Dalton Park Inn in County Durham

we went to the only available pub with a pool of table only to find it covered over for a jam session.loud rock music that was very bad.very expensive place plus lets in young people that causes a bit of an edgy atmosphere no food on offer.very poor place

Parece un poco negativo - displicente de varias mujeres juerguistas que asume que los lugareños (Vivo a 10 minutos fuera de la villa y es siempre una novedad ver nuevas caras en un bar local). En general, volvería de nuevo, especialmente en la noche de discoteca.

Entretenimiento de fin de semana es de primera clase Sábado discoteca y karaoke o cantante Domingo banda local de gran cerveza Gran noche gran servicio

Cayó en con un amigo para un refresco, sorprendentemente bastante vacía, dado que era de alrededor de 7. 30:00 en días laborables - quizás más concurrido los fines de semana. No estoy seguro si ofrecen comida o bocadillos - la barperson de guardia fue muy atento, amable y acogedor. Idealmente situado cerca de la principal zona comercial de Murton y a sólo un corto paseo de Dalton Center Park Outlet.

Visitamos aquí para una bebida de chocolate y fresa tarta de higo, el buen chocolate era demasiado dulce, pero será un té la próxima vez

Myself and friends took our small children for lunch today. Luckily for us it was the new chefs first day. We ordered fish and chips and the kids all wanted pizza. When the food arrived it was served with salad and coleslaw, the kids pizza came with beans and all meals came with delicious homemade chips. All the food was beautifully cooked and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellent and the price was excellent value.

We visited with our 7 year old who spilt his drink all over me today - the lady behind the bar was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The service and food were equally good. We will be back!

After reading reviews I decided to give this a try and was looking forward to the meal...ordered 2 creamy garlic mushrooms... out came burnt white bread with sparing pieces of mushroom and sauce which I can only describe as marmite flavour sauce.. Potato skins also was thinly cut whole potatoes with cheese on top .. child's meal of chicken pieces and chips were great ...lasagne was mains and was dried up half cold with no taste if I didn't know any better I'd say was warmed up.. mince and dumplings were OK.... after enquiring previously as to what they had for menu ..all freshly made...mmm I'm debatable... but what also amazed me is we had full view of the kitchen and the man aka chef didn't use kitchen utensils to serve up food or any gloves ...he used his HANDS to put onto plates which is a massive no no in food ... when I approached a member of staff who also at the time was in the kitchen whilst he did it and said about him using his hands to serve food aka salad and chips etc and the girl replied with oh did he ??... said OK I'll let him know ... drinks were out of a bottle and we're warm and had to ask for ice to try to freeze it ... 45 pounds later ... disgusted and wonder if u dreamed it ...won't return and wouldn't recommend

Overall, a really good lunch, beef was lean and tasty, 7 veg, seasoned mashed potato, garden peas, turnip, carrots, broccoli, cauliflour, roast potatoes, and crispy stuffing, and home made yorkshire puddings, my partner had the lamb,which was cooked to perfection, all veg was cooked beautifully with a bite to it, not mushy! well worth it! We would give it a 5 star rating, staff lovely and pleasant *****

A very nice relaxing place. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely coffee and cake.a nice place to visit and will visit again.

We came here for our valentines meal, they had a valentines deal on, 2 steaks and a bottle of house wine for £20, the meal was spot on, it was absolutely lovely with generous portions.... Only negative thing I can say about it is that considering it was advertised as a valentines meal nothing was done to the room to make it more romantic, even a candle would have done something to make it a bit more romantic

The food was amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful, highly recommend the 8oz steak with home made chips and a gorgeous diane sauce! Parter had chicken burger, both lovely and a yummy :)

We had beef Sunday lunch followed by raspberry cheesecake and sticky toffee pud (shared - we're not THAT greedy). Food was hot, hearty and delicious. Service was impeccable. Very reasonably priced. Wish we lived nearer. Will definitely call again next time we are on the A19.

Lovely friendly staff. Food was pipping hot and very good value for money. Steak was beautiful and proper home made chips.

We visited the Dalton Park Inn yesterday. There was14 in our Party, and everyone was very happy and impressed with the excellent, lunch and very friendly service by the staff, We all had difference meals. And the quality and presentation was great, I had the garlic mushrooms, and lovely Fish and chips, will definitely call again in the near future. I would recommend The Dalton Park Inn to anyone.

Visited the Dalton Park Inn today with a group of 14. Can't fault the food or the service. The food was all home cooked and very high quality. The service was excellent - the 2 girls serving our party were attentive and friendly. The whole party was impressed by the experience. Would highly recommend.

Stopped off for mid week lunch. The pub is walking distance from the Dalton Park retail outlet an it appear to be trying to draw in trade in the face of expansion at the retail park. On arrival we were ushered towards the dining area, a lean to affair at the rear of the pub. The barmaid/waitress was friendly enough, we ordered drinks followd by food.My wife ordered a steak wrap, I ordered chicken combo - chicken fillet 'marinated' 3 different ways.The food arrived hot and tasty, overall not bad for lunch.The loos were in need of updating.

This establishment is a very pleasant pub/restaurant. The Sunday lunch is very good and plentiful and, in my opinion, very good value for money. The service is excellent and the staff very helpful. Children are catered for as are wheelchair users. The conservatory area is really nice and airy and there is also an outside area. I would recommend booking as it was fairly busy on my last visit. Well done to the staff.

Me and the other half went not so long ago, lovely food, excellent staff very friendly and pricing is good! It helps that it was jus town the street too! Both had steak, chips are gorgeous and the peppercorn sauce is out of this world I've had a few from different places but the dalton park in does a gorgeous peppercorn sauce! Like I said lovely food great price and friendly staff! Will always recommend the dalton park in!

I've been the past 3 weekends for my Sunday dinner and I can't fault the place! The food is great, the beer is great and the service is great! I can't wait to visit during the week to try the 'Chicken Combo' it sounds right up my street, along with the mixed grill! I'm over the moon we can now have some decent bait in our own little village , I would prefer that my cash went to supporting local business!

Visited recently with friends and family. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was excellent ( every main we all had). Will definitely be back. Also heard that the Sunday lunches are very good so we'll all be trying very soon. I really hope that this place takes off.

the Dalton Park Inn in Murton Seaham has recently been refurbished and is now serving top quality traditional food.The service, food and prices are all excellent. The surroundings are clean bright and airy, plus the dining chairs are very comfortable. The mushroom starter and steak and ale pie were first class.Many thanks
