Curry Xpress in Bexley

Food took over an hour to arrive but this was understandable as they explained over the phone it was due being busy because of the new year. When it arrived it wasn’t hot, but we still gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I took a bite of my Peshawari naan, I felt a hard piece of plastic in my mouth, you can see this in the picture. This was absolutely unacceptable, even during the rush, ensuring food is made to an edible standard is important, especially taking care to make sure it can’t harm a person!

Wonderfully tasty food. Cooked to order so is always hot when it arrives. Delivery drivers are great. Unfortunately they don’t open Christmas Day so we had to order elsewhere, it was awful compared to Curry x press. I will never order elsewhere again.

Saw the reviews at this place and thought we would give it a try. Came hot to touch and (quickly) delivery drivers and always very respectfully and friendly and the food is hot and fresh and very tasty would highly recommend. Such good value for money too !!

All the curry's I ordered had nice thick sauce but lacked flavor and chicken was overcooked

Went here on a Monday evening. Asked if he could do chicken korma and pilau rice in 1 container which he did. I also ordered a keema naan bread which was cooked perfectly with the right amount of meat. Chicken in curry was very tender and flavoursom. Will definitely return.

Excellent best curry I've ever had

Asked them if they have anything left while walking by late at night and they opened the door and made my food fresh to order. It very delicious and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from here again 10/10

A lot better value than some of the other Indian takeaways in the area. Only stick to a masala as I'm not very adventurous but it's always top notch food.

Food arrived early, was plentiful with free bombay potato, but sadly the food lacked real flavour and spice which was a real shame as was really looking forward to it! We ordered a chicken rogan josh,a chicken madras,white rice,garlic nan,samosas and onion bhajis, and got free bombay potatoes, the madras needed more flavour and heat and the rogan josh just didn't have any flavour,would have loved to give more stars but sadly could not,a real shame as it wasn't expensive either.

This is still my favorite takeaway when it comes to food, quality and price. BUT service at weekends is shocking. I am a regular here and during the week absolutely no problem but at weekends...saturday night 2 hrs wait and then only because i called them 3 times. Old guy on phone said meal being packed ready for delivery only for me to call 35mins later to be told will be leaving shortly, so meal obviously hadn't even been started . As i say I am a regular so not good!!!

Best Curry I ever had, amazing service, fresh ingredients and helpfull stać. Highly recommended! I keep coming back to that place. Still same high standard and quality. Love it

I love Indian food and have eaten at Indian restaurants all round the world. I have used curry xpress in Crayford and have always received a excellent friendly service and lovely food. The takeaway I had from there last night was by far the best curry I have ever eaten. I can't wait to go back. Well done boys, the best curry around💯

Consistently good food from here. Not expensive. Always piping hot. Plus you get free Bombay aloo dish if you spend over a certain amount of money. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Ordered curry from this area for many years, found this one purely by chance with a 50% off Uber and thanks I did! Food excellent, portions great and delivery quick and effecient what more can i say. Be careful on spicing though when they say hot they do mean it, personally ok with me! I really cant recommend this place enoug, absolutely great!! Russ

Excellent food - the best Indian takeaway we have had for years, peshwari naan, stuffed paratha, rice, korma, madras and tandoori chicken, all tasty, good portions, presented well and hot on arrival, the delivery was prompt, the driver left it on the doorstep, knocked then stepped away but when we opened the door he greeted us "good evening, enjoy" so it is 5 stars all round, will only order Indian food from here now, more local restaurants never quite got the positive reaction we all gave for Curry Express.

This is by no means my local Indian, yet we continue to use as in our view the best locally. Staff are incredibly friendly, deliveries are on time and the food is so full of flavour, utterly delicious. Highly highly recommended

We've been using this particular Indian takeaway for a number of years. Usually have meals delivered but decided to collect yesterday, which only took half hour (usually upto an hour if you request home delivery. Biryanis (prawn and meat options) are recommended. Rogan, on this occasion was extremely hot, more than it usually is. Chicken madras recommended too. Overall though, a most enjoyable takeaway. Very friendly staff and can accommodate a quicker home delivery in exceptional circumstances (I was assured!)

My partner and I recently moved to Crayford and whilst doing up our house with no kitchen we ordered from Curry Xpress almost every weekend and still do despite having a lovely kitchen now! Fantastic pricing, free bombay potatos (which i love) and if you collect you get a discount! The wait time is fantastic usually only 30 mins and the staff are lovely when we go in and ordering over the phone is easy. We had a curry between 6 of us and it came to £65 and we went all out on sides etc honestly rave about this place.

We tried curry express last Saturday on recommendation off our two daughters ,What can I say absolutely fantastic curry best We have tried .So we will be going back in fact we have just ordered another for tonight.Great service friendly.So I would recommend them and would say the best in the area .

Honestly, one of the best Indian places ever. Food is excellent, cannot recommend enough. We have ordered here a few times and have always had excellent food! 5 Stars it is!

We have used Curry Xpress for years and cannot find an Indian takeaway to beat it! Food is always tasty and delicious, a good choice of menu and portions are ample. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are also open quite late.

Have ordered from here a few times, the food is reasonably priced and you always get a decent meal. They deliver promptly and the food is always hot and tasty.

I've been using this place for a number of years and I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed. The staff are super friendly and the food is always perfect. All the starters, mains, breads and rices I've had are always freshly made to order and delicious! As a bonus they're also really good value for money. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed!

I don't really want to leave a bad review since the guys were nice. But I'll leave it 4 stars so they can improve their business from this criticism. I ordered chicken tikka biryani. The flavour was okay. Could be stronger. But what disappointed me the most was that there was barely any chicken . Maybe around 6 tiny pieces. I had to search for the chicken which shouldn't be. I've had chicken tikka biryani from many different places and everyone has been generous with their chicken portion but unfortunately they've been very stingy. I won't be coming back for this very reason. Its a shame cos being stingy to save a few pennies loses potential customers in the future. Think smart and you'll be busier

Since we moved to the area a few months ago we have come across a gold mine. This place never disappoints us. Amazing food always arrived hot and with a smile. Recommend for sure

I've used this restaurant twice , and going for a third time tonight . the food is excellent , the prices are great compared to some other local Indian restaurants , and with the added bonus of free Bombay potato with any order over £12 . I'll happily use this restaurant for many more visits and enjoy more dishes off of the varied menu .

We tried this yesterday and we were very happy indeed. The vegs curry sides were so good. Wasn't caked in fat and was really fresh tasting. Fairly quick delivery and very polite delivery driver. We look forward to trying more from the menu. Also they have a good hygiene rating of 5 which is how i found them. No other curry place in Crayford has that currently.

I got a meal for my partner and 2 young daughters, the food was hot and tasty and very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend it to other local people.

We order take away from here a couple of times a month. Always delicious with poppadoms and potato thrown in too. Yum!

Nice starters and mains. Very nice people. Food usually prepared and delivered in about 50 minutes. Never had a bad meal. Free poppadum and bombay aloo usually included. One of the best around.
