Domino's Pizza - Southport - Churchtown in Sefton

I made an order through the app and straight away called to ask for the gluten free dough as it says online this has to be a personal request and cannot be done through the app, My call was then answered by a very unenthusiastic girl on the phone who said “ no we can’t” “we only do small gluten free pizzas”, This doesn’t seem fair to me that you have to be punished for certain dietary requirements! What was stopping them just rolling 2 lots of small gluten free dough together to maker a larger one?

Had an issue and phoned store to see if they can help. A lady called Ashley sorted me out and helped. She went above and beyond to help me with great professionalism and humour while sorting me out a refund. What a star! Thanks again Ashley

I used to order more regularly from this Dominos branch but it has got gradually worse over time. We ordered 2 pizzas last night. On one pizza we ordered extra cheese. The pizza didn't even have enough cheese for a normal portion, never mind for extra. You were lucky to get 1 tiny sliver of chicken on every slice. There was not enough tomato sauce on the base so it was mostly a dry dough. We paid extra to add bell peppers to our second pizza, there was about 5 small bits on the whole pizza. We have been ordering here for a few years but now they have become so stingy with the ingredients over the last year. When you're commanding a high price for your pizzas, they should be cconsistently high quality, especially when you've put the prices up. It'd be a different pizza if their upper management was in attendance. I'm sure their pizza wouldn't be a tasteless dry pizza with very few ingredients

Good pizzas but prices fluctuate alot even with deals. Some times by £10.

Ordered a pizza but after paying for the order was told it would take over 15 minutes so had to cancel. Was told my switch account would be credited in a few days.when nothing happened called in 2 weeks later was again told by the manager that she would escalate my complaint but still nothing has happened so not good customer service and not an honest way to run a business or treat customers.showed them my receipt been waiting for a refund since the 26th Dec and they have not phoned with an update despite saying they would

Always a ry good pizza from here and usually fast delivery.

Just because i have to eat gluten free, i am not included in the same offers as everone else. Pizza hut can do it. Not worth it if you have to eat gluten free....go to pizza hut.

Great service and the staff are extremely well mannered.

It's a standard dominos there is nothing to complain about and you will get the same quality and standard you would expect at any dominos. Order online or via the app for a quick turnaround and notifications about your order process. Car parking available outside or round the back. My biggest problem with dominos is the deals are so vast in number it can be hard to tell what the best price is. Prices without deals are very expansive. Most of all the frustration on selecting deals only to find out they aren't compatible at the checkout.

Fantastic service and food, staff always smiling and happy, food always piping hot, so much better quality then the one by lidl.

Pizza was good but full of teens which was uncomfortable with a gang of about 20 and only 3 getting food.

Great food, but the staff here are really pleasant, that's what keeps me going back time and time again!

Absolutely appalled, got home (ordered a pepperoni pizza large) and the whole thing was just absolutely covered in fat, top to bottom soaked!!! It was undercooked and had a weird smell, won't be ordering from this one again, joke!
