Post-dishoom happiness every time, the food is incredibly delicious and service is so attentive and friendly. Manager kindly offered complimentary dessert as I had to wait a few extra mins on my reservation. Shame they were out of the chai today after all of the festivities. 10/10 as always, highly recommend.

On our visit, we were seated at the bar while waiting for our table, and the staff kindly offered us tea, which was a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Once seated, we enjoyed a selection of Indian dishes, all of which were bursting with authentic flavors. The attention to detail in the preparation and the balance of spices really stood out. Every bite was a treat, and the warm, lively atmosphere added to the experience. Dishoom truly lived up to its reputation, and I would happily return for another meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine and great hospitality!

This is my second time and this time I brought 7 other people that RAVED about the food. Although we had a large party we were served pretty quickly. Everything was delicious and there was live music as well. I highly recommend!

Incredible dinner. Food was fantastic minus the grilled shrimp. They were just ok and kind of tough and no real flavor. Our server was amazing and gave us options. She disappeared for a quite a while, right after we got our entrees and we needed water and to ask for a couple things otherwise she was wonderful.

Lived up to all the hype I saw online. I can’t stop raving about this place. The food was amazing, but the service was top notch. When I went there, an amazing associate named Freya helped me with a complete misbooking on my half. I thought I was going to have to wait a few hours to be seated, but she was able to accommodate me, and get me seated very quickly. She was very helpful, and really made my experience amazing. The server was very sweet as well, and gave amazing recommendations as well as service. Food came out super fast, and was very very good. I would highly recommend.

Visited 30/12/2024. As someone who has visited on several occasions, it seem this visit was a real disappointment. We were moved from the outside queue to the bar as there were a “few spaces”. There were no spaces which led us to stand at the bar waiting for 20mins. We got asked by staff “Have you guys ordered any drinks yet?” Of which I responded “No, not yet”. He then walked away.?!? Very confusing. When then finally found somewhere to sit in the bar area at a table. The gentlemen working there didn’t clean the table which was filthy for another 20mins, no drinks were taken, no anything. But as a new group of 6 arrived, they were sat down by staff, table wiped and drinks ordered? Very dissaponted. We then decided to leave for an alternative.

We took around 50 minutes to enter the restaurant, but I will be brutally honest. It was the best Indian restaurant that I ever tried, and it was definitely worth waiting for. Where we tried different dishes, and all of them were excellent. In the end, I would love to thank Cosmina for her service. She was the best in recommending the dishes that best fit our desire, where Cosmina was so kind with us throughout the whole experience.

Wished I liked it more. Tried the okra fries, biryani, and chicken ruby. Unfortunately food was lacking the seasoning that makes south Asian food so spectacular. Definitely catered towards those looking for westernized food.

Loved the food here. Super delicious! We mostly tried Vegetarian food options. They were great. Service was amazing. We initially booked at other locations but due to some reason they were shut and helped us arrange a new location. Chole bhature is highly recommended.

I don't really like Indians, but I have the hotel nearby and so as not to get dizzy... Joe, surprise, we loved it, the atmosphere and the food.

Great Food, Ambience and Service

Might have just been our surly server but the service was probably the worst and most unwelcoming we've ever experienced anywhere. Cosmina forgot to put our order through and then continued to lie that it was 'on its way', 'just coming' etc. When we asked for it to be for take away, she bluntly threw empty boxes at our table and stormed off. Unnecessarily rude. Making us all really uncomfortable. We should have complained to a manager and asked for a different server but couldn’t find one! Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

Great experience , delicious food and fabulous service, I would like specially to thank Ms. Wes for the great service we show up and didn’t have reservation, they manage to fit us in in around 1hr and 20mins, Waiting lobby was relaxing with all the jazz music and the classic vibes, plus they serve drinks and snacks on the house. It’s a little bit expensive but definitely I,ll come again.

Awesome place to be while in London. There was an hour long waiting, but the food was worth it. Best part about the evening was the vibe, Kala khatta, crispy bhindi, chai and Achar that was paired up with Chole Bhature. Food was great, atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely go there again. Bit expensive, but worth a visit.

After several recommendations for dishoom, we visited it! I really enjoyed the chicken ruby curry, and the garlic naan. I also loved the kulfi we got at the end. The mint and coriander chutney were also delicious. The house Daal was good but a little bit overhyped. I also appreciated the chai and the lassi here as well. Overall, I thought the food tasted great!

We visited Dishoom on the 23rd of December for dinner (5 people), without a reservation, and expected a wait. Upon arrival, we were told it would be 1 hour 50 minutes, but since there was a bar inside where we could enjoy drinks, we decided to wait. To our surprise, our table was ready after just 20 minutes! The food was absolutely delicious—classic dishes with a twist that made them stand out. The service was really good; our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, cracking jokes and making the evening even more enjoyable. It was such a pleasure to be served by someone so personable and attentive. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of both food and service. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great as usual. Surprisingly, Okra Fries were great considering I don’t like okra as well their house Biryani was again the top notch. Our waiter, Mihail (if not spelling wrong was) was great and contributed for our already great experience.

Very busy. Very loud. Tables not big enough to accommodate the serving tray alongside your own plate. Food quite basic for the price. Take a trip to Wembley or Southall for the authentic taste at half the price.

Food was mid, got the signature birahni & the Dahl and really expected more flavours and it felt very lacking. The staff however where phenomenal, shout out to Danny, one of the best waiters out there, and the whole team who made an average meal an awesome experience

It was a nice experience testing this restaurant. However, the long queue outside and the crowded bar area we had to wait in once we got inside might not be a good way to start the evening for some, especially for family groups or larger gatherings.

Been here many times - a brilliant Bombay take on breakfast. Bottomless house chai is a must!

The food was good, and although the staff was friendly the service was bad, people next to us who arrived after us by 10 minutes got their order taken before us, I asked one of the waiters if we can order, they said they will call someone but nothing, after 5 minutes I had to stand and look for someone to ask for service, I asked and they said they will call someone, honestly at that point I was ready to leave, then finally someone came in... And when other people sat next to us we were surprised that they were getting told about some specials available that day, which we were not told about. This resulted in a poor experience overall.

I came here without planning it but I have been eating at Dishoom many times. The service was higher than expected for this kind of restaurant. I had the pleasure to be served by Julian. His knowledge and introduction to the menu was outstanding and he was very charming. He helped us picking a few dishes that were signature to the restaurant. Great dinner Thank you Julian!

5 stars all around. We had breakfast at this location and it was so great that we booked lunch at a different location the following day. Beautiful ambiance, fair prices and amazing food. We've been home to the US for a few weeks and we are still dreaming about this food. Highly recommend!

It was so noisy And long waiting even we have booking

This is among some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. I have always been on the quest for good Indian food, and I feel like my life is complete after having a meal here. Their family sharing style with each person ordering two dishes is a bit odd and possibly a scheme to tackle inflation, but we were fine with it. The chef's special, prawns, biryani, samosa, garlic naan, okra fries and so much more were to die for. The low point of the meal were the deserts, which could have been a little more flavorful. In addition, our server told us that one tea portion was only enough for one person, even thought that was way too much and we easily could have shared two portions max. The atmosphere is a little busy and the high ceiling is a bit off-putting, but these are minor gripes about the experience. I would definitely return here.

Excellent food, brilliant service and a wonderful vibe. Our waitress Zuzana was so patience and helpful - I really wish we could give added tips on the bill (we tend to be cashless these days so didn’t have any cash to leave as a tip). We had the Xmas non-veg meal and it was awesome. 4 hours later and I’m still full!
