Best kebab I’ve ever had and amazing home made chilli that makes or breaks it for me. The lady serving was fantastic so helpful and professional.

Takeaway pizza was so salty it was barely edible. May as well have poured the contents of my salt cellar down my throat! I'm the world's least fussy eater and very rarely leave anything on my plate, yet I had to leave half of this as my whole mouth was burning with salt. I couldn't taste anything else and it was like they'd boiled it in seawater. Needless to say I had a raging thirst for hours. First and last visit.

Ordered a garlic bread with cheese and donner kebab with salad and chilli for delivery , order arrived no garlic bread and no salad and chilli , called the shop and they said they will deliver the rest of the order , I asked them to renew the order as the kebab meat will be cold and they said rude on the phone I’m sending the rest of the order , it is not good enough service and rude phone staff , disappointing and will not be ordering again .

Not a good experience with them order took 2 long and after another 20 Min rang them again to complain was told another 5 min more. Any way not a good experience. Was lied to on the phone very disappointed with them.

Mi esposa y yo hemos estado ordenando desde crustys desde que comenzó a comercializar hace casi 4 años, después de que nos sentimos insatisfechos con otro local local para nosotros. Buena calidad y buena relación calidad-precio familiar, con personal amable Comida caliente y fresca a través de la entrega o la opción de recogida para pagar con tarjeta que más comida para llevar necesitan para subir a bordo con Y horas avanzadas para esos apostadores hambrientos arrastrándose fuera del pub  11/10 chicos bien hechos?

Esta noche 28/4/17 pedimos una fiesta familiar y 3 Parmos de crustys en Crawcrook, estamos realmente disgustados por la actitud después de que con razón llamamos para encontrarnos con pelos en nuestro parmo, disgustados dejamos el resto de nuestra comida (una mucha) y sonó para explicar, donde estábamos entonces Ofrecido un reembolso de un parmo cuando nos hemos pospuesto para comer el resto de nuestra comida. Esto resultó en que solicitemos otra entrega en otro lugar sin pelos y nos cueste más dinero. Profundamente entristecidos por la reacción de las crustys, no volveremos a ser clientes incluso después de haber pedido tantos en el pasado.
