Crispys chicken & pizza in Sheffield

Terrible servicio pedí un gerente o el problema a resolver y el personal falló - Evite el servicio al cliente terrible y el personal que no puede seguir las instrucciones

Pizza was good as always but the mac and cheese was lacking in flavour - considering the price. Service was good though a bit manic at the start due to the busy lunchtime.

We were the only ones in the restaurant yet the service was so slow it would have been quicker if I'd cooked the food myself

Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

We were served by the most lovely waitress (Amy) who was incredible welcoming and helpful when our orders went a bit wrong, and she couldn’t have done more! Credit to your team she was brilliant :)
