We walked in with 3 kids, looking for some ice cream, but left after spending over £20. The service was great from the moment we walked in, with friendly staff and a hilarious menu!! Food quality was much better than expected, and the coffee was amazing ,too. You can even ask for custom drinks, such as iced latte, for no extra cost!!Strongly recommended!

Amazing experience! Asked if there was a possibly for any egg free crepes..the owner was very friendly and accommodating. He said that they don’t normally do egg free but he will try and it turned out really tasty. I had a egg free Nutella and strawberry crepe. Will definitely come back when I am next in Harrogate.

Upon arrival getting out of the cold and wet, we made our way from the door to get sorted, immediately a member of staff said ‘I hope you’re aware that there’s a queue’ which was said in a very passive aggressive manner, making me feel very unwelcome and uneasy. I obviously know there are 2 people infront of me, but with it being a very small establishment I wanted to get in from the cold. I appreciate that it was busy, but customer service was poor and we left.

Crepes were ok and service fine, however, the place is old and needs a ventilation system. It was full of smoke to the point that it was very unpleasant to breathe and our clothes and hair smelled after leaving the place!

Always come to creps and creams (when it's not full!) and love it every time. Everything is very reasonably priced and always leave absolutely stuffed. The creps themselves are amazing and really good quality, particularly the savoury ones! Love it love it love it!

Good alternative than other eating establishments in harrogate. Good, nice and speedy service. Well worth a visit

Delicious crepes and milkshakes in a wide range of different flavours. Love the Nutella milkshake but there are so many more I'd like to try!

Took a day visit to Harrogate and looking around the streets found this place. Had some good gluten free options so had the nutella and fresh raspberry. Absoutely heavenly, really delicious. Don't often get gluten free desserts out so this was a real treat. The manager/owner was a really friendly guy and we had a good talk about our dogs!! Have said we'll come back to harrogate again and this will be our stop for lunch. Don't walk past it!

This place has got great potential. The staff are very polite & attentive the pricing is fair & the menu great for kids treats. It's just a great shame the place isn't cleaner. The mini bottles for the Milk with tea are grubby, the air con unit is filthy & the tops, cabinets & walls all look like they need a good wipe down with disinfectant.

Love this place, and so does my daughter. We usually grab a Crepe on the way home or have an early dinner after school. Great friendly owner!

Fantastic choice, wonder food and attentive staff. It is our " go to " place in Harrogate. This was our second visit and definitely won't be our last.

I had a chocolate filled milkshake when I visited with a friend and it was beautiful! We got speedy service by someone who clearly was happy to be there and it was well priced for the quality we got!

I've been into Crepes and Creams a few times now with my boyfriend and friends. It's a really friendly little place, the two men who work there are very welcoming and give fast service - even though it was full on Valentine's Day, the food came quickly. The selection of milkshakes is great, and really delicious. You can make your own, or choose from the menu, a sweet or savoury crepe. I would definitely recommend coming here for lunch; it's really good value for money at around £4-£5 for a crepe. You can also order food and shakes to go, which my colleagues and I do a lot when on our breaks next door!

Great tasting crepes which are absolutely gorgeous. Many different crepes to work your way through. The milkshakes are wonderful with so many different mixes to choose from. Great prices. Love this place.

We stumbled across this small Crepe shop while walking around Harrogate this was a pleasant surprise the food was great service was warm and friendly. We would visit again if we were in Harrogate.

Tucked away among chain restaurants this little gem is easy to miss. Serving savoury and sweet crepes. Staff really welcoming and informative. They can do smaller portions of little people. Had a Turkish delight crepe with ice cream relish! Would highly recommend.

Had one of the best meals ever with my kids today, cheesy pancakes and Nutella with strawberries pancakes, served with lovely milkshakes to your own taste. Excellent service, friendly and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone eating out in Harrogate. We couldn't decide which of the two waiters was the most handsome though.

What a fantastic small eatery. It is so refreshing that we can eat as a family at somewhere like this as they offer a gluten free option. The atmosphere in here is magic, the staff are very friendly and customer focussed and the quality of the food is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. You must go. Thank you very much.

Walked past this place a couple of times during my weekend in Harrogate and on our last day we gave it a go. The crepes are amazing, with a broad option of choices. I didn't have a milkshake but I imagine they would be as good as the crepes. The customer service was impressive. Extremely attentive and friendly, ultimately they seemed to really enjoy what they did which is nice to see.

Crepes and milkshakes were lovely but the staff were even better! I asked if they had soy milkshakes and the guy offered to go out and but some soy milk especially and said it was absolutely no problem, I declined but thought it was great he offered. My step mum ordered a milky bar milkshake thinking it was Milky Way and asked if she could buy another but he just swapped her it anyway and said it wasn't a problem! Would recommend!

As everyone else has said the staff are very attentive and the food did taste very good for just a pancake. It could do with a good deep clean and better extraction for the cooking smells, but it was great to see them all cooked in front of us. The most important thing was the kids loved it and want to go back.

Found this place off the cuff and were blown away by the customer service and delicious crepes- I had the Yorkshire Ham, Eggs, Cheddar and Chive and i thought I had died and gone to heaven! Proper Orange eggs and perfect lean flavoursome ham. My daughter had Yorkshire Ham, Cheddar and a special tomato salsa and basil pesto- she loved it.

Its a very casual little place with friendly staff, can make you any crepe you like savoury or sweet! Great value and its just the place you need when you don't know what you fancy!

It's great to deliver good quality food, but why would you focus so much on the food and non whatsoever on the cleanliness of the establishment?

The staff were so lovely and quick! We had milkshakes (which were amazing!) and then some of us had savory and the others had sweet pancakes. Everyone loved their meal. There's also internet inside.

Service was friendly and attentive even though it was quite busy. First time I have been there as my kids raved about the pancakes and milkshakes. We all had innovative sweet ones (how about Reeses peanut cups or turkish delight in a crepe? - never seen that before) and they were delicious but there are also lovely savoury ones. Next time I am definitely having figs and mascarpone or the salmon and cream cheese whilst hubby wants bacon and egg breakfast crepe. You can also have pancake stacks. Milkshakes in all sorts of interesting combinations. The coffee was excellent and we will certainly be back.

Had a bad day at work, thought I should treat myself with some crepes. Crepes with marinated figs were absolutely delicious! Andy is such a cool guy, he made my day! Mocha was a messy delight with marshmallows, cream and Oreo. This is definitely the place to go if you want to indulge yourself!

Spotted this on a walk around harrogate! Such a beautiful little place with young caring and passionate workers which is what is great to see! A fantastic price - only six pound for two massive sundaes with loads of decoration on top - I would of paid ten pound easily for that! I spied some other good looking food around me too! Shame this place isn't bigger with more tables and a menu highlighting everything they offer more clearly! Please visit.

When I'm shopping with the kids, a visit to Crepes and Cream is definitely on the bribery list! We love popping in for a pancake stack and hot chocolate.

We popped in for a quick drink and crepes as we used to love the place. It seems to have changed hands recently. The restaurant seemed dirty, there was a really bad smell of smoky grease which followed us for the rest of the day and the menus were paper and dirty with watermarks. Hopefully it will be as good as it used to be again as it was one of the nicest, individual cafes in Harrogate.

Looking for a 'non chain' coffee shop... Following trip advisor found this place and loved it. Fab hot drinks and a great selection of milkshakes, smoothies and crepes. Lovely warm welcome. We will be returning for definite!

I have been twice and on both occasions the crepes have been amazing and the service has been super friendly. The first visit was with my boyfriend, I enjoyed the goats cheese and beetroot special crepe, the boyfriend had the beef and wasabi crepe and then we shared the milky bar crepe and the Nutella and marshmallow crepes. I washed mine down with a lovely smoothie while he had fizzy orange. It is also very reasonably priced as the crepes are huge! lovely friendly atmosphere! The second time I visited I had the new beetroot smoothie which was very tasty and I had the beef and onion crepe which was again very nice.

Worth the drive, great menu offering all kinds of pancake toppings, the smoothies are sooooo nice I bought one to take out - lovely staff too!!

I came here with my wife after it caught our eye when passing; we were not disappointed. We enjoyed our crepes so much we had both savoury and sweet... Fantastic service from the owner and surprisingly good value.

I have visited here on numerous occasions since it's opening a few years ago. The quality of the food has always been exceptional - I love how you can watch your crepes being made right in front of you. There has been the same lady working every time I have visited here - I expect her to be the owner - she has always been very friendly, a great asset to the cafe bar. The premises is quite small, although this has never been a problem as it is very well lit and the large glass windows on one side create the impression of a much larger venue. I expect to continue coming here many times in the future.

Savoury crepes specials, followed by double strength coffees with mini vanilla ice creams - perfect sized portions for a weekday lunch. Delicious and different.

You are sure to have a sweet time. It sickly. Also the quick service is great. The choice you get is also good as there is diffently something you will want.

What a delightful find on Albert Street (?) Small and tidy with a friendly staff and owner. The crepes are made right in front of you and the fillings are of great variety and interesting combinations. We had savories for lunch and enjoyed them tremendously. (even took some "home"). We will go back when we go to Harrogate.

This place is a wonderful little gem right in the heart of town. The food is fantastic, fresh hot and cooked right in front of you. I can highly recommend the beef and wasabi for a savoury crepe!! The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. So many little touches that make a trip here a perfect way to round off a visit into town.

Called here for an afternoon 'snack' after reading previous reports. We were not disappointed. A warm welcome combined with friendly and efficient service. The menu offers crepes in a wide variety of flavours and choice covering breakfast, lunch and (as you are in Yorkshire), tea. I enjoyed shortbread, caramel toffee and chocolate crepe, and my wife banana caramel and ice cream. Both were delicious, watered down with a generous mug of Yorkshire tea. Also a wide selection of smoothies and milkshakes are on offer. Grand, get thee sen along theere!

Crepes and Creams is a lovely little place that we recently stumbled upon. They offer savory and sweet crepes along with ice cream if you're not in the mood for a crepe or have a kid that just wants to lick on an ice cream cone while you eat. The restaurant is really small and seating is often difficult to come by. I always feel a bit claustrophobic when I eat there. The staff is very lovely. When I'm in the area I try to make a point to go to Crepes and Creams. I would recommend trying it out!

Just what we needed for a quick, fun lunch on our way to the panto! Fabulous crepes freshly made and a good choice of fillings.Quirky mugs, sumptuous hot chocolates, wonderfully hot and strong coffee (to get both seems a rarity these days) and fabulous crepes with masses of filling. The staff very welcoming, caring, and obliging. Service was excellent and atmosphere lively and 'young'. Thank you so much - you deserve to do very well!

Had breakfast crepes with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Well worth a visit, simple but filling breakfast in a lovely little cafe. Great place to bring the children for a breakfast treat.

After the wife read reviews, she insisted that we try this little cafe. she read the menu, changed her mind about 4 times on what she wanted, we ordered and then had the most delightful eating experience we have had in a long time. we would both recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone.

I have been to this innovative little café several times and it is just as good every time. You can go in just for a coffee (which comes with a mini ice cream - fabulous) but beware because if they are cooking crepes you will be hard pushed to resist. They have an extensive menu of savoury or sweet crepes and they are just the best I have tasted. Highly recommended.

I went here with my two kids aged two and five. they both had a great time, as did my wife and I. The crepes were really good, and there was a wide variety of sweet and savoury flavours. the ice creams were also yummy. the service was quick and friendly - all round a great experience.

I confess to being a bit biased as I'm a huge fan of pancakes. I had a chicken, avocado, chilli jam & cheese crepe, which was gorgeous . Wish I'd had room to try a sweet one too! It's a tiny place - could just do with some toilet facilities.

Fabulous venue to take our granddaughter to for lunch. A very warm welcome and excellent customer service. Food every bit as good as the last time we went there. Smoked salmon and cream cheese a particular favourite.

This is a little snack shop, food niche (crepes), kind of small cafe - not a sit down restaurant with a wide variety of foods. But it is such a treat to go there for ice cream, crepes (savory or sweet), or ice cream and crepes. The staff are bright and cheery, and the crepes are carefully prepared for your personal taste.

First time here and will defo be returning, such lovely friendly staff the crepe was perfect not too filling and gorgeous milkshakes definitely worth a visit :-)

Saw this review on TripAdvisor and wanted to see if the reviews did this place justice. Let's say I was not disappointed. Had the Chicken, Avocado Crepe w/ goat cheese instead of the cheddar. Glad I took the recommendation of my server for this one. Very tasty and the Goat Cheese gave it the perfect pop. Added the Iced Vanilla & Caramel Latte to compliment such a great meal. As I was leaving tried the Papaya & Yoghurt smoothie, and again another hit. If you are looking for a super nice spot for crepes and a drink. This is the place to go

Came for my 19th birthday breakfast and whole family was very impressed. The staff were really helpful and the food was so so filling. I had the mature cheddar Yorkshire ham salad and was delicious as a brunch while my family created there own from what was on the menu e.g. Buffalo mozzarella and added chicken! The sweet ones were also nice but very very sickly!!! Would definetley go back. New favourite cafe in harrogate with a nice atmosphere, helpful staff and lovely food!!

My kids love it here. We are so pleased they are still open following the fire and subsequent building work in the block. Friendly helpful staff, fab crepes and coffee. Cooked in front of you. Definitely worth a visit

Went here for the first time a couple of days ago. First impressions -it's fresh and it's very squeaky clean looking and it's PINK. I had a goats cheese and beetroot pancake which was delicious. The lady owner was really kind to my two grandchildren.

We ate here today and as well as the best crepe I have ever eaten (Yorkshire beef with purple basil jam and rocket), this is also the friendliest place I've ever eaten! They're are brilliant with the kids, despite one of them spilling apple juice all over the place. A replacement was given free of charge even though it was our fault and they happily swapped my sons milkshake because he changed his mind. I tasted both and they were fantastic milkshakes.

Every time I go to crepes and creams I always have a Nutella crepe they are the best 😛my face is always like 😆 and 😋 when I try it

Stumbled across this delightful cafe on the way to view the Tour de France Depart, & although we only had a drink, the atmosphere, service and look of the food were delightful.

This is one of my favourite spots in town. The crepes are always amazing - savoury or sweet - as are the hot drinks and smoothies. The people there are so welcoming and friendly! Don't know why it's taken so long for me to write a review - I can't count how many times I've been here!

Hidden away but worth finding! Great menu options and also healthy, as compared to the usual pizza/burger options for lunch. Service has always been great and our son and daughter now insist on nothing else when we are in harrogate.

My daughter and I went here for a treat one Monday lunchtime in the school holidays. The menu is prefect - a great choice of crepe fillings and drinks. The food was served quickly and was fresh and tasty. It as an added bonus to watch our lunch being created! Our only critism was that our waitress didn't seem as enthusiastic as the other staff and we struggled to get her to take an order for puddings despite the café only being small. If it wasn't for that we would have given it 5 stars! We'll definitely return.

Excellent crepes! Enjoyed a savory crepe and topped it off with a sweet crepe for dessert. Because it was a bit humid outside we also enjoyed a smoothie all for a reasonable price. The ladies were helpful and friendly.

We read about this place on Tripadvisor or may never have found it (it's off the main street) and were pleased we did! They offer a great range of milkshakes, ice creams and sweet or savoury crepes. The staff were so friendly and willing to accommodate our requests (my mum and I wanted to share a savoury and then share a sweet one and they were more than happy for us to do this).

Well worth finding this place just slightly off the main drag. Chirpy waitresses on their stripy uniforms cooking crepes for you- loads of sweet & savoury fillings. We had Classic Nutella and a raspberry with meringue. Coffe & iced caramel latte also spot on. Well worth it's 5 stars.

Thoroughly enjoyed my marsbar, strawberrys and cream pancake! Also had a very nice coffee, staff as always super helpful and pleasant and everything is always very clean - everything is cooked in front of you. Would also say that despite the fire in their next door neighbour, they are unaffected and continue to provide their high standard of food and customer service - don't be put off by the scaffolding down the street - continue on and you won't be disappointed!

I think this is the perfect place for a light lunch. It's a small cafe, possibly slightly squashed, with friendly staff. There's an excellent choice of savoury and sweet pancakes at around the £6 mark. We ordered savoury and they were absolutely delicious - and extremely filling - so we couldn't manage a follow-up of the sweet pancakes. Yes, we shall certainly return to sample the sweet ones.

I absolutely love eating here! The service and quality of the food is nothing short of amazing. Ice cream milkshakes are a must try. Must be the most friendly staff in Harrogate.

First and last visit. This place is cramped, too many tables for the floor space in a tiny shop. One table squashed against the serving area where Crepes are cooked. When I left, the smell of oil and cooking went with me. All over my clothes and in my hair. No air, very steamed up and no air circulation. Worse because of space.

Saw the reviews for this little creperie on trip advisor and decided to take a trip one morning with my mom for breakfast while visiting Harrogate. Was greeted by a lovely older woman (assumed the owner) who brought us menus and took our drink orders. Although smaller in size, this place delivers big on the crepes. With a large assortment of both sweet and savory choices, ice creams, smoothies, and beverages, crepes&creams; definitely exceeded my mother and I's expectations. All breakfast crepes come with a free apple/orange juice, tea, or americano coffee before noon. Is affordable and worth the walk. Am hoping to visit again before I leave!

very friendly staff, really like its a family business with mum and daughter serving with the other staff. Go at least once a month and they know exactly what i order. great hot chocolate with all the trimmings and the sweet crepes are awesome. very clean . highly recommended

I come here often and I leave with a smile every time! The customer service is the best in Harrogate by far, everyone is so friendly! I have had a young lady who serves me each time who is an absolute delight!- spot on. I think her name is Jojo- but I could be wrong. The Yorkshire ham is my favourite crepe which is to die for, you can tell the ham is real and the ingredients fresh. Will be coming back soon x

We called at Harrogate on our way to Durham and went to Crepes and Creams for lunch having seen the very good reviews on Tripadvisor. We were treated to an excellent and very filling lunch of both sweet and savoury crepes and the staff were absolutely charming from the moment we walked in the door to wishing us an enjoyable afternoon when we left. The food was really delicious and we were so impressed that we called there on our way back home a few days later. Despite the fact that it was twenty minutes before closing time we received the same very warm welcome.We all tried different crepes which were just as good and we will definitely eat there again on our next visit to Harrogate.

Traveled from Newcastle as been here before and myself and my partner love it! Proper crepes for any taste! Must go for lunch!!
