We ordered a takeaway did not come so rang them up 2 tell me they could not find my address but been coming here years 4 them 2 sending bk out which was cold so ring them bk a asked them how longs it been sat they a they said they could not do us a fresh 1 cos they would be out of pocket joke that wot u r well let me tell u something am this 2 the paper

pizza's came whole Fantastic how I like.chips we're more moist greasy how i prefer Not dry like straw air fry chip's.

BBQ chicken pizza the chicken used tasted funny and funnily enough not been able to leave the bathroom all morning

Used to buy pizza from Deep pan regularly and was always lovely, been a while but sadly very disappointed with what was delivered. Cold, no flavour, chips were under cooked and awful. Shame

pizza was absolutely 💯 gorgeous very cheesy and understanding sliced Just how i ordered with xtra cheese.But garlic tomato bread was dry hardly sauce and was overall burnt,fries didn't seem large portion but excellent quality and salted 😋 Thankyou Deep Pan.

My go to pizza place , always consistent with my order everytime , good ingredients can actually taste the food unlike other pizza places . You can taste the garlic butter and garlic sauces unlike other pizza shops . I pick up my orders generally and occasionally get a delivery which has been delivered on time . Staff are polite , welcoming and on the ball .

Estimated delivery time 30-50mins. Actually 2hrs 15. Pizza soaked in grease. Fries under cooked. Straight in the bin. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Ordered for collection, walked to the shop to find it closed down !! Rang them and they then tried to charge me £2 for delivery because there shop was closed ! Jokers

They have improved so so much I'm a regular they make the best pizzas and kebabs in town 5 star

After ordering and traveling to collect it I was told I had to collect it from sicillians as they were closed. the food was cold and the pizzas were burnt with very little topping on. very disappointed.

Over 3 hours from when we ordered, didn’t answer the phone to us and then refused to respond. Food came and it was freezing and to top it off, the order was wrong. Been ordering from deep pan for years but not anymore.

I’ve been many time and mostly been happy however tonight’s wasn’t great as soon as I opened it I could smell it was burnt and it tasted it too also chips were over cooked abit disappointing when you spend that amount and looking forward to it , however coleslaw was lovely as normal .

I’ve never had a bad experience at Deep Pan, the pizza was so delicious.

Usually food is fantastic, maybe just having an off night. Pizza and garlic bread were overcooked and fries swimming in oil (leaked everywhere) and were supposed to be garlic and parmasean but didn't taste of either. Disappointing as previously had some really good food from here. Fingers crossed will be better next time!

Ordered at 17.20. Told food would be delivered 18.21 Rang to check on food 19.00 Told it has just left, be 15 mins. Rang again 19.50 as still no food. Food arrived, quite cold ,soon after. Asked the driver why it was so late, he replied " don't have a f!@king go at me,ring the f#!King restaurant ". All in front of our young children. Will never use them again.

I didn’t receive the order. I called the restaurant 3 times. No reply. I had to go elsewhere. It is now 3 hours since my order was placed. I need refunding.

Horrible food, after waiting 2+ hours for the order to arrive. So disappointing

Ordered at 5.53pm to be told delivery will be 1hr 10mins . Called at 1hr 40 mins to see where it is , to be told it’s just left . Called another 30mins later as I live 7mins away to be told it left so should be there any minute . Told them it will be cold if it left 30mins ago . Turned up 10 mins later , felt the boxes on the door stone cold . Sent him away so over 2 hours wasted on a Saturday night . A Saturday night take away should be a treat not a hassle like it is always at deepan ! Will never order again .

Ordered at 6.50 pizza came at 8.40. Delivery was between 8.05 and 8.25. If I'd known how long it was going to take..... I'd have ordered elsewhere. Food was good.... Just horrendous wait time...

Ordered a large chips. There was about 20 chips in it.

Ordered at 6-18 pm said delivery would be 7-15 to 7-35 nothing waited for 10 mins rang takeaway no answer informed just eat they said the would contact them got message saying 7-55 delivery 8-15 still nothing so went too takeaway myself all shut up but still taking orders on just eat still waiting on refund not happy🤬

The food arrived late & was luke warm at a push. We had asked for no sauce on the kebab, but there was a red spicy sauce over it. Hopefully, it is just a one-off as we have had no issues previously

Always love these pizzas, because the vegetarian ones are so tasty. They do plain kebab meet on a tray with chips. My dog loves this as a treat minus the chips

Postion size has gone down terribly. For what we paid for an xl kebab i was shocked to see what we got, id hate to see what the smaller one was like. Not like it use to be at all and if that's what we pay for that amount we won't be bothering again. Been going years and was really disappointed with our order. Delivery time is extremely long too.

Faster than expected and gorgeous food as always

2 hours 40 minutes for delivery was meant to be delivered at 19.40 then was delayed until 20.15 and didn’t arrive until 21.00 not happy at all

We ordered at 7pm with a delivery time of 8-8.30. Tried phoning to get updates but the phone was obviously off the hook because it was constantly engaged. At 10.15pm it finally arrived with no apology for it being late. We requested a refund which has so far been ignored. Definitely will not be ordering for delivery again!

Order took two and a half hours to arrive, when it did eventually get here it was also missing the peri peri chicken burger. The chips were soggy , worst I’ve ever had. Always give these more time to deliver as they are always busy but last night took the pi** and then to have my item missing. When trying to ring the shop it came up busy for 20 minutes clearly took the phone off the hook!

Ordered at 7 was supposed to be delivered at 8. Then updated to 9 , reported as no delivered . Didn’t answer phone at all. Turned up at 945 after cancelling on just eat app. Won’t refund my money. Blaming bad weather haha there was a bit of drizzle .

Absolutely SHI* arrived over 3 hours late and then was cold. Could not get through to the shop. Phone always busy so they have clearly taken the phone off the hook. Wouldn’t even give the food to my dog if it was the last bit of food on earth !

Have ordered from here on a number of times sometimes you get delivery on time but 90%of the time it is late and I mean not just abit late a hour to hour and half late . My son loves the pizza from here just a Shame it is ruined by having to wait ages for it . No update either or call to say its running late and when u try and ring no one answers. Deep pan in my opinion are the best pizza's in town ,but unfortunately sometimes ordering on just eat is a bit hit and miss delivery wise. Will go direct next time.

Shocking! Delivered at 21:00 when ordered at 6:50 then when arrived wrong order totally! Unable to get through to explain on phone!

Food was 35 minutes later, missed part of our order did not receive any fries - when called they said they would call the driver then hung up, we called back and explained it was too late now as we had finished the rest of the food.

One pizza was burnt. The chips were overcooked and to say they were large supposed to be large portions they were definitely more like small.
