Domino's Pizza Cambourne in South Cambridgeshire

Terrible pizzas. Worst pizzas I've ever had. Both pizzas were burnt, and my changes to the toppings were ignored. Go somewhere else.

changed from delivery to collection and the gave me back the price of the delivery with garlic bread and chips (much more than delivery cost) really nice customer service tonight!

Saw a guy who works there pick up a dying bird, proceeded to chase another member of staff around with it, then went back into the building without washing his hands and carried on working as normal... really gross...

Just really really poor. Not sure why I gave them another go. Very dry pizza and barely warm.. so dry in fact that it was curling up in the middle. Zero flavour, could taste more when I had covid. This was a collection so God only knows what it would have been like if I’d waited on delivery. Had the same experience on previous visits so that’s the last time. Best place for their pizzas is in the bin!

They don't actually do anything. Orders take >1hr and aren't even in the oven. Quicker to make your own pizza, including milking the cow and making the cheese. Hardly ever answer the phone. Never confident they understand you.

Order took over two hours to be delivered due to lack of delivery drivers. If you order Pizza pick it up yourself. Our Pizza was cold but managed to get a full refund.

I ordered at 17.22 and am still waiting for my delivery at 19.15!! I rang 40 minutes ago where they stated it was on its way and still nothing has arrived! Avoid at all costs!!!

Manager Martin very rude and arrogant. This funny littl fella should be fired. Overpriced poor quality pizza. Delivery always late and pizza usually cold.

Hour delays for collections. Manager blames head office & calls customers greedy for wanting refunds & compensation.

Very very upset. I paid my pizza online , money was taken from my bank account and no order was placed. They told me I should order again. Never again.

Very good, great food great employees except from one blonde male employee who was clearly very miserable and then decides to Chuck the garlic and herb dips across the table with an attitude of complete disgust, unlike the first employee who handed the pizzas over and wished me a good day

This is the worst service I have come across I pay for the pizza to be delivered and they take my money ... pizza turns up and the driver asks for a second payment as the website is down and I will get a refund once it’s back up and running again ? I don’t think so .... I now have to wait for my money to be returned do not use these jokers

Pizzas lovely but even when ordering the pizza for a set time, when I arrive to collect I had to wait 20 minutes. It just seems too manic; the person at the reception has to co-ordinate and stack pizza boxes, check orders for in-coming custom and people coming in to collect orders and, co-ordinate the courier. Too much and it ends with people waiting around and causes really slow service. Looking at the reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue

Our pizza never arrived we ordered at 4.30 got a call at 6 from the driver saying he couldn't find the house I waited near the window I saw him take a piss in the bushes near our house then drive away. Pizza never arrived. Not sure if I will get my money back paid £23 😭 no dinner

The dominoes shop in cambourne may be small but they successfully manage to deliver throughout cambourne. The Onky thing that let's them down is that the delivery is almost always 10 minutes later than the pizza tracker in the app. For collection they are normally fairly fast 10 - 15 mins. Tip. Create your own half and half pizza. Delicious

Order a pizza for delivery. Took about 50 minutes. When it arrived the pizza was cold. It tasted fine but needed reheating.

Arrived 40 mins late. Not hot. When phoning to chase the order the phone got answered and the immediately hung up. Total rubbish.

Good fresh pizza at a good price. 9.99 deal is well worth it. Would not pay full price for pizza ever.
