DD Fried Chicken in St Edmundsbury

Took 2 bites out of my chicken wrap and tasted a jelly like texture, looked down to see it was completely raw! I feel so sick and I am most likely going to get food poisoning now, rang them up and they gave a full refund and said the reason it's raw is because the staff were trying to get it done quickly! Also the cheesy chips were cold and hard as a rock Never ordering from here again, I feel so traumatised and sick knowing I've eaten raw chicken!

Didn’t deliver half our order and refused to redeliver left out of pocket and was extremely rude on phone

Second visit as during the first one I had to go somewhere else joy being seved for 10mins. This time I had to wait 5, woop woop! Ordered piri piri strips for £8 and this is what I got after 30mins waiting...

Having used this take away quite a few times I have to say my latest experience was very poor. Firstly, despite being the only customer waiting to be served it took 10 minutes to be spoken to by the two members of staff. I felt that they were not interested in me at all. Secondly, for a restaurant that opened at 14:00, they did not have sufficient cooked chicken available for a 3 piece dinner, so they had to make up with a chicken fillet. I called in around 18:30. Finally, the chicken itself was very poor quality. It was tough dry and pretty tasteless. The experience was a pale imitation of the take away it used to be in the past.

Amazing milkshake but kebab was thin rock hard bits of burnt meat with no sauce & salad they had barely cut.

Ordered a donner kebab when it arrived the meat was pink so I refused to eat it called the restaurant to see if I could change it for something else and they tried charging me again absolutely disgusting service would never Order here again wouldn't even offer a refund

Loved the chicken burger and chicken wrap the spicy wings were amazing thanks Mayank for making sure it was done properly

I place the milkshake and ice cream in ddfc for my kids they doing quick delivery with in 15 minutes they ice cream and milkshakes really good and also affordable prices i recommend this shop is really good 😋😋

I have ordered so food it hasn’t showed up these people are scammers 😭😭😭 I want my money back

I been yesterday they offer special chicken fried rice off the menu the taste is amazing if anyone been there i recommended the chicken fried rice. Specially service good…👍

Where do I start? I ordered from here for the first time and I will proudly say it will be my last! Half of my order didn’t arrive and the food that did arrive was delivered stone cold! The seasoning on the food was poor! The chicken wrap tasted like something dug out the ground and the bbq chicken wings tasted burnt. Overall will never order from again.

Best peri peri chicken in town.. and the milkshakes was awesome❣️ chicken was juicy and perfect didn’t find anything alike anywhere near..

Best have toast at home. Ordered kebab and it was dry meat which probably been there for a year. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 food. Never again!

Awful the only thing that was hot was the onion rings. The fries were not only cold they were stale as well. The quarter pounder burger was not nice,barely cooked, half a dozen bits of shredded lettuce and mayo rather than burger sauce ,even the burger bun was soggy. Will not be going back.

DISGUSTING! Ordered chicken kebab last night and got given what looks like seasoned cat food I’m 24 weeks pregnant and I dread to think what would of happened if I’d eaten the food I was given! Never ever ordering from this place again it needs to be shut down. Service was shocking too!

Tried to call through to pre-order a donner wrap. Was told we can't accept orders over the phone have to do through website. Tried doing it through website would not get past payment. Ordered through just east but no options for salad or sauce. It was half the size of the what it use to before it shut and reopened. Won't be going back, use ti order quite regularly will avoid now
