La comida es absolutamente deliciosa, presentada brillantemente. El personal está bien informado y acogedor. Simplemente no puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. El Crabanara es imprescindible. Gracias por la recomendación.

No es lo que esperaba. La comida era excelente. Chef realmente sabe cocinar. Hermosos sabores y presentación. El lugar en sí es bastante extraño. Vaya, es una experiencia pero, para ser justos, no una “buena comida”.

Después de una linda comida a mitad de semana probamos el menú degustación que ocurre el último sábado de cada mes y qué puedo decir, ¡guau! La comida era excepcional y me encantó los toques personales del chef que salió y explicó cada plato! No te dejes engañar por el lugar, ya que cuando entras podrías estar confundido que estás en un bar de cerveza de barril y no te equivocarías, pero arriba te sorprende un pintoresco restaurante! Es un espacio pequeño arriba, así que recomendaría reservar temprano para no decepcionarse, ya que sin duda vamos a volver!

Gran bar en el piso de abajo y un restaurante peculiar arriba. Almorzaron el domingo los dos tuvieron el Cordero Perfectamente cocinado con todos los adornos Usan productos locales frescos y se nota. Tenía que tener un desierto, brownies caseros con sorbete de frambuesa y frambuesas frescas Mi esposa tenía pudín de toffee pegajoso con helado de vainilla, ambos realmente muy agradable. Gran personal de servicio No podía entender por qué el lugar estaba solo medio lleno, a un precio razonable Sería una pena si este negocio no sobrevive Espero que esté abierto la próxima vez que estemos en Brid

Esta fue nuestra primera visita para una cena de noche. Hemos sido clientes durante un tiempo y siempre hemos disfrutado de los aperitivos del bar y la selección de cervezas. Habíamos oído que las noches de catadores se agotaron bastante rápido, así que reservamos temprano. La noche no decepcionó, la comida era fantástica. Nueve platos pequeños de comida, todos introducidos por el chef Martin. Bien vale la pena una visita y recomendable reservar - por si acaso.

From the outside it would be easy to walk by. For anyone not informed it looks like a standard (small) pub/bar primarily suited for those that prefer beer! However upstairs is a well laid out restaurant - serving (based on our experience) a top drawer Sunday roast. The pork (which I had) was a combination of (very succulent) lion and pork belly. My wife's beef was very nice too....not that she shared much with me! Accompanying the meat was a mixture of potatoes and veg....which includes a mashed sweet potato/carrot mix that I couldn't believe how tasty it was. Anyway, a hidden gem...and recommended

A bit of a mix up with our booking but the food & service was excellent. Delicious sour dough Tasty ham hock Scallops in Katsu was perfect Halibut crab, tempura vegetables was a great combination Chocolate marquis sublime The front of house was really on the ball.

Martin is an extremely talented chef serving fabulous dishes which ooze quality ingredients and a real care to produce culinary delight. Highly recommended.

As a local surprisingly we didn’t know about this place until we were given a gift voucher for Christmas! Speaking to friends, they didn’t know about it either. It was quite difficult to get confirmation of our online booking - at the end it said “ someone will call you to confirm your booking “, but after 3 weeks no call was forthcoming. After leaving a message on the mobile number provided and then a message via FB, a further telephone call was actually answered, by the chef himself whilst he was working! He certainly needs some help. The food was very good but the wine very expensive. 2 courses plus wine, with a soft drink and beer downstairs in the bar to begin with, came to a few pence short of £110. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t special enough to ensure we will return.

A few days in Bridlington for a concert, we struggled to find anywhere good to eat...until we stumbled across this fab restaurant. As in others reviews, not an obvious stop, and downstairs is a taproom with live music on a Sunday. Make the trip upstairs for superb, well presented, very tasy and great value food. A friendly chef/patron will take time to chat at the table in an unpretentious and relaxed (dog friendly also) restaurant. We had the leek and cheese Souffle, amazing! And the bacon,black pudding and poached egg salad. Followed with the roast beef which was exceptional. What a find, don't walk past!
