Domino's Pizza in South Ribble

30 mins from order to door, coleslaw dated today - warm and tasted off and pizza stone cold!!! So much for a treat. Definitely not worth the money

THIS WAS AMAZING THE WORKER WAS SO CARING AND KIND AND SHE GAVE ME A FREE BOX OF COOKIES AND THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD I WAS SUPRISED TO SEE IT WAS ALL FRESH AND HOMEMADE LOVE THIS

Ordered two pizzas and dough balls, and wow—what an experience! Not the food, mind you—that was painfully average. But the price? Oh, that was top-tier comedy. Felt like I’d stumbled into a reverse happy hour: “Buy one, pay for two!” Honestly, I thought they’d accidentally charged me for the rent on the oven they baked it in. Next time, I’ll just eat my wallet directly—it’s probably more satisfying and way cheaper!

The pizza they sent was nice but not the one I ordered so low star on service. Couldn't be bothered getting it redone. Would be full 5 stars if I had the correct order. Also I think the garlic bread has gotten alot smaller since we last ordered.

I got a home delivery, but the atmosphere was absolutely electric in my house when it arrived

I had an order at work with friends and they got the order wrong rang up to tell them and they said it’s close to closing ring up on another day and we will replace your order ok so I have now rang 4 times and bin hung up on 4 times on the same day they do not want to solve my problem and keep hanging up on me this will be going to head office as it is out of order and the worst customer service I have ever experienced hope the £57 was worth it as I now see it as my personal challenge to stop people from using this branch also trading standards will be informed

Can't really comment on atmosphere, it's a take out, but consistently good pizzas.

Fantastic service. Ordered online to collect in person on the way home from dropping my youngest off at a party. Part way home my engine malfunction light came on so I made the decision to nurse the car home rather than collect my pizza. I phoned the shop and the fantastic lady organised for the pizza to be delivered! It was delivered very quickly and was very tasty too.

Found hair in my cookies and pizza. I was told I couldn’t have a refund and they would only investigate if I sent the food and sent it to head office even though they had photos confirming it. Really disappointing service! Poor care and consideration to people’s health and safety.

Does what it says on the box, perfectly adequate, pizza good.

we in the past we have had substandard fair from this store. So hence complained approximately. Just tried to order for delivery. And there is a note on their system, not to accept any orders via either phone or in person. I rang to ask why and the lady could not give any response yo my quesitions

Never had dominoes before but after some bad experiences from most leyland takeaways we thought we would pay that little bit extra for a dominoes. Absolutely delicious and arrived hot. The cookies were lovely too.

Much better experience with the pizzas from this Dominos compared with the one in Bamber Bridge and friendly staff as well (certainly not friendly in Bamber Bridge).

Fast delivery, but when the pizza arrived it was missing the main ingredients! I ordered a Sizzler and they missed the jalapeños and spices! I rang and they apologised and said I'll get a replacement in 15-20 minutes.... 40 minutes later no pizza, I rang and then got put on hold for 5 minutes to then be put onto another person as the original clearly walked off without sorting. Eventually I was told my replacement pizza had gone missing, clearly it had never been made! 1 hour later my pizza arrived, ashame it was the end of the night. The Leyland brach clearly need to actually carry out the quality check they say they do, and maybe sack the incompetent staff they have!

Ordered from here a couple of times now, every single order had at least 1 side missing. Takes over 24 hours for a refund. Not good enough.

As as a regular customer, I must say that this has been the last time I order anything from this branch. My order this evening has been charged and was an hour late, and won’t be arriving! Having phoned to ask where it is, I’m told that no orders have gone through due to issues on the website. I was given a number to call tomorrow for refund and offered to reorder, and be recharged. Okay we are hungry, I’ll sort it tomorrow. Reorder given to helpful chap who took details and the 50% off pizza Code this store sent. He spoke to his manager who was clearly heard in the background repeatedly saying “tell her no cheap offers!” This is an offer they are marketing and running no one is asking for anything for free! Offered another order without discount and at full price - politely declined. Felt sorry for the guy on the phone but his manager is an absolute disgrace!! Dominos deal with it! These type of Managers do nothing for staff motivation and certainly nothing for the branch or brand, we won’t be back!

Sad times when a kids birthday meal is spoilt by incompetence. Ordered my kids choice of special birthday food which arrived without the cookies she loves for dessert. Rang once told it would be sent out. Rang an hour later given apologies and told it would be sent out. Rang again another hour later. birthday girl in bed missed out on her cookies. Cookies finally arrive 2 hours 30 mins after main order! Will not be ordering again.

Great food and my gluten free pizzas are always delicious, highly recommended.

Could not have been easier. Select what you want, use the deals advertised and pay. They update you as it’s cooking, being checked and send for delivery and it was very quick. The food was the standard Domino’s so no complaints as you get what you pay for.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered pizzas and garlic breads and wedges. The wedges didn't come so rang them. Apparently 25 minutes for them to come and still aren't here 2 hours later. Absolutely fuming. 1st there missed then they can't re deliver them on time. Not using them again

I'd give this branch 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza for delivery online and 2hrs later the pizza still hadn't arrived. I rang the branch with my order number and they said that the pizza hadn't come through and it was me who was mistaken even though I had a receipt. I had to drive to the store to show them the receipt and then had to wait another 10minuites to collect. I was told I'd be fully refunded but that never happened. When I looked at the pizza there wasn't even any tomato base on it. Do not go here it is an utter joke.

Very nice food, but in my opinion way overpriced as the average meal for a family costs £30-£40 which for a takeaway is expensive. Other than that no problems.

Ordered online for collection. Said will be ready in 12 minutes only to be kept an extra 15 minutes in store. All you could hear was a member of staff shouting at another which I thought was poor while customers present. Also ordered quite late on so was quiet. Ordered 2 pizzas; one pizza with stuffed crust and it then suggested buying a large dip which I did buy. Only to get the pizza back to find no stuffed crust or large dip which I had paid extra on top of the deal! Then it had closed. Very dissapointing.

Massively unsatisfactory services which caused me to want a refund. Been lied to and mugged off for just over a week now and still no closer to getting my money back. Leyland domino's is run horrendously. Give me my god damn money back its over 50quid no one can afford to go without this time of year

Ordered on line, arrived at arranged time, all ready. Texas BBQ pizza was lovely. Service okay but nothing special. It does what it does & does it well.

Firstly, ordered and delivered in 20 minutes and came at brilliant timing. Excellent food quality, this is one of few times I've ever eaten there but like my friends says "with some takeaways, you get a regret of buying it the day after, with Domino's there is no regret". I agree with him completely. Domino's is the way forward!😄😄😄 Cookiesss

Tried to order a pizza by phone, line absolutely dreadfully, on line you can 'create your own, 4 corners'! Over the phone, no can do, don't know where you've seen that mate! On your web site dohhh! Pappas John's next time for me!!

I am appalled with the service at this place. Ordered over an hour and a half ago and still not received the pizza. Delivering to runshaw aswell! Pathetic. £14.99 for a pizza that spent so long being ‘prepared’ and ‘checking over’ that the pizza wasn’t worth the wait.

Ordered online pizza deal , 2 med pizzas, NEW choc a lotta pizza, chicken & wedges combo. Tracked order online, came quickly and hot. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Slightly expensive but seen as not a regular thing we didn't mind.

Way too expensive when you order online.... seems to add on extra money.. not calculating properly!!! Either a rip off and their trying to make more money from customers or the online calculation is broken & not working properly!!!!!!!!

I can't give "Very good" as we've recently been having mixed experiences. Depending on who answers the phone food quality will vary. The regular pizza we order from domino's wasn't available however the man taking the order told me to ring back when I had looked on the website. Good cooking time as it was accurate from when I placed the order.

Probably the most over rated pizza place around. Pizzas are usually greasy and seem low quality.

Starting from ordering the young man on phone was delightful and very helpful as was having problems with a online voucher and honoured our voucher. We had been given 45 mins for delivery but came in around 25 mins, up to now 100% satisfaction. The quality of food was not 100% however, tandoori hot was not hot at all on one half of pizza and on the other half ( veg supreme) had very cold tomatoes on it. Half the dough balls fresh and beautiful the other half hard and dry. Chicken wings seem to have gone smaller but still amazing!!

We only order from this place when we are desperate (home from work late or have nothing in the fridge) and 9 times out of 10 they get some part of our order wrong. This week we ordered a bacon double cheese pizza and after waiting almost an hour because the driver got lost, they sent us a pizza with ham and olives on!! We rang the shop to complain and the human (I think) who answered didn't even realise they did a bacon double cheese pizza. This is the last time we will order from this place even though they owe us free cookies and a pizza. I'd sooner drive to penwortham to Pappa Johns..

Expensive pizza with no tomato sauce on the base ! We do spend on average with a large family to feed as a treat £40+ and everytime we are disappointed with one aspect of our meal. Seems like whoever owns this chain is skimping somewhere !! Not good when paying that amount for pizza !

Visited several times, not had a delivery, but great pizzas

Food were delivered quick and on time, hot delicious food, full of meat on my personal size pizza, and my son finished his 14 chicken wings alone, very delightful meal, high recommend!

First, I made my choice online on their website, then I called to my local Domino's and made an order with delivery. Told it will take 25-35 minutes but actually, in 15 minutes we had a very tasty pizza on the table.

Regularly order pizza from here. Always cooked perfectly to my liking. Service always friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend the Texas bbq pizza. Staff more than happy to make u a pizza up with what ever toppings you want! Can't fault dominos at all. Excellent!

Less then a 50% success rate when it comes to getting the right order. Often cold and obviously not made with care. Very disappointing when your paying the prices they ask for.

I have no problems with the pizzas here. They are very nice, especially the bbq meat flavour. My problem is with the confusing offers they have on. It takes a degree in mathematics to work out the best offer. And then there's the "free delivery". Is it really free when there is a "discount" for picking up the pizza yourself? The pizzas themselves are very expensive. We once tried to order four small pizzas and the cost was just under £40. Get larger pizzas and it turns out cheaper. It serves to be greedy I suppose! Best going to Antonellos!
