The service and atmosphere was excellent! The presentation of the dish was great too. I was about one of the first customers so everything was clean and I received my food in a timely manner. The price was very fair for the amount of food that you get, you can easily split a waffle in four and everyone would get a small snack, or if you split it in half, that's a good size meal for two. I ate one by myself because I didn't know the waffle would be so big and also I'm a fat*ss American. Three stars because the quality of the ingredients didn't live up to the expectations. The waffle was okay as well as the ice cream, nothing to write home about. The mango bubble tea was good. I think this place has a lot of potential if they up the quality of the ingredients a bit, and add more staff for faster service when it gets busy.

Popped in here last Week, had a great time with the family, we all ordered different things as there is so much choice. Was served by a member of staff Dan I think his name was, really lovely guy friendly and welcoming and helpful with what we should order and I must say he made geat suggestions. 10/10 for service 10/10 for food and a 10/10 for Dan on the suggestions, the tiramisu hot pocket was a great shout

This was my first time trying Creams Cafe and I loved it! Incredibly delicious desserts! Couldn't wait to get home so I could dig in and it was worth the wait! Special thank you to Matah, your positive attitude really made my day and I appreciate the laughs! Highly recommend trying this place out, especially the cookie dough! Can't wait to come back! 10/10!

We went there today and the staff were actually quite nice. We ordered an Milk cookie dough and the Royale Crepe. The cookie dough was very nice and choclatey enjoyed that a lot. The strawberry ice cream was very nice too. However the the Crepe was not nice tasted like it the raw batter n hardly had any filling, the top was decorated very nice but the taste was not it. She did replace it and we told her to cook it more however she made it the same and my sister left it (maybe it was because of the time and they wanted to go home, but I’m not sure). However the staff were co operative and cookie dough was nice.

The food was excellent especially the waffles, the value for money is far better than a dessert from a typical restaurant. The service was good, but we did have to wait a rather long time for a slice of cheesecake when my waffle had already arrived over 5 minutes ago. Other than that it's a nice little place inside the shopping centre. Despite the music being a touch too loud the overall experience was worth it and would definitely go again.

Everyone’s food was cold. Pretty sure they just heat waffles in a microwave. My friend asked for two things to be substituted which caused unnecessary confusion amongst the staff. The chocolate sauce wasn’t nice at all, it should just be Nutella instead of cheap chocolate. The Ferrero Roche was frozen and not even heated up, it tasted extremely stale. It wasn’t worth it but I ate since I paid it.

We came from Edinburgh a little trip to Manchester. We had breakfast here. My Son had the Oreo cookie crepe and loved. I had the bbq chicken hot pocket and husband had chicken fiesta crunch pocket which were very different and lovely! Packed with flavour! Staff were friendly and the whole place was very funky and clean! It made our Manchester trip extra special.

I visited Creams on Wednesday 16th September and had a wonderful experience. I tried the new Winter desserts - the 'toasty treats' and they were amazing! Saira and the team were super friendly and so personable! Will definitely be back again

Lovely little hang out spot with quite an extensive menu of hot and cold drinks, gelato, hot desserts. Service was very good, we were seated by a very polite, bubbly host.

I got the milk chocolate crepes with banana and strawberry, the milk chocolate had a very weird taste. It was so little compared to the crepes size and didn’t cover them well ( few drops of chocolate). We asked for more chocolate although they added it, the server wasn’t very friendly & helpful. The chocolate had the weirdest taste.

I’ve been to a few Creams branches, and this is no exception. We came on a Saturday afternoon and felt like having ice cream after playing at the virtual game experience. There is a wide selection of food offered at Creams from sweet to savoury, however the sweet menu is much larger. There is a big variety of ice cream served at Creams. The quality of the ice cream is amazing, and each one is very flavourful - I’ve nearly tried them all! You are allowed to have a taste of upto 3 flavours if you can’t decide which one to buy. My friend and got a variety of flavours as we found it difficult to decide which one was best :D The waffles are also delicious. They’re not too crunchy or too soft, and I like how the servers are generous with the toppings. If you want a specific amount of toppings on your desert, they will happily do that for you. Definitely come to Creams if you want to satisfy that sweet tooth!

The Summer Scran Fest offer from Creams was buy one get one free on Crispy Ice Cream Curls. At £4.75 per portion, it wasn’t even worth the half price my friend and I technically paid each. The ice cream was boring, plain soft serve, livened a little by some sprinkles and chocolate sauce…but the ‘curls’…they were listed as crispy pastry rolls, but hard and stale-like would be how I’d describe them. Worst dessert I’ve had in a long time.
