Domino's Pizza in Watford

Standard dominos. Exactly what we expected. We got a large pizza to go and ate it at the hotel. Nice pizza, reasonable price.

I give up ordering from this branch - quality is dependent on the day of the week. An hour after I ordered they delivered the wrong pizza, rang for a replacement was told it would take 40 mins so asked for refund instead-gut was so miserable! Customer care and quality checks non existent

After receiving bad service over 20 years ago. I decided to give them a second chance more fool me.....Ordered pizza at 7.30, when calling to chase at 8.55 got told pizza had left and will be with us soon. Called back again at 9.20 got told pizza was delivered at 8pm to the wrong address. Was given a sorry an a delivery would be sent asap with a £15 voucher which doesn't even cover the cost of the pizza. Which we declined as we will NEVER use Domino's again. Especially considering their website states they will call you when outside!!

We ordered the medium family deal with two medium pizzas, wedges and a drink for £22. I remember when it used to be £20 for two pizzas and two sides which was a much better offer. The pizza was good, greasy and could have done with a couple extra minutes in the oven but it’s not a massive deal. Overall you get what you expect, it’s not the best but if it’s what you’re craving in the moment there isn’t a better alternative. Probably the best choice of all franchises.
