Domino's Pizza in Portsmouth

Went in to order, made up the most expensive way of charging me, even though i asked for the cheapest deal, when i noticed on the bank statment, refused to correct and basically said though!

Shocking ! Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides with extra sauces … Driver turned up with pizzas and nothing else so he decided to blame his manager for it.. After we called the shop they told us that they’re sending us new order as the pizzas we received were cold and we wanted rest of our food as well ( we didn’t touch the pizzas waiting for the driver with our fresh food to be delivered so he can take it back ) Driver turns up again 20 min later with the sides that were super cold and most likely from the first time he arrived… So we called the shop again the man on the phone reassured us that our order is being made and will be out for delivery very soon ( giving up with this place now ) 😂👏 After waiting nearly 1h 45 min for this order we called again to speak with the manager who was super rude and didn’t seems to care after asking him about where our food was his response was that is in the oven and getting ready to be made like wtf 😳 .. so we asked him should we be on top of the order as this was your shops fault ? To which he responded I give you refund but no food 🤷🏼‍♀️🤬 We took the refund and now we have to find else we’re to order dinner from ! Thanks so much we will definitely not order from this place again and the manager should get better training! This was today order 090 orders at 19:02 never delivered and the time is 20:51 … 👎🏻

Pedimos una gran cantidad de pizzas para un almuerzo de trabajo. Llamé con antelación y la pizza era entregado exactamente cuando lo pedí. Se dio un descuento generoso según la cantidad ordenados lo que era de agradecer. Toda la comida era deliciosa y bien caliente. Un recibo por correo electrónico pidiendo iva de nuestros registros. Altamente recomendado

Staying Portsmouth for business and fancied a pizza and decided to have wander found dominos and used one of there deals for an evening meal The staff were brilliant efficiently took my order and made the items there and then. Total time did not exceed 15 mins from order to getting food beware this is a takeaway no eat in facilities Having realised I had forgotten to order a dip I tried too order it once recieved my order but the staff member gave it to me free of charge 5 * rating for customer service and quality of food

I've always enjoyed a dominoes this place does exactly wat is says good food quick delivery always hot x

Ci siamo fermati quì per cena era molto tardi e i ristoranti aperti erano pochi inoltre eravamo affamati e non avevamo voglia di girare tutta la città allora abbiamo deciso di ordinare la pizza, l'attesa è stata lunghissima, ci hanno mezzo circa 40 minuti per prepararci le pizze, inoltre fanno solo cibo d'asporto non è possibile mangiare all'interno, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare a mangiare sul marciapiede. La pizza era buona ma il prezzo era davvero alto, una margherita costava 10 sterline!!

I had a take away pizza on weekend with friends. And it was great choice. Friendly and helpfull stuff, really tasty food, my pizza was just great, nicely done. For three of us we only paid 15 pound for Pizza, side and drink. You cant beat this prize. Highly reccomended to have lunch or dinner as take away :-)

Had a delivery tonight -First the dough balls were missed so I had to phone again. Is it me or are they putting less cheese on their pizzas? I was rather disappointed with the meal that was 50% off but It was no way worth £56 and barely the £28 I paid. It was dry, very tomatoey and lacking in cheese- apart from missing the dessert. Has put me off Domino's for sometime!
