Domino's Pizza in Tower Hamlets

Pedí pizza, el conductor no la entregó en mi casa la dejó en el escritorio y me pidió que fuera a recogerla y estoy discapacitado. Llamé a la tienda donde seguían bajando el teléfono. Escriba un correo electrónico a la oficina central y no conteste. Edgware Road Dominos Pizza

Waited over an hour for delivery with terrible customer service. Hung up on twice and didn't care was twice as long as showed when ordering. Incredibly rude and said just how it is. Do not order waste of time and money.

Phoned the store as my card wasn't working online the manager was very rude and unhelpful and had an uncaring attitude. I then managed to order a delivery because i was sick and didnt want to enter the restaurant I paid extra for delivery which was 20 mins late I like 2 mins walk away it the chios I ordered were cold and burnt so was the pizza. I decided to walk to the store to complain she said i couldn't get a refund I showed her the chips she said that's how they are she shrugged her shoulders I knew it was the same person from the phone call as she had the same accent and there were only 2 workers her and another lady. She didn't even mention a refund I complained for 15 minutes until she offered me a pizza as the one I left at home would be cold. She had a rude attitude all the time I was in the store. No customer service experience and she looked fed up. Not what you want to see when someone is making your food. Really disgusting she should be retrained or fired

I'd rather eat a cow pat than another Dominos pizza. Burnt, dry and tasteless. Complaining gets you nowhere, they just don't care. Never again!

I had the worst customer service by this Debra (/karen) at this shop, as I made a call to the store to just asking for a Hawaiian pizza and if they put a egg on the pizza, she just started to swear at me on the phone and hanged the phone down, I called again and explained her that this is a legit call but she didn't want to hear me out and kept insinuating that I was a laying and that she had my phone number and she would be reporting me which is cool because I just want to make a order just a order. I have told her that I would come to store and she was rude to me and this kind of behavior just damage the brand as she just didn't care about the brand, even when I went there she didn't apology for her behavior she kept given excuse and no solution to this. I hope they can give her more training on costumer service as she look like she skip that part thou.

By far and away the most delicious Pizza takeaway we have had for over 12 months. Ordering was smooth and simple, the team were really helpful and polite and our delivery driver was so kind and friendly. I actually rang the store this evening to say thank you to the team because it was THAT GOOD! They were surprised to hear Thank You comments so I really hope this branch gets some reward or acknowledgement by how great they have been. We were blown away by how fresh and tasty the whole order was, as well as literally piping hot straight from the oven - you would not have known they'd had to travel to get our food to us. This was the first time in about 18 months since ordering from Dominos - but only due to the pandemic and trying to keep expenses to a minimum. Will 100% be ordering again and recommending to others to get from this branch. Thank you so much, this meal has made our week (and our 2022 so far!)

Pizza was burnt.. worst pizza iv eva had.. shop was closed when calling bk for a new pizza. Contacted head office.. nothing such as yet.. waste of time and money.

I was sceptical about ordering from this dominos because of previous bad reviews. But my food came on time and was delivered by a friendly Driver. Very please with service and food.

Hi Guys! I usually go to have a pizza take away in Domino’s. It’s not a really good pizza but it offers customers lots of flavors and it’s a good option if you don’ Have time to wait long time for your meal!

Sometimes I love eating American style pizza: large and fat. But I still think that prices in Domino's are way too high

Ordered two pizzas which one of those was never been delivered. Tried to call them to see what was going on then hung up .

Ordered a basic tomato and cheese pizza delivery, and the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it. Tried calling, but only got as far as saying we just ordered delivery before they hung up on us and didn’t pick up after that.

Order took well over an hour when I was told 30 mins. When I called to find out what was going on, I was just told it will be there and I should be patient. Pizza was barely warm on arrival. Avoid!

I really wanted to give this place a go! After placing my order and paying online, the order never came. Never happened to before. Hopefully we will never have to deal with this place again.

We ordered 4 pizzas and a garlic bread, got a garlic pizza bread instead and didnt even eat it, went to the bin. Guys avoid this place at all cost u will not get good value for money and your much better off going with small independent pizza shops.

Ordered 2 pizza's and 2 wings... Pizzas arrived with one set of wings, pizzas incorrect and cold . Called to find out where other wings were. They were delivered 20 minutes later also freezing cold. Substandard dominos will ever order from this dominos again.

had pizzas not hot and expensive . Is look like is frozen one!!! Did call back the staff did not help at all
