Dunkin' in Doncaster

Fuimos al Dunkin al lado de Asda en el Dome Lesiure Park. El fantástico servicio de Melanie que merece una calificación de 5 * fue eclipsado por el escandaloso servicio de Ben. Simplemente pedimos azúcar blanco para nuestro té, solo para que nos dijeran, "está en la parte de atrás en una bolsa, lo siento". Mientras me alejaba, murmuró bajo la respiración, pero no lo suficientemente callado, "quéjate de ello, ¿por qué no lo haces?" a Melanie, que estaba claramente atónita. Si alguna vez regresamos y él está allí, vamos a caminar de vuelta. Debo decir de nuevo, sin embargo, Melanie era profesional y cortés y un crédito a Dunkin. Tan alegre y cortés. Gracias Melanie.

Absolutamente impactante, no tenía nada en stock , el servicio era espantoso ninguna disculpa solo parecía que no podían ser culos no van a volver.

Visité este lugar el domingo 1 de septiembre por la calle y estaba horrorizado por él. Los asientos estaban manchados y sucios, el piso estaba sucio con migas de clientes anteriores, mesas grasientas y pegajosas donde no se habían limpiado correctamente, estaba mal iluminado, había moscas por todas partes zumbando mientras tratábamos de disfrutar del café y la ventana estaba viva con moscas. Estaba prácticamente vacío, lo que también dice mucho. Este lugar está sucio y muy mal administrado.

Elección de donuts muy limitado, el café fue a la papelera. Las moscas estaban sentadas en las rosquillas del gabinete. Llegó por 12 y terminó en McDonald's.

visited here for a quick stop off on the way home and was lovely! great selection of doughnuts 🍩, staff were lovely and polite and we had 2 large coffees also. would come back here again as my missus absolutely loves Dunkin’ definitely better than krispy kreme in our opinion

We have been coming to Dunkin’s as it’s another family members choice of meet up place, but it’s been ok apart from the constant banging of the grounds from filters and the crushed ice machine for the iced drinks. As for the staff one guy whose middle aged is lovely always helpful and chatty, but there is one girl who constantly repeats what she hears while she’s at work and breaks the confidentiality and data protection protocols. I know this because some thing we had talked about and someone new in our group got reported to her relatives who then bombarded us with nasty texts staff should not be spreading private conversation not be telling tales or guessing who certain members of our party are . We always liked the drinks especially now they have decaf but don’t like the gossip factor So we have decided to go to Costa in future

The vanilla chai latte is amazing! I have it with almond milk and it is currently my favourite coffee! I used the drive through and the server was really friendly and told me all about the promotional offers and about the app.

ian the cleaner made our experience he greeted us with manners unlike the workers were very rude and ignored us for 10 minutes. ian reassured us we would be served soon he is the best staff members that was on shift that day.

The drinks are awful, went to get 3 lattes all had caramel in them, one of the employees could not stop talking to another customer. A short girl with blonde hair was running around trying to do drinks and serve whilst he was chatting away. This was ridiculous! I felt so sorry for this poor girl who looked like she was taking on drinks, drive through and in store tills. Dunkin should hire more competent staff members like her and less staff members than that man! Wont be coming back here hope this gets sorted out

Staff were gormless, looked like they had taken something. was waiting 15 mins for our drinks, then asked how long the drinks would take. 20 mins into the wait they arrived cold. We gave them back to heat up ans was told the steamer aint working. They then added kettle water and watered down our already watered down drinks. At least the doughnuts were good, just a shame about the doughnuts behind the counter.

I can honestly say that I work near Dunkin doughnuts every single day I come in and I get a chi latte or a raspberry iced tea. I came home today never in my life have I posted anything like what I had it was lumps of sugar like great and floating pieces of milk I call the store to explain and the manager Craig was the worst person I have ever seen in my life he was completely abrupt as a manager when I told him about the drink he told me me never to come into his store again now I don't know if he owns the store or what but to tell a customer who uses the store everyday not to come in ever again but when I got to the bottom of it it was in that made the latte do not use the store Dunkin doughnuts is great but the staff is horrendous especially Craig who told me he owns the store

Only only person serving including drive through. Ridiculous queue on. 25 minutes wait just to order and then 10 min wait for drinks

Arrived at half 7, to be told they only have 9 doughnuts in. And there's only 2 types of doughnut. They're supposed to be open till 11, staff in store all in back of store having a laugh, no front of house presence, store looked closed.

Total farce poor customer care and useless manager. I was given the wrong drink and when I went to return it for a replacement I was told I had to pay for it which I did ! ( because my grandchildren were upset) The manager was very rude and abrupt with no people skills at all, I think you should have a staff shake up to save this particular store.

They will not accept my BAD review in caps. Do not buy the gift card. When you try and use it they tell you it can only be used during certain hours, but they cannot tell you when it will work. The card just doesn’t work. My Grandaughter tried to use it as it was one of her birthday gifts and had to pay cash for her donuts, and was left with a duff gift card. The cashier could see there was cash on it but still would not change it for her. So after waiting for a manager to answer my complaint we were eventually offered a refund, but instead of a refund, they took more money from our account. After going back in and out 3 times we got the money back…. 100+ miles wasted….What a hassle…. Not very good customer service and no uk complaints department…. Avoid at all costs. #musttryharder #epicfail

Nothing was carla’s fault!!!!!!, she’s a saint. It was our first family outing since lockdown. As soon as we stepped in the door we are met with barrage of sound coming from the managers mouth. Was not impressed with this and how drinks took 15mins to make with 2 others others in the store, i had to cover my dear child’s ears. so cheers manager sons crying, 1 star sack manager and give it to carla #freecarla

Coffee great, donuts great all over shadowed by how epically slow the service is 35mins a queue of 5 cars, to get to the window to pay to sit an not even be acknowledged for 7-8mins then another 5mins to hand me donuts 3mins later one coffee couple of mins later the other coffee. This store is in desperate need of a good solid manager to organise the workers, watching through the window they are all very busy but there was no coordination each stumbling over the others.

Says online it shuts at 11pm, every time I go on a night it’s shut way before that. And They never put sauce shots in iced drinks you always have to go round again. - Doncaster triangle

We went on valentines day, and yes.. there was a huge queue HOWEVER they got through it pretty quickly and apologised through the tanoy when ordering and at the window. They were positive and upbeat. I'm also glad to see, that they are following government guidelines with PPE We will be back again soon!
