The pizza is going downhill. Definitely not as tasty as they used to be. Get better from the local takeaway and much cheaper. The delivery driver Aaron is always pleasant.

The staff were very nice and made my pizza in a quick time the pizza was also very tasty. Bushra was especially nice and gave me a free garlic bread 👍

Everyone was very polite and got our food ready in good time and good quality even with being so busy so can’t go wrong.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered a pizza with no cheese for my partner who is lactose intolerant over the phone. I said it to the guy on the phone about 6 times to make 100% sure it had no cheese. When I get there? Cheese. And when I complain and ask for a new one the girl serving me acts as though I’m the one who made the mistake. The new pizza that they made to replace the original one also wasn’t cut at all. Thanks guys.

any time i order from domino’s i always receive great service from the workers like the the delivery drivers or the managers , i always receive a great portion of food and as a whole they are very welcoming and nice.

If you want the wrong pizza come here Every time I order from here something is wrong or missing. Most recently ordered a Meateor and got a fajita pizza 🤦🏻 Rang up and had to drive back to the branch to get a replacement. Ask for extra sauce and you get hardly any

Shocking. Ordered online, £12 for the large pizza, meat feast. For some reason I had to order a small bottle of pop to get delivery, and then they charge £2.69! It was honestly one of the worst pizzas I've ever tasted. I sometimes get a deep pan meat feast from Tesco that blows this away. Iceland do better pizzas, Asda do better pizzas, Morrisons do better pizzas. Absolute tosh. The day after, like cheap burgers you are reminded of the taste. If it tasted good in the first place it would be welcome, but it was rank. Dominos hoo hoo, more like Dominos f£&k you.

Shocking customer care. Webiste says delivered we've been waiting over 2 hours. I called the restaurant and the lady argued with me saying the driver was outside for ages calling my phone and ringing the doorbell. We don't have a doorbell and have been looking outside for the driver none stop. I had zero calls! Food still is not here and the staff member put the phone down on me when I questioned!! 2 young children waiting for their pizza past their bedtimes absolutely starving. Shocking service I'm appalled.

COLD FOOD despite being there before the collection time I had booked, and they hadn't even started to make it when I arrived

Previously left a good review but this place has drastically gone down hill. The staff don’t care at all about the quality of the food. 4 inch of crust round the edge. Missing ingredients. Have to wait 15 minutes after your collection time. Last time here now a real shame because dominos when done right is brilliant but this branch clearly don’t care

Took over an hour and a half to arrive. Whe it did finally arrive it was lukewarm; the chips where inedible. Given the cost of a couple of pizzas and sides this is a not a place we will be ordering from again.

My son is autistic and only has certain hot foods, dominoes being one of them. Mary and the team have been absolutely fantastic accommodating to his needs. First class service and a happy son! Mary deserves a pay rise :-)

We have ordered two 12 inch pizzas, one is pepperoni pizza and the other is chicken pizza. Pepperoni pizza is too salty. The chicken is very hard. The lady who took the order is rude. Not good customer service.

So we travelled 300 miles and the guys here were so friendly and looked after us. Well done Domino’s Accrington..!!!!

Food arrived early, not bad. The actual food was a nightmare. First time, gave me the wrong order + forgot my £2 dip and bottle of drink. Second time, right pizza, no dip or drink still. Third time, got my pizza, stone cold soggy fries and drink, still no dip.

People only write reviews when something goes wrong with their order. They never write something good when everything is great with their food and it was with mine and I cannot complain. Explain service and staff were very nice. Was quick and a little pricey but what isn’t nowadays. Will be back again.

Undercooked pizza, couldn't pick up a slice without the base falling to bits, got bad guts this morning too 🤒 this particular shop is certainly not an employer providing equal opportunities there is a concerning lack of staff diversity
