the staff need to learn customer service skills a blunt kind of half hearted apology. you will have to get in touch with just eat to cancel it 1hr 30 mins ago I purchased and still not arrived will be strongly avoiding Dottie's terrible service.

Had estimated time of 21:15 rand store at 21:20 as app said delivered but wasn’t, told me it was just leaving the shop now, it took a further 25 mins to arrive even though it’s a 5 min drive away

Ordered at 21:12 arrived at 23:12 so took 2 hours. The food itself was actually nice but was stone cold and made it not worth the money. Probably wouldn’t order again tho honestly because of the wait time.

Ordered a few times food is always fantastic but recently delivery times have been late

delivery wait was long and poor, however staff over the phone were very helpful and polite, food was good when it had finally arrived though.

Perfect Sundaes. One little thing: you forgot the whipped cream on the "Make your own Sundae". Forgiven due to my Nutella brain freeze. Love your desserts! Dx 😋 😅 😆

This is absolutely terrible food came cold the chips wasn’t cooked properly and they tasted different and the burgers have been made like they just could not be bothered to make them

wasn't impressed this evening at all, my order arrived 30 mins late! it was altogether 1hrn40 mins from order to delivery, and missing our gelato for our desserts! upon asking the delivery driver his reply was basically ally there's nothing they can do as their closed? to call the shop tomorrow? I'm like well it wanted it to go with my order. why would I want 2 pots of ice-cream tomorrow when I won't have a dessert for it to go with :/ my milkshake might as well be a Sundae as it's frozen!

I ordered at 7.50pm and my order has only just arrived. I was told i couldnt cancel as its already prepared and has been despached 7 minutes ago. Even though i ordered over an hour ago. Everything is cold. Wont order again

Ordered a cookie dough that was like liquid in the middle completely put me off (not soft like normal warm cookie dough, WET) and was unable to eat, marshmallows were hard and stale and everything just looked like it had been bashed around before arriving

I was sent a time for delivery and then another and it still arrived very late, it was for my sons birthday and he had to leave without it because he had to go back to Burnley as he has work in morning I’m not happy at all

Pre ordered at pm for 6-6.20 for it to arrive late and then be told we are by blackpool airport by a very rude manager. Don’t offer a service if you can provide it.

Placed my order at 21:15 my food arrived at 23:00. Estimated delivery time kept changing. My waffle arrived stone cold and ice cream sundae arrived melted. Delivery driver gave no explanation or apology. Awful service, estimated delivery time was 30-40mins it took 1 hour 45min to turn up.

When ordering it stated 40/55 minutes but took 1 hour 25

We do enjoy the food from Dotties, however the ETA is not always right. I called the store after it was marked off as being delivered to be told it was just leaving and would be with us shortly after. Another 20 minutes passed and still no sign of the food, and was advised it was still with the driver. When the food arrived, 40 minutes after it had supposedly been delivered, the pancakes and waffle were cold. I called the store to let them know but have now been refused a partial refund.

I had a freezing cold waffle sent to me, then to top it off a had one mouthful of a sundae and had to pull a sharp piece of plastic out of my mouth I’m pretty sure I asked for a strawberry and white chocolate sundae I must’ve missed the added extra of plastic.

Well worth the wait. We love Dotties ❤️

Ordered a Ferrero Rocher milkshake and received a thin milkshake that was made with choc sauce and peanuts, was hesitant to even leave the review as the owner is quite passive aggressive in their responses.

UPDATE...TO SAY YOU ARE THE OWNER IS SHOCKING THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. WE HAVE BEEN BACK INTO THE SHOP AFTER YOUR FIRST ACUSTAION AND EVEN YOUR STAFF HAVE SAID YOU HAVE GOT IT WRONG AND IT WASNT US THAT WERE STEALING!!!! BUT YOUR STILL ACUSSING US AGAIN. IM SURPRISED YOU HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS AT ALL. SHOCKED is an understatement. Went to dotties this evening with my 2 children and partner. Ordered our food on the self checkout and sat and waited nearly 40 mins for our order which we had to shout over the counter and ask for as it was just sat under the headlamps. No at any point did any member of staff acknowledge that we were there. Food was OK but the wait was shocking. BUT then for the owner to respond to my partners review and presume we were the group that had been caught stealing from your shop and accused us off being that group is absolutely shocking. We have just been back to the shop to tell them that it's shocking and not really the best professional way to respond to customers and then tell us on your response that you don't want our custom anymore 🤣🤣 belive me I will not be spending anymore of my money in your shop. Shocking and so unprofessional.

Ordered food at 10pm last night, I rang them at 11pm and they said " oh sorry our driver has just walked through the door I’ll hand it straight over and he will be with you soon" Got to 12am they got here, no apology nothing for being late. Food was stone cold and milkshake was warm. Another thing I’d like to mention is that they offer you to get your money back due to it being late, I got a message this morning at 9am " the restaurant isn’t going to give your money back for your delayed order " Why have it as an option then if you’re not going to do it. What a joke 😒 It’s a shame as they used to be so good. Disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again ☹️

It’s a shame because Dotties used to be such a good place, I waited 2 hours for my food and drink to arrive and when my order got here they didn’t have the manners to apologise and the food was cold bare in mind it only takes 10 minutes to get from them to me. Very disappointed!

The customer service here is shocking, not one member of staff came to see the 8 people waiting in the whole 40 minutes I was waiting for 2 cookie doe, will not be going here again. Lucky it got a 1 star. UPDATE: I've just been back to you're shop and proved it was not me who is a thief, I paid £32 to wait 35 minutes and now be called a thief.

Ordered a waffle - came stone cold Milkshakes melted because they was left for an hour waiting for a a driver and to top it off Family member with PEANUT ALLERGY ordered a Ferraro rocher milkshake which is peanut free for it to arrive with just peanuts and chocolate blended Absolute joke and should definitely have their food hygiene reviewed as staff clearly not aware of allergens

Absolutely disgusting! Placed an order at 8.50pm. 2hrs later and numerous phone calls a delivery man turned up. The food was stone cold and looked like it had been transported upside down and the milkshake and ice creams had completely melted. Needless to say we refused the delivery. I called up half an hr after the food was meant to be delivered to be told its all ready and we are waiting for a delivery driver. 55 minutes later it turned up. So it had been sat ready for delivery for almost an hr. I dared to comment and was abused in social media. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! In answer to your reply to me. The order ws sent back to the shop. Ordered at 8.50pm. Delivery 10.35pm. Hardly 60 minutes. I have all the screenshot of the order times, cctv footage showing me checking the order and yoir delivery driver returning to his vehicle with the order. I also have screenshot of the vile replies to me from your staff. Quite happy to post every single one on social media.

delivery was over an hour late, food was poor and soggy, but delivery driver was lovely and humreous, worker who took my phone call when i asked how long my food was going to be was rude and very dismissive.

ordered from here at half 10, have waited 2 hours for my order an have had nothing…. Decided to call up the restaurant as stated the lines was currently closed What a absolute joke, won’t be ordering from here again an will be advising other people not to do so.

Ordered at 22:25 to be told delivery was around 23:05 to than be told it was running late to than not receive the order at all and when I attempted to contact them they had closed! Still no refund given either very disappointed

Everyone loves Dotties in our house!

Our order took over an hour and a half to be delivered. I rang up after an hour to be advised our food was out for delivery, we then waited an additional half an hour plus for it to arrive. The hot items (brownie & fudge cake) were absolutely freezing which I said to the delivery driver was really disappointing after such a long wait when the item is to be served warm. Really dissatisfied.

This was properly the second worst dotties order I have received did not enjoy the milkshake at all bigger chunks of chocolate inside milkshake was very thick felt like I have sat and just eaten a tub of ice cream instead of a milkshake effect

The crepe wasnt to good it was rubbery and hard to chew

My order was missing a dessert but the delivery driver was absolutely fantastic, he drove back to get it.

We ordered here for the second time and it’s safe to say i am truly disappointed we was waiting about an hour and a half bearing in mind we live about 5 minutes away. When the order finally got here we was told that one of the items that we ordered, the lemon drizzle traybake, wasn’t available so they compensated us with other things which we did not like. They should have called to ask what we would have liked instead or it shouldn’t have been an option to order as now it has gone to waste and so has my money. Also the sundae we ordered was mostly taken up by chocolate chunks that were very large.

I ordered a waffle and a can for delivery, and it took 2.5 hours to arrive and was cold upon arrival. The delivery driver didnt even apologise for the lateness, and upon ringing the store, they were polite but simply told me that it was out for delivery. I understand that this can be out of their control, but 2.5 hours is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

Ordered the 15 full size churros, only got 14 in the box and none were full size, they also had caramel in which we didn't ask for. Waited a long time even though we where told they would only be 10 mins, very underwhelming, first and last time i’ll be going.

Our cheesecake was out of date, date says use by 26th of September and tastes disgusting, was around 1 hour and a half late

I ordered the dipping box purposely for the white dip as I don’t really like normal chocolate for it to be delivered with no white chocolate dip which was stated on the menu to ring the shop and asked for a white dipfor the manager to state there was no dip when I proceeded to state I’d wasted my money on the dip she tried to mock me over the phone and laugh that I didn’t want the order only for the white dip item was collected refunded promised yet no refund awful customer skills avoid

Amazing chocolate brownies I got a box full of them overflowing in fact n they taste next level, I've never had chocolate this tasty I feel like a rich person eating this delicious chocolate!!!! I'm on my 3rd day ov getting through them the box seems endless my teeth are falling out but I don't care too tasty lol

One of the best waffles ever. Perfect ratio of toppings. Ice cream was delicious. Delivery super, to Kirkham too, and what a lovely pleasant young man. Will definitely order again!!!!!

I’ve ordered twice now a strawberry milkshake it was amazing I also got some freeze dry sweets which were very good to.I had no problem with my order and staff were nice.not got a bad word to say about them

I ordered a Kinder Bueno & Nutella cookie dough and a Peanut Butter stack. The cookie dough had a lovely crinch to the outside and was warm and soft in the centre just how it should be. The peanut stack was very sweet but delicious. Will order again.

Can’t fault the order, waffle not for me but the pancake stack/chocolate cake/ice cream & cheesecake were all unreal 👌

Food cold and missing ingredients staff rude when approached about the missing item refused to replace or refund. Also lied saying that they had spoken o the manager who initially approved replacing items , then asked to speak to manager passed on to another staff member who then said there was no manager in store that evening. Would not recommend.

Ordered for delivery on Blackpool eats took over two hours to be delivered from paying for the order. The cookie was rock solid like frozen and the dog ice cream was frozen sold he's still not been able to eat it after leaving it 30 minutes. The tray bake we ordered was shocking not even their own products bought from somewhere else. Absolutely shocking and a lot of money wasted £26 pound my order was. Never again am I making this mistake. Don't order from here

I usually love this place for deserts but recently and today was terrible . A £8 desert cake thing that is worth £3? Came all messed up to! The milkshakes was all melted when we got them it was like water 🫠 £25 on rubbish

We order from Dotties quite regularly and always order 2 sundaes. Most times the order comes within a good time frame and the food is always 10/10 for us however, it’s so unfortunate that when it’s late, it’s LATE! We recently waited over 3hrs for an order of 2 sundaes - reading other reviews the response from dotties is likely to advise that they update the delivery time within the app to give the customer opportunity to cancel… whilst this may be the case for some orders, our delivery time was changed from 8:45pm to 9:15pm and we had a knock on the door at 11:15pm with 2 melted, inedible sundaes which we rejected. I called the store to check on the delivery and the person who answered was polite and explained “we are waiting on delivery drivers” and in response I asked “do you know roughly how long that will be?” to which they replied “I couldn’t say… sorry bye”. The next day we called the store and the manager was very apologetic and understanding but advised they couldn’t issue a refund because it had been ordered through Blackpool Eats. Almost a week later, we still don’t have our money back and our order was close to £20 - so so disappointed as they are the best sundaes in Blackpool but we won’t be ordering from here again.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering on Blackpool eats. Very rude and aggressive driver because he could not locate the address. Firstly was very aggressive to my wife (sat in the passenger seat) them came across to myself and started to throw a receipt in my face. Cheesecake all over the lid of the box because of the drivers tantrum apon delivery I presume. Absolutely awful and will not be ordering again. Order was Over 40 mins late also, everytime we called just got told It was with a driver in a silver car? We parked at the main entrance for over 30 mins to make sure we didn't miss him/her. Absolutely avoid at all costs. **update following Dotties reply, this is a load of tripe, we order regular to the caravan and this has never been an issue before, there is nothing wrong with the address, it's the platform that routes it..... (your words not mine) Also still no explanation on the aggressive driver towards my wife and I, shoving the food through the window and pushing a receipt in my face showing me the platform had printed a slightly different address..... Highly recommend to STAY AWAY! 😢😢😢
