this restaurant’s pizza. I also wanted to give a big thanks to the restaurant for being so swift with their response online with me when there was a problem with the delivery driver. You can really count on their service !!

Don't order through Uber Eats. Ordered, waited 40 minutes and order was cancelled.

10/10 mocha- unlike any other coffee I’ve had in London. The pasta is authentic and reasonably priced. The pasta alla norma is my fave. The tomato sauce they use is perfectly savoury 🤌

Came here after being recommended it at work and it was a good quality place. Nothing blew me away but the pasta is of decent quality just wish there was more protein within the meal.

Pasta's very good, generous portions well presented. Very reasonable pricing. And actually hilarious replies to negative comments. I can picture the characters running this place... I have to give 5 stars review for the sake of fairness but I was tempted leaving 1 star just to witness the violent comeback. Thanks for our great lunches guys!

My wife placed an online order almost 2 weeks ago order but never received the pasta, couldn't get a reply from them either so they basically just stole my money Order 1176 for the record Surprised how remarkably fast this business reply rudely to public 1 star review but ignore customer emails Edit: shop owner finally replied to my email threatening to withhold my payment for the undelivered pasta unless I remove my 1-star review... Incredibly unprofessional and rude, it's a small amount but still will open a claim with my bank out of principle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered very expensive Italian food in good faith from this place. All I got was a cheap disgusting Burger. I gave the wrong food immediately back to the driver, but never got the food that I ordered and paid for. A real rip off and scam. I’m a strict vegan and my specific dietary requirements were not met. OUTRAGEOUS The restaurant refused any responsibility, replacement or refund. 😡 😡 😡 THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON FACTS: I was charged for food that I have never received and instead of apologising the restaurant now blames and discredit others for his evident shortcomings and for failing to deliver the ordered and paid food with the necessary duty of care and diligence.Simply the height of bad taste

Hi, I am very disappointed with their costumer service. I never write about any company but this time I felt I have to, the way they are speaking with online customers are terrifying. I have ordered some sausages and unfortunately they arrived bad, the smell from the box and the package all slimy. I would never in my life leave a bad review! But the last message sent by them to me it’s disgusting.

Ordered from the Acton branch Ordered for takeout, I had the cacio e Pepe and it was delicious. There was a slight mistake with the order and the restaurant went out of their way to resolve it. I really appreciate it, thank you. Will definitely be ordering

Very generous portion, pasta was nice but sauce is very poor! I had the sausage and tomato one and it was quite sour. There was barely any meat too.

Yummy delicious truffle carbonara!

I was charged for the wrong item, which was more expensive than my order. Staff then put my coffee in a takeaway cup without asking, and poured it back into a coffee cup when I asked. The coffee was also very bitter and tasted burnt.

The best pasta restaurant I’ve ever come across ! I highly recommend the wild garlic mushroom pasta and the arrabiatta pasta. The staff here are amazing and the customer is always a 10/10 . I work in the area and always have the excitement of having my lunch here. I just ordered from Uber eats and the standard still remains the same !!❤️

Local pasta joint with fresh and delicious food. Very friendly service. Sense that a lot of the negative reviews are either scams or about takeaway. All I can say is that it is always a pleasure to eat in there.

I had my family from Italy over for xmas. I needed some fresh authentic Italian pasta. I tried this lovely place for the first time and ordered 1.2kg of ricotta and spinach ravioli. DELICIOUS! Everybody said "they taste like the ones we have in Italy"

I have just ordered through Uber eats: Cacio e pepe Tiramisu Garlic bread. What did I receive? Cacio e pepe and a bacon sandwich?????? WHERE IS GARLIC BREAD AND TIRAMISU I PAID FOR?? Ordered from Ubereats many times. It was used to be good, now it's just inedible. The pasta tastes like it has been frozen and reheated in the microwave. It's all stuck together with barely any sauce. They never provide cutlery. And they never refund the money. The pasta is always drenched in oil, and the sauce tasted acidic like it had gone bad a week ago.

We always get delivery from here when we crave pasta, and it never disappoints. the carbonara and amatriciani are our usual and they are delicious with plenty of sauce and meat. Incredibly value for money too!

I found a maggot in my pasta. Hoping it was just the one and I didn't accidentally eat any! My colleague took a picture as I was too disgusted to do it myself.

I’ve been ordering with Crazy for pasta via Uber regularly. In the beginning, the food and everything was fine. Couple last times there were no cutleries added even though I requested them. Once they sent me regular carbonara even though I ordered truffle carbonara which costs a couple of pounds more. And today again they sent flat pancakes only with Nutella even though I paid extra for fruits. That was the last time I ordered with Crazy for pasta, they’re getting worse and worse

I ordered on deliveroo, a disappointment, from the other reviews I thought it would be wonderful, maybe I had a bad day, but my order was a carbonara, the smell was horrible, the smell of old fat, when I went to mix the pasta, it was completely drenched in oil, impossible to eat. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. 17 pounds thrown away. disappointed

Since we’ve come across this place we don’t cook pasta at home anymore! Their pasta is delicious, the sauces are tasty and rich and portions very generous. The carbonara is the best I’ve ever had and I’m Italian! Everybody in there is extremely welcoming. Very much advise it for breakfast, lunch and aperitivo!

We have ordered their carbonara Roman Style via UberEats many times and we love their food every time we ordered. It was the best Italian food in town. We both finished our whole boxes without reheating the food and they were still hot when arrived. We were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Thank you very much to the premium chefs in the restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

I'd give 3.5 stars, not 4. We ordered the amatriciana and wild garlic mushroom pasta, both with penne pasta. The wild garlic mashroom were okay, not very good though, to creamy and not a lot of wild garlic flavor, the mushrooms were good. The amatriciana was good, nice creamy with the burrata. Both were aldente on arrival. We got something for free in our order, but it smelled bad.

Do NOT order from this place- they accepted our order and just strung is along for an hour before we realised the food was not coming. Whoever had that last shift and just decided not to actually prepare an order given 30 minutes to closing should be fired. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Ordered from deliveroo, found a hair on my pasta( it was a different colour to my own hair so it’s definitely not my own hair) so obviously had to throw it away. I checked the hygiene rating and it’s 3 stars… should be less.

First time ordering from here - and was not disappointed. Food arrived quickly, portion size was perfect, great pricing, and fresh ingredients. I now have another place to favorite on Deliveroo when I want a quick pasta lunch or dinner - and will definitely be ordering from here weekly.

I’ve placed dozens of orders from Crazy For Pasta on Deliveroo over the past year. However, after many poor experiences, tonight’s will be the last. When the food is delivered quickly, it tastes good, which is the reason I’ve been a loyal customer. However, recently all my orders have taken forever to arrive and, by the time they do, the pasta is cold and congealed. Even though it says “10-20 mins” on the app, it usually takes nearer an hour. For context, I live about 5 mins away from their kitchen. It seems they just can’t cope with the demand. Today, I ordered their “Classica” dish, which is supposedly suitable for vegetarians. As I began eating it, as a lifelong vegetarian, I was really upset to find that it contained pieces of meat. I’ve attached a photo showing one of these pieces, but discovered more as I sifted through the pasta. This prompted me to check their hygiene rating; I was very disappointed to see that it is only a 3 out of 5, which indicates there is fairly significant room for improvement. Ew, gross 🤢 To conclude, if you value quality and hygiene, there are better options than Crazy For Pasta - it’s just not worth the risk.

I discovered this place just today and let me say that, above the fact that the pasta was amazing (on deliveroo they give you the choice to pick the type of pasta you want with different sauces), fresh and very well cooked as also the quantity and quality were great, they gave us a treat as thank you for the purchase. I found it really thoughtful and personal. In this crazy times is always better to support small indipendent businesses and this one really deserve it! Thank you again Crazy Pasta!

Incredible pasta! We always order takeaways and its been great everytime. Fresh, always hot and really delicious. Have tried most of their dishes on the menu and enjoyed all of them. Better than most pasta dishes I have had in restaurants let alone takeaway.

While Brick Lane didn't treat us too well on our last visit (with our car getting impounded), same couldn't be said for the heaving, busy and actually quite fascinating food market! With some great options! This is a part of town, we haven't explored too much so the sight of pasta in a 'Cheese Wheel' at Crazy For Pasta was an easy sell!! Excellent pasta made on the spot. We had a delicious pasta with mushrooms. You take the box with you as there is no real place to sit (two stools for emergency). Tasty and authentic.
