Del Piero's - Bangor in North Down

Amazing food, milkshakes and service here. Staff are always lovely and atmosphere is great and relaxing. Can play pool or darts here as well. We come here often.

Order late, impossible to get hold of on the phone, they moved to Bangor Eats due to their dislike for Just Eat but sadly it has made them unaccountable for orders so I would recommend not bothering with this restaurant. When you order way over an hour earlier then the least a hungry family can expect is any update of some sort. Edit: I have already contacted on socials with no reply but unfortunately did get hold of someone on the phone. Here is a full account of my experience: 15:35 order placed, estimated delivery time 16.30. 16:45 no sign of order but told on phone it had left and would be there in 5-10 minutes. Called back 10 minutes later to be told my order is cancelled and I'm then hung up on. Rang back several times with no answer, eventually another member of staff answered and said there were no managers or owner available until Monday. Rang the Newtownards store and was told no managers or owner available until Monday. 2 different stores with nobody to deal with complaints over a weekend. 2 parents and 2 kids (1 severely disabled) left without food and left without information. Edit 2: Eventually got hold of the owner who made up lies about me and was extremely abusive saying things like I'm a disgrace to my family. I avoided this restaurant due to their food and attitude previously but they have got significantly worse. I'm adding pictures of their bacon from the previous order that they thought was acceptable, you can make up your own mind on if you wish to use this establishment based on them.

ordered a chicken burger clicked no cheese came with cheese on it simple instructions same thing actually happened in the restaurant in Ards must be must be a recurring problem . also ordered a Christmas chip no cocktail sausage's on it! And a gooey mess Chips were hard and over cooked I recommend people go else where because at the prices they charge you would at least hope it was average

Ordered last night on the 40 percent offer on bangor eats, took nearly 2 hours to deliver when it arrived the mozzarella sticks you could use as a weapon they where that hard I nearly broke my bin throwing them out. Burger had warmed up slimy bacon thrown on it and no cheese that I paid for and was stone cold. First time I've used and very disappointing.

Ordered on the bangor eats app Rang after an hour asked for an ETA i was told it was onwthe way. The shop was mins from my location another 20 mins later it arrived freezing cold

Very respectful n a lovely place to go to. If u want a quiet place to sit n have food. Will definitely be back. Lovely service n very kind

Currently being decorated, this cafe is set right in the centre of Bangors industrial heart at Baloo. Only a large tea and large cappuccino to go this time, but teas, coffee's and lunches should be popular in this very busy area. Look forward to lunch next time

Del Piero’s has great food/staff. Doesn’t matter if you’re eating in or taking away you’ll get the same quality of food. The burgers are 10/10 and you can tell they are made with quality butcher meat. Staff are 10/10. Nothing is ever an issue!! Great vibes in the sit in aswell. Handy for when your on a lunch break a fancy a quick game of pool or darts while your waiting for your food. Highly recommend this place 😁

I took my son and daughter to Del Piero’s last week as my daughter loves the milkshakes on offer there. The staff are so lovely and helpful and recommended the kids meals for the wee ones and I ordered the Del Piero’s pizza. The kids played at the table football and pool table while waiting for their food (which was so quick in coming) I had a coffee too as the kids had their milkshakes. A great place for the kids to enjoy while eating. Highly recommend for families looking to get food and keep the kids occupied for an hour ❤️

First of all the staff at del piero’s urban in Balloo avenue are friendly, very helpful, chatty smiley staff who go above and beyond for their customers. The service is always excellent whether we sit in or takeaway. The food is always delicious and great size portions. Value for money with great deals including discount if you order online for collection ect. I especially love the pizza, the dough is so nice one of the nicest pizzas I’ve ha and there burgers are always so tasty. I have and will continues to be a loyal customer because Del Piero’s urban is 5*. Which is why I 💯% recommend here!

They have really made it a nice space to take a break, have lunch and relax. Pool table, foosball, TVs and darts. Great and friendly staff.

Food was excellent! Freshly made, generous portions and great value. Highly recommend the buffalo wings. Staff and service top notch. Will be a new regular spot for the family.

Poor quality food. Burgers were rubbery and wet. Tater tots were soggy and stuck together. Spice bag was forgotten from original order and delivered 20 mins later after a phonecall. Again, chips were soggy, onions/peppers burnt and you could have stood your spoon in the curry sauce. Chicken was decent, to be fair. 30 quid order after 30% off and just wasn't worth the money.

The whole experience was as good as my 1st visit. The food was on point..... hot and tasty! The milkshakes..... are next level and going hand in hand with whatever food you decide to get, you won't be disappointed!!! In addition of having a pool table and a darts board just helps with the chillout and relaxing atmosphere of the place. This place is highly recommended if you're in the area of the Balloo industrial estate and want some great food.......! This is the place to go!!!!

5 chicken strips and soggy chips to the point of not being edible any more for one meal ordered and specifically asked for no sauce on the Burger for the other as the person eating it does not eat Mayo. Both sides of bap are spread thick with Mayo despite it being underlined on the receipt. This cost me £30

Pre-ordered a few meals for dinner & they were delivered earlier than requested by the lovely Scott. Food was also nice & warm when it arrived, which can be hit or miss with restaurants. Enjoyed our food as always!

Had the vegan beef burger with waffle fries, fries were hot and crispy and burger was exceptional, rest of the party all said their food was great too! Restaurant was clean and it was good to be able to play pool/darts while waiting for food also!

Wife and I ordered from here and 2 unbelievable burgers and fries. First time there tonight and definitely won’t be the last time! So so good.

Discovered this hidden gem nestled in Balloo Industrial Estate. Initially skeptical about the location, but the bustling atmosphere and amazing food quickly won me over. 10/10

Called in to grab a quick takeaway. Super friendly staff, very pleasant. £9.70 for a double burger, drink and sweet potato fries. Not only was it a bargain but it was also really delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I will definitely be back 😁
