Had an absolutely wonderful time at this fabulous restaurant, the food was delicious but the service we received from Angelina was exceptional she greeted us with a warm welcome and kind smile she made us feel very comfortable and served us with grace and kindness, we left with our bellys full feeling very happy and satisfied. All in all cannot fault this establishment just wish there were more people in the world like Angelina she is an asset to this restaurant and would definitely visit her again. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted great 😊 had a great time thank you all at deluxe manna ❤️

I recently attended a corporate dinner at Deluxe Manna, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere perfect for our gathering. A special thanks to Aphie, our wonderful waitress, for her outstanding service —she truly added to making the evening memorable. Highly recommend for corporate or casual dinners!

This has been the 3rd time coming here . Last week I booked a table for my dad’s 60th birthday which was today . They cancelled it last minute. Very upsetting to be honest

My first time at this place all the way from Canada. I was impressed by the service, the food and ambiance we were offered. Keep it up guys.

This was my 2nd time here, this experience was far better than the previous as they lost our booking and staff eerent friendly and very slow. This time, our food came out quickly and was delicious and hot, we were given lemon wipes and lovely stickers by Angelina, who was honestly so soft and accommodating. Go for the food, stay for Angelina.

Decent Congolese restaurant. Wide choice of dishes on the ever growing menu. It comes in handy as a spot for a cheeky meal or to take visitors who would like to sample Congolese food. The restaurant had a revamp recently making it much more aesthetically pleasing. The waiters are generally nice, although aloof at times.

We had a great time at Deluxe Manna, the portions were well-sized and our waitress, Maria, was amazing. I would highly recommend Deluxe Manna to all people looking to come and try Congolese food!

Had a great experience at deluxe manna food and drinks was excellent. Ive been to this restaurant before but following my most recent visit i had to write a review. Our waiter, Mekhi, was outstanding he genuinely took care of us at the table and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food was delicious as always, will be returning !

I recently had an amazing dining experience thanks to our outstanding waiter, Mekhi. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely great as well, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Mekhi's excellent service enhanced our experience, making it a memorable evening. On the phone we were told that at the start of service on Sunday it was not necessary to reserve. Arriving there, very few people made us wait due to lack of reservation. The food was good, kwanga super tebndre and the ntaba 🤩 the same for the drinks. Unfortunately served in 40 minutes... not counting the wait for order taking

We visited for dinner and were served by Maria who delivered an excellent service. She was simply a delight, very thoughtful and attentive. The food was amazing and we could not ask for a better evening. I will definitely recommend visiting you will not regret it.

We went as an organization to celebrate an achievement. I pre-ordered fried plantains, kwanga, maboke (fish) and pondu (cassava leaves). It is an entrée, but realisticly, mikate should be a dessert. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed our time there. It is advised to pre-order and book your table because it is constantly busy. There is a great opportunity for Congolese cuisine to make its mark on global gastronomy once they find a consistent formula that works. Pricey for my liking, but we were celebrating so I paid no mind at the time. Also, there is a service charge. Be prepared. I would have loved that the music was exclusively Rumba (not US RNB or Amapiano) to complete the atmosphere and I believe it is the manager's choice. I will be back most definitely and highly recommend it to experience Congolese food.

It was my third time here and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Big shoutout to Gomez who was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal and my friends enjoyed it all especially considering it was their first time trying Congolese cuisine. Will recommend this place to everyone I know, thank you for a memorable experience.

I went there with my family to celebrate my birthday. First the table wasn’t ready on time and once we seated we realized the table was wonky, we asked to be moved cause it was not comfortable with the baby, they said no. The food took long to come and they forgot to bring stuff that they wanted to charge at the end ! We ended up being sick because of the food ! The worst experience. And I’m Congolese btw

I have been served used kwanga (left by previous customer)and waiters upset because I ordered the right drink but she served something different, when I complain she brought me the right drink and knock the table but I just ignored

The food was made with love, ntaba cooked and seasoned to perfection! Restaurant has a lovely décor too, with indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely coming back for more !

My friends and I visited here on a Friday night and it was amazing! We wanted to try something that we hadnt eaten before and thats non commercialised . Suffice to say Deluxe Manna did not disappoint. The food was delicious (malangua,fumbwa and pondu madesu), and had the perfect balance of flavours. It also was brought out super quick to the table. The staff were very pleasant,professional and attentive. The ambiance was very sophisticated too- a bit of buzz to begin with but also a speak easy vibe towards the end of the evening. I will definitely be returning.

Food was amazing, Was really unhappy with the service didn’t get checked on once and we was a big group of 7 my DRINKS CAME AFTER MY FOOD AND I ORDERED MY DRINKS BEFORE THE FOOD I ALSO GOT 2 big bottles of water and was only given 2 glasses :/. Also there is only one high chair even tho we made this reservation weeks ago and didn’t get the high chair for our one year old who needed it.

Great restaurant! Front of house team were very welcoming on arrival. The starters of puff puff/mikate with peanut butter as the beef skewers were great. Definitely recommend the manna platter as a main course with coleslaw. It was very flavourful & had a great portion size. The cocktails (pina Colada & strawberry daiquiri) were also delicious & strong. I look forward to my next visit!

My time at deluxe manna was an experience like no other. The ambience was nothing but amazing, we were warmly greeted by our charismatic server Jay. All of the food was exceptional, it had fantastic flavours and was clearly made with love. The Amapiano/afrobeats played creates the perfect vibe and accompanies the food perfectly. I will definitely be returning here more often.

Like a fool I followed the hype and travelled all the way to north from south to get food. Underwhelming is the right word. I ordered 3 Ntaba and mayo chicken. A whole 1 hour and 20 minutes after getting home you can imagine my disappointment to find the packs were mostly full of bones. Particularly the chicken I’d say 90% of it is bones. I literally run my fingers through and touched bone every time lol The Taba was also a combination of bone and fat The sad thing is when I called the restaurant to complain, I was asked to send pics/videos which I did. I was then told I’d receive a partial refund which to me was fair. I was asked to send account details etc by someone called Detcho Ladies and gentlemen to this day I haven’t heard a word, mind you we’re going back as far as JULY. I wasn’t going to leave this review because I believe restaurants get it wrong sometimes however it’s the principle. Don’t say you’ll do something and then fob people off. People who spent money patronising your business

The staff were extremely understanding (even though we had issues with lateness😬) they accommodated our booking very well. The food was fresh and really nice, well seasoned and came out very quickly. Jay was extremely helpful and patient as we added to our orders and made sure we were well looked after for the night. Okay okay lets be for real, every African fusion restaurant, I've been to, it has been the same but Deluxe Mana, shelled it, from the Jollof rice which a the right balance of seasoning, the Jerk chicken😵‍💫😮‍💨 was crazyy, to the plantain complimented by the coleslaw. Jay thank you service, really my birthday dinner special.

Service was diabolical. Ordered food and drinks, was sat for an hour after order was taken no drinks no updates. After a hour the manager came over and said the bar man can’t make your drink as he hasn’t got ingredients. ???The manager seemed to find out frustration funny, when his service out of the whole bunch was the worst. Literally left without drinking or eating a thing. TERRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waste of an hour.

Went to the restaurant with my mate and the food was absolutely horrible . Female staff was so rude it was astonishing . Horrible customer service . I also literally saw another staff pick her nose while working . Food hygiene levels are zero . Food is also overpriced but the atmosphere looked good . Couldn’t have had a worse experience . Also no vegetarian options on their menu

Food was absolutely horrible . I found something that looked like a microwaved fly in my food . Female staff was extremely rude as she rolled her eyes at me when I complained about the wait for my food . I was so disappointed , music was too loud and after finding this in my food they still had the cheek to add a service charge . I will never be going back here again .Stay away . I had asked one of the waiter colleagues for the rude staffs name as she totally ignored when I asked her and I think he said her name was Elmime. Whoever is in charge need to check this staff as this is ruining your reputation. Absolutely atrocious service .

Very overrated I’ve been seeing advertising about this restaurant for years only to have the worst experience. A platter that’s supposed to serve 4 people came like something I could eat on my own FOR £52??? With SMALL portions? Food didn’t taste great. Staff don’t smile, came to the table without a bottle opener and didn’t even say sorry. Just grabbed the bottle and opened it with his bare teeth! I didn’t even get a good bye. Staff just stormed off after I removed service charge that the place didn’t even deserve.

Restaurant has a beautiful interior with an outdoor area as well probably great for summer. Server was very lovely and the food came out quick and was incredible. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend the oxtail and especially the crispy shrimp starter. 10/10.

Fantastic food and service. Visiting from abroad and would have loved to have had a Congolese restaurant like this when I lived in London. The only slight improvement suggestion I would have is to add more toilets if possible since there are quite a few tables. Truly well done to the ownera.

I don’t often review of my own back but honestly there aren’t enough restaurants like this in London. So accommodating. Superrrrrrr friendly and highly attentive staff, honestly felt like family the way they treated us. Respectfully, efficiently and of course with a bit of banter to add. I’ve been here twice now. Once with the lads the second with my family. I will be back again!

Service is ridiculous, do better .. Went there and ordered a mock-tail, the girl brought us 1 cocktail. We then asked to get it right as the music was loud we understood that she could’ve made a mistake. She took the drink back for 20 minutes then sent her COLLEAGUE to tell us that, I quote “she doesnt want to come back to your table to let you know that we cannot change the cocktail as she is 100% sure you said cocktail and not mocktail”. When I told them I didn’t want any drink anymore he said I still had to pay for it but he could offer a SMALL bottle of water on the house instead (bear in mind we had asked homegirl with the two left hands for water when we first arrived and that water never made its way to our table ) I didn’t argue about paying for the cocktail as it had already been made even though I shouldn’t have to pay for homegirl’s lack of listening skills (among other skills that poor girl is clearly lacking). Took them 30 minutes to bring a jug of water as well you’d think they climbed mountains and got that water with their bare hands. That girl then gives us the bill and with all her audacity tried to make us pay for the cocktail they wrongfully made AND the mocktail we never even saw AND had the nerve to leave service charge as if there had been any service involved. There’s so much they could’ve done to fix this situation, I would’ve been happy if they had offered to just water down the alcoholic drink by adding more juice or literally anything else. I understand that waitressing courses cost money but I didn’t know that common sense was expensive as well

Passing through London, beautiful setting, very clean dish which gives the impression of being garnished in the end not at all more bones than meat table service and welcome at the top!
