Devine Restaurant Coffee Bar in City of London, Westminster

A Hidden Gem! Went here for lunch with a friend after visiting nearby Garden 120, both within walking distance of London Liverpool Street. There is only a tiny sign marking this restaurant coffee bar which is otherwise hidden under the arches of the side street Vine street EC3N 2PX. What a find! Inside its light bright clean and busy. The staff are friendly and the food is lovely omelettes jacket potatoes and pasta dishes etc everything freshly cooked to order and very easy to check ingredients with the owner if you have food allergies, as I do. Delicious food, reasonably priced nice atmosphere and good service, highly recommended, no need to book just walk in. Appears to be dog friendly. Closes at 2 PM so bear this in mind if you are visiting.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. This was the best meal I’ve had since coming to the UK, and it made my whole day so much better! As the staff said, the food here tastes so good because it’s all made with love.

What a fabulous little find this was. We visited twice on our recent trip to London. If you're staying in the Tower Bridge area and want somewhere where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg but the quality of the food served demands it should then I can highly recommend DeVine. The owner, Sid, gave us such a warm welcome and was more than happy to swap items out on the extensive menu. Because I didn't want bread Sid offered a variety of alternatives and I finally settled on avocado with my breakfast (I'm sure my body was craving potassium so this was great). He was concerned I left some breakfast but it was to do with quantity rather than quality which was top notch. Sid also gave us top tips on where we should go (I'd told him I was a street photographer) and they didn't disappoint. Thanks Sid - we'll definitely be recommended and you'll be our first choice for breakfast when we visit again.

A delightful English breakfast, a friendly supervisor, and the value of money make this a worthwhile experience.

This restaurant was wonderful all around. The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in and sat us. They took our order quickly and the food was out in about ten minutes. We ordered the Fully Monty and everything was cooked perfectly. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggs were fried nicely. Food 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10.

We loved our first traditional English breakfast. The server was really very nice. The hot chocolate was really excellent. Small downside, the orange juice was not pressed fruit juice. This breakfast lasted me all day.

The food is great (and comes out quickly) the staff are friendly and genuinely care to know your story, and its location makes it an optional spot to visit after checking out the Tower or just passing through this side of town.

Simple restaurant with charm. The service was super friendly… you immediately felt like you were in good hands. We had scrambled eggs and panini and both were freshly prepared and really tasty. The fries in particular are extremely tasty. The cappuccino in the picture is with oat milk, really very good and costs just 3 euros. The prices are really cheap. We will come again 🫶

Obsessed, our new spot when visiting London. The staff were super friendly, particularly the owner who couldn’t do enough for you! The atmosphere was so lovely and made an amazing start to our day. And to top it off the veggie breakfast was AMAZING and the hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had, please please get one!

We just finished a late breakfast here and are so full and content. Simple, wonderful, quick, priced well, and fantastic service. For a traveling family of four, this was exactly what we needed, but it’s also what lots of locals need for breakfast or lunch on the regular based on the other tables. We may just be back every day of this trip.

I have eaten at De Vine Restaurant 4 times this week. It was a lovely experience each time. After my first visit the owner remembered exactly how I liked my coffee. Was certainly a delight each time I was there.

We ordered an omelette with ham and cheese, a bagel with cottage cheese, a salad, a panini and fries. Coffee and tea to drink. For £26 we got a delicious breakfast. Fresh food, taste 10/10. The service gentleman was very nice, helpful and friendly. A place definitely worth recommending.
