Absolutely fuming at the state of our pizzas. No covering at all on parts of mine...and i paid for 'extra cheese'. The tomato base was so thick in places and nothing on other areas, resulting in my mouth full of tomato base. Hardly any other toppings.They must have literally thrown the ingredients on. How dare anyone treat someones food like this? Disgusting. The other pizza was burnt and with hardly any cheese also with massive amounts of base in several areas. I can only describe these pizzas as NASTY. Never again will i risk ordering from freshwater square again. If the so called chef is reading this then let me tell you...you re in the wrong job. Your skill is in our bin. Vile. An absolute disgrace to your employer.

80 High StreetIf I could give no stars I would, useless at answering the phone got the wrong pizza last time and took over an hour to resolve this! Don’t recommend use crowborough instead

High Street*Do not use* I ordered a delivery from their website. The order was rejected, I phoned to check why and to request a refund. I was passed to a so called manager. He was very aggressive about the refund. After a heated discussion he shouted down the phone “ You Fuc*ing Bastard” and slammed the phone down. This place and this manager are an utter disgrace. I hope you get boycotted by the Heathfield residents and go bust!
