Dilz in Lewisham

I only had a coffee but it was shockingly bad. It was INSTANT. I asked for a cappuccino and was give some awful brown slop in a foam cup (the foam cup made it taste even worse). If i left it for a few minutes it would develop a skin which i could pick up. This happened twice (see photo). In the end i threw the “coffee” down the sink and tried to forget about the whole thing. I didn’t have the food so i can’t comment on it but my friends got a couple of sandwiches and i didn’t hear any complaints. I just don’t understand why places think it’s okay in this day and age to serve such bad coffee. The only reason i gave it two starts was because the coffee was nice and hot.

Great food. Really good quality, really affordable and great service. Good size delicious coffee. We will definitely go again! Perfect for a nice meal. Bonus- super clean!

Aparecí para el desayuno mientras trabajaba en el área, excelente café, excelente desayuno cocido (juego de 4 deliciosos) tostadas crujientes encantadoras, todo por un precio muy razonable y servido por un personal amable, ¡qué no me gusta! ! ¡Comimos allí todos los días desde entonces! !

Pedí que el desayuno turco venía cubierto de aceite, por lo que mi borek no era comestible ni mi ensalada, la aceituna y los huevos estaban viscosos, todo servido en un recipiente enorme que enfatiza el tamaño de la porción pobre, esto es todo lo que se puede salvar Los sándwiches de tocino de mis socios también tenían una pizca de salsa marrón del tamaño de un espetón. La moraleja de la historia es la tuya f. desayuno familiar

Its my local the food is great and staff are a very helpful and efficient rarely use other cafes , it’s the best in sydenham

Food is always A+, perfect portions and lots of drinks choices. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the cafe is clean and comfortable. They also offer takeaway and ubereats for delivery.

This is very much an unpretentious, relaxed little cafe - but a very good one. Great food and decent prices. Well worth a visit.

This little neighbourhood cafe is buzzing with people and energy. Probably because the staff never stop, if they aren't cooking your delicious and generously portioned food they are cleaning. This place is so clean! The least greasy greasy spoon in history!! The portions are generous, the value is great. The salad selection is fantastic, they are accommodating and so friendly! I can't recommend this little local gem highly enough!

What an excellent place to find in Sydenham. Felt comfortable to be there. The service was friendly and efficient. A wide choice of food available which you can mix and match. Our omelettes were delicious. We didn’t feel pressured to leave - a good atmosphere. A great place to be and eat.

In Sydenham high street there’s this family run cafe that is ideal for breakfast. They have many breakfast sets but you can choose the ingredients you want and they will be happy to make it. The breakfast set includes very good quality coffee or tea and toasted bread with butter. Well sourced produce cooked to perfection, the quality of the bacon and the sausages is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and the premises are very clean. Since I moved to the area I always have my breakfast there on weekends. I highly recommend this place.
