Always decent food. Good service.

I usually get my morning coffee here and never have an issue with the service but this morning I was served by someone called Simone who was just completely abrupt and not welcoming at all, she appeared visibly annoyed and was having a go at another staff member who has always been good to customers. I left the store and realised that Simone also gave me the wrong change!

I regularly visit this branch and I must say my expectations are always held high thanks to the amazing staff who work here. They really make my day with their happy, quick, and thoughtful service they provide! Special thanks to Sadika,Daniela,Mahdi.

We had a fantastic meal at Concerto. The cake was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Sadika was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Her service really elevated the whole experience.Also her lady boss was very nice to the team and customers Highly recommend!

always prefer Coffe concerto while working because of their ready to serve policy as it saves my time and food is tasty. Service wise it has very helpful staff members. Specially I want to mention Deniela& Sadika . They are very good at their job. Keep it up…..

Compared to other branches of CC -I'm thinking Haymarket- this does not compare. The espresso was mediocre and the very expensive (£14) chocolate fondant was second rate, compared to the one I had previously in Central London. It was a lukewarm brownie smothered in Nutella. Not good.

I would like to say a massive “THANK YOU” to TUSHAR (inside mall) what a gentleman, he’s service is 1st Class and I can say that with up most confidence, he put the biggest smile on my little girls face with he’s service which is priceless. He totally understood the Parliamentary debate I was having with my 5 year old girl on what ice cream she should get so she can finish it, which she never does 😂 just to let you Tushar she finished it all for the first time ever 🤣 5🌟 Service Keep it up

Had a meal here and the food tasted good. The chicken was slightly over cooked as it was tough. We were served by Gunjan. Gunjan was courteous. After we paid the bill, I requested a hot chocolate to takeaway, I was told the bar was busy and it would not be possible.

I ordered a glass of their house Prosecco with peach syrup. Very nice and great service

Came here 2 days on the bounce. Day 1 some drinks and cakes before ABBA. I did think the cake was expensive, until I saw the size of the portion and it was great. 4 of us went in on both days, second morning we went for breakfast. Full English breakfast is really nice and one of our party enjoyed their omelette.

As a regular customer of cafe concerto,this time I am really sad and not satisfied with the service provided by the one of the staff of concerto westfield street branch.The way they talk and given services was not as expected and not even good.(Just one staff only)

I was part of a small group of 3 girls having a coffee catch up at your cafe yesterday. After hearing good things, I was particularly excited to have coffee and cake here. Unfortunately, my visit was very mediocre and underwhelming. We had ordered hot drinks, unfortunately my cappuccino was far from hot, which is necessary during the colder months. Secondly, my friend's honey vanilla latte had no coffee in it, and frankly tasted as if it was made of milk and honey. After speaking to the server, she had bought a shot of espresso which was appreciated, but frankly was not made to order. We had desserts, with 2 of the three being enjoyable. I had ordered the new york roll, which was cold, dry and appeared to have been stale. I had then emailed their customer service, and to one reply asking which branch and have not heard from them since our visit two weeks ago. Definitely not worth it!

The staffs over here were amazing on there service.. really good at their job. Recommended for a break while shopping.

I always have an amazing time here after shopping the pornstars are one of the best I’ve ever tasted and happy hour is so cheap. You will get tipsy because the drinks are so strong. Tushar was prompt and made my drinks well and a very nice person. Thank you.

The coffee was horrible and when went to make it again it still was not good. Also staff took very long to serve us.

Tiramisu was tasteless.I couldn't taste coffee just cream. Cappuccino was less than average £14 for coffee and cake is too much. Service was slow. Tables are too close to each other.you can't move.i won't be going again.

The food was rubbery, bland, pancakes didn’t taste fresh, the granola seemed like a mashed up granola bar, every part of the meal seemed budget

So how this place was suggested to us when visiting Stratford and from a distance it looked reputable… from the outside at least. This very very quickly changed upon entering, staff members all gathering around the bar like a group of thugs ignoring customers. We waited an amount of time just to he acknowledged and when we did it, we were stared at like we had interrupted the most important conversation of their life. The Indian waitress (pictured) could not have seemed less interested in her job as if she had been forced to work here for the last 20 years. - Stuck us on the dirtiest closest table possible when we suggested the nice sofa in the corners it was like we had asked for her yearly salary. Absolutely diabolically rude and muttering under her breath. Threw the menus on the table, walked away. And no one came back to us for 15 minutes, long after we had chosen and attempted to make eye contact. We had to ask at the counter ourselves. - To which they tried to charge us a service charge! The floor was soaking with water over the floor next to our table (pictured), no wet floor sign and no care to clean it- literally some tissue, mop would have done it. Later they brought the drinks, shaking the table and spilling it all over the side of the cup in front of us, no cleaning tissues provided or apologies. To which they then said the drink they had just sold me 10 minutes ago is actually not available and then walked off? I had to approach them again and remind them I had already bought it! Where's the solution given?!. The smoothie was sour and bitter tasting, the coffee nothing different from a Costa or Nero (which I would highly suggest going to over here) The waitress then sat in her phone the entire time we were there and clearly was not her break time. Overall, a really dreadful experience, this place is like a pile of rubbish wrapped up nicely in fake flowers. The contents is still the same. Rubbish.

Coffee was very very average. Food hasn't come as we have been waiting for 40 mins after order. We asked for checking, the waitress helped and told us that during busy hours, normally it takes 1 hr food waiting time!!! Waitress was being nice and helpful actually. Food quality was just ok though. Not bad but not good either.

Tried to buy a takeaway away birthday cake but was denied because I was holding a small calm dog.

Not recommended. Staff very unfriendly especially the tall guy who gave us dirty table, refuse to give us table outside, weather was nice but they don’t care much, he just waved and said that outside is closed. Then he gave us table inside, dirty from the people before, I asked him to clean so he came with a dry cloth to clean sticky table… when I asked him to bring spray he send a lady that didn’t know if that’s the table she was sent to so I took the cloth and the spray and cleaned it myself. I will not go there again, when I asked for QR code for review the staff acted like they don’t speak English like then can’t understand what I was saying. Definitely not a place where we’ll go again.

A Parisian style cafe just next to westfields Stratford. They have a very good choice of breakfasts. Service was ok, but food was lovely and promptly arrived.

Absolutely terrible ,sold a spoiled with expired cream ! I came back to store to return the cake we could even eat , the assistant took the cake agreed that the cream looks bad and said to call customer are for immediate refund , still no call or email back from them ! No refund no reply from customer care ! No dates on cakes to show when they’ve been displayed or produced so for all we know we might be eating days old cakes

The Saffron Dolche was Awesome. But the guy served us was very disrespectful to us. If I am not wrong The guy name was Tushar. Okay at the beginning He was talking on his phone, and he realised there’s a customer at the shop He came to us keep talking on his phone and served us with his phone as well. This is really ungrateful to customer. At least you should give respect to your customers. Overall the food is awesome.

🔹The Braised Lamb Shank with mashed potatoes is ok but there is a very cheap gravy in the dish. 🔹And the Grilled Salmon Steak with baby potato is very fat and oily. Would not recommend it. 🔹The Cocktail with jin “Lucid Dream” - with a very artificial taste and cheap ingredients. - I would not recommend it. 🔹Nada Colada - tastes cheap as well. ➕the portions are pretty big. The Caffe Concerto in London receives praise for its elegant ambiance and delightful array of pastries and coffee. Many reviews in Google highlight the restaurant's charming decor and attentive service, making it a pleasant spot for a relaxed coffee break or light meal. And I agree for all that. Some waiters (some man) need to work a bit to learn the menu. ➕Except Gunjan (she was amazing) But in general (thanks terrace) it’s 4* place. I enjoyed eating outside in summer when the weather was perfect. Good luck for this place🤗

I went to buy a birthday cake and some macaroons for my nephew's birthday, Saturday evening at the last moment, so everything should have been very fresh, that is what I thought. WRONG! Starting from the service that was a bit rude, the attitude that usually a teacher uses towards naughty children, no smile at all. Definitely not an Italian service. The cake was average but the macaroons were the ever worst I ever tried, very hard with a acidic after taste that we couldn't finish our first and for sure I am going to return the other 3 (I bought a box of 6).

Rating purley on service: I visited Caffè Concerto Stratford Balcony with the intention of buying a couple of cakes for afternoon tea, but the experience was completely ruined by the poor service. Despite standing and waiting, I was ignored twice and eventually had to call for attention myself. The treatment was so disappointing that I decided not to place an order at all. After reading other low-rated reviews, I'm surprised this issue hasn't been addressed.

Ordered food and drinks which came out 20 minutes later on plates and in cups that were unbelievably dirty. Staff were okay, but there is no sense of urgency doing their job. It took 10 minutes for them to bring out the menu, another 20 minutes waiting for food and another 10 minutes waiting for the bill.

Let's start with our experience at the entrance. Unfortunately, it was very poor. Their approach was like, "While you look for a place, here’s the menu, decide for yourself, sit wherever you want." The breakfast presentation might look good, but I can't say it was delicious or left a lasting impression on my plate. A large portion is served, which is more than enough to fill you up. We ordered Earl Grey tea. I can say it was one of the best teas I've ever had. I definitely recommend it. I'm giving the rating solely for the tea. For me, it's a place to go for tea. I really liked the overall experience of the cafe. I tried ruby latte and Mushroom there.. I liked the staff behaviour especially Ms Gunjan who explained my request to chef for the spicy taste I requested for mushroom. Would definitely recommend going there .

I have visited the cafe in July'24, I really like the ambience and the staff behaviour overall. Especially mentioning Ms Gunjan for her polite behaviour and customer experience. Would definitely will visit here every month.

They are undergoing building works and they closed off a section of the restaurant for building work. It's either hot inside no air con or sunny outside with wind. The tables outside were 4 and I had to ask to split a table and sit with my friend. Other than that the food is good and the service was okay. I ordered the omelette no bread and extra salad which was good. The drinks were okay, bit expensive at £8 for a fruity drink. Food is nothing to sing about.

We often visit London, coincidentally today hosted by 2 wonderful Bangladeshi lady Salma and Sharmin who gave us a great experience!

I tried the salted caramel muffin at Café Concerto, and it was one of the best muffins I've ever had. The top was pleasantly crunchy, and the muffin itself was wonderfully moist. I really enjoyed it and am already planning to go back for my birthday cake. I can't believe I hadn't tried it before now. The staff was really friendly.

I had the breakfast this morning, it is likely the best breakfast in East London at this time. Im staying at a good hotel but this is above and beyond what the hotel can come up. I recommend this cafe

I succumbed to the curse of the ‘old’ middle aged lady who was put on the staff table - tucked away in no man’s land. It was so far away - or rather in the thick of people coming and going - that I felt rather forgotten. Then when my croissant finally arrived, it was so old and tasteless that I had to smother it in butter and jam. It was also rather expensive: black coffee and a croissant £9. I won’t be going back soon.

I ate outside on the terrace, I use to like this place but the food became bad, really for the huge price, the chicken was very dry, hurting my teeth, almost no cheese, too much vinegar. The girl seemed kinda bored,didn't enjoy. A lot of money on the service fee too

**Cafe Concerto Review** During our visit to Cafe Concerto today, we faced several challenges that significantly detracted from our dining experience, primarily related to staffing, hygiene, and overall cleanliness. Upon arrival, we were informed that the children's menu is only available Monday to Friday, which we found odd given that it was lunchtime and we had specifically asked at the entrance if they had a high chair for our little one. Despite this, we proceeded with our order. The food arrived promptly, but our initial satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered a hair on top of our chips. The staff apologized and replaced the chips, but the incident had already affected our appetite. My wife, in particular, found another hair in her meal and was so dissatisfied that she could not eat much of her food. When I informed the staff that I was unwilling to pay for a meal contaminated with hair, I was ready to cover the cost of the rest of our order. The staff appeared unsure and consulted with the manager, who never approached us to apologize or address our concerns directly. Additionally, the general cleanliness of the cafe was below standard. We were seated next to the bar, and the shelf between us and the bar was littered with crumbs and debris, which was quite off-putting and indicated a lack of attention to hygiene. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Cafe Concerto. The food was average at best, and the service was extremely poor. The absence of basic hygiene practices and the manager's failure to engage with us during our ordeal have ensured that this will be our last visit. I certainly do not look forward to finding hair in my food again.

Prices are higher than usual but they have a good variety of food options and I liked the salad I got.

Been twice here for breakfast now. First time luckily weather was on our side so sat outside. This time sat inside. We definately enjoyed the atmosphere more outside, as less cramped and where it is small inside tables are quite close so can hear peoples conversations. However, both occasions food was lovely, good selection for breakfast. Only down side was we asked for another round of drinks that never arrive, and by time we saw another staff member to ask again we were ready for the bill. (Drinks werent on bill so no real issue)
