We placed an order for delivery online and it didn’t arrive on time despite the app telling us it had already arrived? so another 10 minutes go by and my husband calls them for an update and all we got was an insincere apology and that “it should be on its way” after he told them that this is not okay. Our food arrived nearly 45 minutes late and the driver didn’t even apologise and to make things worse, the cake and hot custard was completely cold with a skin on it! And the “banoffee” crepe was made with chocolate sauce and flake for some reason when banoffee is short for Banana-Toffee and we were not informed of any changes. To add to the disappointment, I put in a request for a partial refund as we were not satisfied in the slightest and I had hoped that they could at least show us some decent customer service and empathise that this was completely their fault but alas, they denied our request and justified their service by saying that they were busy?! It was a weekday so I’d hate to see the quality of service on a Saturday night! Being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. Such a shame because we love supporting local businesses and leaving positive reviews, but in this case the wait was not worth it, the apologies were not heart felt, and the order itself was not worth the money.

Postres muy bonitos, trabajador con el pelo rizado es excepcional y súper educado. Era muy fácil charlar con ella y muy comprometida con su trabajo.

Pedido x 2 postres, x 2 batidos y un helado de perro a las 10 : 30 pm, esperó hasta casi la medianoche sin entrega, envió un correo electrónico al restaurante por la mañana quien declaró que la entrega se intentó a las 11 : 32 pm con 2 golpes y 3 llamadas perdidas esto fue mentira las llamadas se hicieron a las 11 : 59 pm. Pedí un reembolso, ya que el conductor dijo que dejó la comida en la puerta con una foto, aunque no teníamos comida, la persona con la que hablé por correo electrónico recibió una pequeña grosería diciendo que el conductor tenía que salir en la puerta, ya que tenía otras entregas que hacer, a pesar de que la tienda cerró una hora antes de llamar. Seguro decir que no volveré a pedir desde aquí

¡BASURA! Pedido con un plazo de entrega de 45 minutos después. Casi 2 horas y todavía esperando! Llamaron para que me dijeran "esperando a un conductor". Todavía no hay entrega... para un pedido que estaba listo para la entrega hace más de 40 minutos! ¡Abrirá una disputa con mi banco... broma absoluta!

NO ORDENES DESDE AQUÍ TE ESTAFAN Pedí un postre que tenía un precio de £ 19. 45 en solo comer dijo 30 a 45 minutos para la entrega cuando presiono para pedir la entrega subió una hora y luego después de 10 minutos subió a 1 media hora. Fui y cancelé mi pedido ya que esta espera era demasiado larga y no tuvimos tiempo para esperar a una hora más. Este lugar me dejó cancelar el pedido y me cobró el precio COMPLETO y se negó a un reembolso. Así que me costó 19 libras. 45 de postres que ni siquiera recibí , , , , , Absolutamente asqueroso

Had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the shop for shakes - that had actually been made and stored in the freezer. Poor quality. Not sure what milkshakes I was given but certainly not what I ordered. Won’t be going back anytime soon

Rude staff and missing items. Refused refund and replacement. I was informed that the staff member had spoke to the manager. I asked to speak with the manager I was then passed to another staff member who later informed me that there was no manager in that evening. Food was dry and cold. I was informed that I was my fault for living 6 miles away from the restaurant. Will not order from them again evening staff don’t do their job properly and then lie to customers about who is available to speak to

Gave it ago again the last couple of weeks. First two times I went in got a fair serving for the extremely high prices. Went in tonight , back to how it was before.. two scoops that bearly popped out the top of the cone.. told the girl no that's. . Not her fault, bad training and even worse management.. how long before it's up for sale again.. (I had to tick one circle, or it wouldn't let me continue)

Staff were extremely rude to the point of being offensive, food was inedible, absolutely freezing after arriving 1.5 hours late

Decided to try this place for the first time and was really disappointed. Awful food, not great quality, waited ages for it to be delivered. Staff were extremely rude on the phone. Asked if I could speak to the owner and was laughed at!!?!?! Won’t be using them again.

Small Order took over an hour to get to me then there was missing items. I called the shop and they said they would send the missing items. THEY NEVER DID! Stay away from this place. This is not the first time it's happened.

I'm really disappointed with Dottie’s Desserts. We ordered pancakes, a brownie cream egg, and a sundae. While the pancakes and brownie were good, we never received the sundae. We waited over an hour for the order, which was completed at 10:26 pm. After calling the shop at 10:28 pm, we were assured by the girl who answered the phone the driver would return with it, but that never happened. I understand that weekends like a Friday can be busy but that doesn’t give a company the right to just not give the order that was made. Will not be returning. Hopefully UberEats can refund me the money for the missing item as Dotties won’t.

Amazing food and super fast delivery my only ? Is 1st time i came here i ordered a cookie dough this time i paid the extra £1 for large with 0 difference from last time 💁🏼‍♀️ idk what large is supposed to be but feels like i paid £1 extra for no purpose
