Damson restaurant in West Berkshire

From the time we arrived till we left what an amazing restaurant and the friendliest staff ever. We were greeted by the manager and head chef. We had driven from Brighton to eat here and it certainly was worth it. The food is just beautiful and the tasting menu was explained to us every step of the way. From the beginning to the end it was just perfect. We were even given some cookies when we left for our journey home the following day. Henry and his team are just so kind polite and friendly. Really lovely fine dining experience. The food is excellent with great flavours and delivered with extremely good service. A very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We had the festive lunch menu which was such good value. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Superb food, wine, atmosphere and service. We went for Sunday lunch and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Also amazing value, especially for the quality.

Best food in the area by far. Can’t fault the food or the service Have now sampled both Sunday lunch and the set weekday menu. Both exquisite!

Amazing food and service. This was our first time visiting and we would definitely return in the future ( we are lucky to be 5mins away! ). Great atmosphere and attention to detail. Local wine was fantastic ( All Angels )
