Very good shop and very nice people in here every one should come and try it out

no effort making this it was plain with literally nothing on the waffle very disappointing. it's all about them taking your money.

Lovely food, ordered a cookie dough and a brownie was 10/10. Lovely servers and quick service too.

Very good ice cream and amazing Nutella waffle!

Came today with my partner… I love the fact that the shop is open plan the loaded shake went down a treat

Never had this before the waffle was covered in toffee sauce way too much the apparently thick shake was like drinking water the whole thing melted

Really expensive with what it is

Ordered twice from here on justeat in the last 3 days and spend just over £60 in 2 orders. I ordered the rainbow cake for my daughter but the 1st order was quite stale and she couldn't eat it then tonight thought I would give them another go and even left a note explaining the last order, the slice was stale so can they please double check it bit tonight they have took the mick because my daughter just got a spoon and opened it and it is rock hard. Not stale, rock hard. It's like touching a brick even the frosting is hard. Tried ringing them but even though it was only 1 min past 10, no one answered because they shut at 10 which is very unprofessional when they have deliveries out. Disgusting service so be aware

Clean , friendly place, best milkshakes in blackpool I also had the new crookiewich I highly recommend and was a reasonable price.

Pedimos un bolsillo caliente de banoffee y bolsillo caliente de manzana especiada, con helado y bebida caliente de banoffee. Deliciosa. Lo que también destaca es lo limpio que está el lugar y el servicio muy cálido, amable y eficiente.

Vine aquí la semana pasada y tan decepcionado con el servicio al cliente. yo y mi hija entramos y traté de tomar un menú antes de sentarme la señora vino enojado y me dijo que me sentara primero. Ella simplemente me dio el menú y se quedó en el escritorio sin tomar mi pedido durante unos 15 minutos, seguí mirándola para venir, pero nada o incluso nunca me dijo que pagara en la hasta que ni siquiera estaba ocupado, ninguno de los otros dos hombres incluso nos miró a ninguno de nosotros demasiado ocupado haciendo que los postres ni siquiera nos miraron. El servicio al cliente es inexistente aquí el ambiente era terrible y estoy molesto porque esto solía ser una gran heladería. la gente que trabaja aquí es tan triste y no sonríe nunca volveré Pagué £ 20 por 2 helados que no sabían bien y ni siquiera pudimos terminarlos es como si la gente que trabaja allí no quiere estar allí

Bad service got the order all wrong and desserts were poorly presented. over priced for the size of potion we had

Over priced, bland, tastes cheap and awful. Donuts are just reheated and cheap, the cookie dough tastes chemically and tiny for the price. Trying to get a refund.

Good price for the sundaes. 2 choices for £3.45. Strawberry and chocolate or Black Forest. I had the Black Forest. While it tasted great, I'd say it was basically vanilla ice-cream with chocolate sauce and biscuit pieces. No cherry sauce or cherries as you'd obviously expect from a black Forest sundae. I was very disappointed but otherwise the sundae was nice.

I ordered rolo with cream expecting it to be blended in with my sundae, didn't happen instead a packet of rolos and tub of cream if that's what I wanted I'd of gone to a shop and it was all over the show last time I order another shitehole in Blackpool typical

I ordered a chocolate sundae through Just-Eat, which came to over £13. My food showed as being delivered, all well and good. But it wasn’t delivered to my house! I then tried calling them three times and no-one answered. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs if you want to receive your order.

Me and my friend went to cremes today to get some ice-creme and was lovely unfortunately there was some creepy men who were working that were hitting on me and my friend and I felt very uncomfortable and so did she and we left feeling terrified.....

Amazing caramel frap & white chocolate cookie dough desert, highly recomend although my waist line would disagree :0)

Great experience as always. Had an amazing fruit kebab. Good price. Served by a really friendly young lady. Was raining so not very busy but was made to feel very welcome.

Lots of choice on the menu, only a couple of people in here tho and it’s a weekend! Quite expensive, but i guess that’s expected

I’ve been here a few times, every other time has been amazing , today I sent my waffle back 2 times as the inside wasn’t cooked , it was dough , they were quite rude the staff to , woudnt recommend. Ended up leaving and not eating it . (Pictures below )

This place looks great from the outside but it is very overpriced. We had 2 milkshakes, a crepe and a cookie dough and were nearly £30. Milkshakes weren’t anything fancy for the price (and for cream it cost more) and the cookie dough was a few cookies squashed into a plate which were burnt underneath.

my lotus waffle had chocolate sauce on instead of the lotus biscoff sauce, I don't like chocolate, especially advent calendar chocolate, went straight in bin. was also missing a £3 bottle of coke!!

Bought a doughnut box, received the most abysmal doughnuts seen to man kind, just a box of ring doughnuts that you could get cheaper on the prom with some utterly trash chocolate sauce on top that tasted as if it was watered down. Will not order from here again and recommend if anyone is after any doughnuts just walk round the block this establishment is on you'll find cheaper better tasting and fresh doughnuts there.

Visited for the first time last night food was amazing and big portions Would definitely go back again.
