I was enjoying the company of some friends from India that surprised me with a couple of vegetarian dishes ordered through Directfromchef.com. I follow a mostly plant based diet and sometimes is difficult to find good take-away dishes that are healty without forgoing taste. Well, I must say that the chickpeas were prepared in a very flavourful manner and the lentils, ohh those lentils deserve a special mention as I've never tried such an awesome combination of creaminess and spice. One of the best lentils recipes I've ever tried !!!!

I never order takeaway but I was recommended this service from a friend and thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was great being able to order in advance knowing I had a home cooked meal to look forward too with my family after a hectic week! I loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to taste some authentic dishes without the overdose of hydrogenated fats of traditional takeaways so far. #guiltfreetakeaway

This is a must-visit spot for seafood lovers in Solihull! The oysters and prawns were absolutely top-notch—so fresh and flavorful. The service was equally impressive, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommended! p.s. booking in advance to secure your table.

Carluccios 159-161 High Streetme and my husband came here on a Friday night. I had the ravioli which was tasteless and just pasta in some water. My husband had the carbonara which was nothing like I had seen a carbonara before. The waitress even said 'I understand' when I said that the ravioli was tasteless so this must be a common complaint. The garlic bread starter was also pretty poor as it was covered in salt. We are not usually ones to complain but in this case we did and we had both meals taken off the total bill.
