Comí desde aquí cuando había visitado el mercado callejero Maltby. Pedí sus patatas fritas, queso y pato plato de la firma. Las patatas fritas sabían increíble. Crujiente y sabroso. También tienen opciones sin gluten. Buen servicio.

¡Uno de los MUST GOS en Maltby Street Market! Este stand sirve las mejores patatas fritas que tuve durante este viaje a Londres. Las patatas fritas estaban crujientes y LLENAS DE SABOR. Realmente significan que las papas fritas saben mejor cuando se fríen en grasa... ¡especialmente grasa de pato! Pasé por este stand y sabía que solo tenía que probarlo basado en el aroma de patatas fritas y pato en el aire! El pato confitado agregó sabor sabroso a las papas fritas en general y el queso estaba en su punto. Te dan la cantidad adecuada para disfrutar de este tazón es patatas fritas de la mejor manera!

This place in Maltby street market serves amazing food. Tried their signature- chips, cheese and duck. Was really good. The chips fried in duck fat were really tasty. They also provide gluten free options.

Fantastic duck wraps and chips cooked in duck fat (probably the best chips I’ve ever had). The owners are lovely too. I come here all the time with my wife and we love it!

Been there for lunch and I had duck with cheese and chips. The best duck I ever had!! even the chips were crispy and the cheese made it extremely jummy. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back !!

I love this place! Discovered it in Maltby St (weekend food market) just before the pandemic and hands down, it's the best duck and chips you'll find in London. The chips are so crispy and chunky, whilst the pulled duck is incredibly moist, all topped off with yummy cheese and a special sauce on the side. The menu is small and selective so you're not wasting time figuring out what to eat, plus they've just opened a branch in Medz Corner, High St Kensington with extra salad options AND it's open all week!

If you feel like wingin it, this is a great place to stuff your beak. Don’t let any other restaurant rustle your feathers and give this new find a chance. Fly in for the duck leg confit with chips. You’ll be pond-ering it for some time after. Truly unflappable. In short, it was ducking delicious.

2 St. Gabriel Walk, London SE1 6FG EnglandThis place is a hidden gem It’s in the castle centre at the elephant & castle All food is freshly cooked and you can even tell them what sort of things you like to eat and you will be served with an amazing meal of everything you like, You can get lovely sandwiches, rolls or other types of tasty bread filled with your choice of food. They do lovely smoothies in lots of healthy ingredients. The Sevice is top class, and all so very clean The prices are just right in fact better then other coffee shops near. You must give this place a go , just pop in and look at the lovely display and menu and you won’t want to eat or drink anywhere else round the elephant and castle 6 of us had a Moroccan meal today and it was so nice and will be back very soon .

109 Bermondsey StreetA very busy little restaurant with a great atmosphere. I made an appointment at 8:30 and rushed all the way to order the meal at almost 9 o'clock. The appetizer was celery soup. The strong and unpleasant celery flavor that I expected was completely absent. It had a very creamy taste. This soup was really delicious. There is also a beef salad as an appetizer. The sauce in the salad part is very surprising. You will be surprised at the first bite. The main course was duck breast and sea bass. Duck breast is served with mashed potatoes and a little salad. The sauce is a little bit heavy, but if you mix it with mashed potatoes, it won't be so abrupt. The green leafy vegetables that go with the seabass are so rich, and they are not fishy or greasy at all. It is the first time I eat seabass with such a large number of vegetables. It is really great. The dessert is pistachio soufflé, which is very fragrant and crispy and melts in your mouth. Their menu is different every day. I like this kind of restaurant very much. It doesn’t matter if you don’t understand it. The waiter will help you explain it in English and tell you what is included in the main meal. If you don't know the wine list when ordering wine, you can ask them to pair the wine with your meal. It will be a great experience for the whole night. Strong recommendation. btw it’s really busy so be sure to book a spot in advance.

140 Newington ButtsCame to Toulouse Lautrec 17/1/25 to see Evening in the Universe. Great building - lovely buzzing atmosphere, intimate and relaxing. Excellent staff, delicious ‘light bites’ to eat whilst enjoying the good music. Would happily recommend and plan to return! Many thanks Helena Siedlecka
