Stumbled across King street kitchen on a Saturday afternoon following a country walk nearby . Staff very welcoming , quickly seated and served . We both went for soup and sandwich which was excellent . Thoroughly recommended

What an excellent little find, This locally run restaurant out in the Lancashire countryside offers a great menu with high quality ingredients. The service feels uniquely personal, familiar and very friendly. All the waitresses are chatty and percipient, nobody was left wanting for anything. The reception drinks before entering the dining room provides a traditional touch of glamorous to proceedings without feeling forced or insincere. Clean, quiet little cafe, food was straightforward but delicious and moderately priced. Staff were lovely.

This place has it all, great food, a relaxing ambience and amazing staff. Thank you for taking such good care of me in 2024.
