Crusader Kebab in Ashford

I received my order over ten minutes late,the food was cold and dry when I opened it to serve i had to put in the bin,,very very poor service with crusader kebad&pizza i will not be ordering again from them and I advise people do the same

This is the first time I’ve ever had to comment on my delivery. Every bit of our food was cold. The chips and nuggets were rubbery. Even the chicken doner wraps were cold. I’ve always had lovely food from you but this was beyond disappointing

We have been ordering from the Crusader for many years now food is always amazing always hot and fresh

rubbish ordered 2 quarter pounders with no salad both came with all salad

Food is good. The place is starting to look a bit grubby.

Can't comment on quality as it hasn't even turned up. Got told it be there in 5 mins, after it already been 30 mins since it said it was out for delivery. No courtesy call to let me know they're a bit busy or running late.

Always quality at crusader , moved away from the area so very much enjoyed revisiting my favourite kebab house

Portion size on kebab was a bit small but very nice and fresh

the order arrived at 5:35 but was luke warm we had to oven heat before we could eat it. Not acceptable when paying £23!!!

Honestly, the best kebab restaurant in the whole of Ashford, Kent the quality of the food is amazing. The delivery time was incredible and their sweet Chili sauce is out of this world.

Requested salad separate to to kebab but came altogether on the kebab.

Chilli sauce tasted super sweet like ketchup, meat was cut too small and over cooked £17 for a XL Lamb shish is ok but could of been better, salad was good that was it. Looked like 2 skewers cut into smaller pieces to look like 3 skewers.

The knee was cold, chips I ordered had cheese in it which I didn’t order, burger sauce missing & the 1/4 pounder burger had no onions on it ‘ it was cold. Very let down with tonight’s meal, normally it’s good at Crusader kebabs. Feel like my order was rushed, not what I expected after being in Medway Gillingham hospital for 7 hours.

The food was really tasty and at a good price, the only issue was that it wasn't very hot but, that could be down to delivery.

Food was cold, pizza slightly overdone. Order took well over an hour to arrive. Even after we got a notification that it was on the way - it took another 45 minutes to arrive and was cold.

Hi we have been ordering from you for years now. Was disappointed tonight as food turned up cold!! My wife didn't even finish hers. You have always been the best hopefully this is a one off!!

Big chunks of lamb and chicken , and I ordered small potatoes wedges and was amazed at how many you get in a small portion of wedges.loved the salad and and garlic sauce. just the small portions are really filling. Best kebabs

This is the second time we ordered, and we enjoyed the fresh food and the generous salads.

The crusader kebab are always reliable and it is really good food

Never had an issue before, but had everything apart from the burger source which was upsetting considering was dry

Was told on the app it was 30-45 minutes delivery time and didn’t turn up until 1 hour 15 after ordering. Was also cold.

This really is the BEST kebab shop in all of Ashford. We have never been let down by them. The staff are always friendly, the portions are always huge and the food is always hot. We won’t ever use any other.

I'm 58yrs ordered large chicken shish with added skewer veggies, ive ordered from.here a hundred times, that was the best non greasey tasty kebab I've ever eaten in my life, whoever cooked it should be proud, I'll be back again yummy 😋

2 items missing from first delivery drop off. I phoned and to be fair they were quick to re deliver but again missed one of the items. I called shop and they said to request refund but Just Eat have refused the refund. Disappointing as this was my preferred kebab shop. Food that did arrive was good

Ordered 5 kebabs, unfortunately the pitta bread was stone cold and hard, we asked to keep the pitta and sauces separate, everything was added together. Kebabs tasted lovely. Overall cold food.

Chicken burger was good, but the wrap didn’t have the sauce in that was asked for I was given 2 small pots in the bag, the wrap was chucked together and had no clear effort into wrapping it properly as both sides were open. Half pound burger seemed average compared to it normally being very good. Hoping it was just a one off but if it was the first time ordering from there I wouldn’t go again

The food here is too hit & miss. We hadn't ordered for a while, then ordered in Feb & it was reasonable. So ordered tonight & the food was sub standard. Over cooked, cold chips & cold meat in the kebab. There is no consistency or guarantee how the food will be!!!! Dissatisfied & disappointed.

requested time for collection it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived food was delicious and still hot when I got home would defiantly recommended all staff are polite even had a drink on the house 😁 keep the hard work up crusader I'm stuffed food was yummy thank you!!!
