Item missing from order and food was cold. When I phoned them I was told they are closing so there's nothing they could do.

Crispy doner meat (disgusting), overdone chips and tough overcooked chicken shish. Small miracle they have the ratings they do. Wouldn't recommend.

The food was good when it eventually arrived. However after an hour we rang the contact number to find out where our food was, only to be told that they didn't know what we'd ordered. We then received the order half an hour later (an hour and a half after placing it). I just wonder whether our food would ever have arrived if we hadn't called them...?

Good delivery time but the chicken was not cooked properly and the the wings looked like the chicken was deformed before it was cooked the bread was flavourless and tiny, not worth the money should be cheaper.

My kebab said it was going to come with rice but came with pitta instead, I also paid for 1.5l bottle of coke and received 3 330ml cans (990ml)

Food arrived earlier than expected, piping hot. I wasn't expecting much from an after-midnight order but the falafel (with free hummus) tasted delicious. Lots of fresh salads, sauces, breads and dips with the meal. Only complaint is shish kebab was small for the price. Great takeaway, will 100% be ordering from them again.

This is been one of the best take away I have had for a long time..and I must say there has been a BIG improvement in food and service since my last experience.will Definitely order again.

LAMB Shish is just too good. I will be on diet from january. but if i wasnt i would defo order again.

I really like the lamb shish kebab and the delivery was exactly on time. Next time I will ask for extra garlic sauce. Recommended

Delivery time was pushed back twice. Ordered @ 20:40 and arrived at 22:00

Our food came 30 mins before delivery time, and was freezing cold on arrival. The driver wasn't very helpful, and put us on the phone to his manager who tried to persuade us just accept the food again. The food was then brought back to us 15 mins later and had clearly been reheated in a microwave - everything was soggy. Health and safety! Also, a number of items including drinks and salad were missing... The Just Eat adviser was very helpful, though she seemed to be having difficulty communicating with the restaurant, who don't seem too fond of answering phones! Wouldn't recommend at all; poor quality food with disgusting presentation, poor customer service and missing items. 1 star! ■□□□□ Thanks to the Just Eat adviser who helped as out though!

Order was placed at 15.00 and was told that it would arrive it 15.50 which is ample time for 2 kebabs from a store 15 mins away. 15.50 came and went with no further update from the restaurant. I called to chase up the order at 16.10and was told it was "next up" as in the order had not even been prepared yet would require a further 20/30 mins. Upon hearing this i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The store manager (Memet) said this would be done but did he did not explain how this would be done nor have i received the money back to date.

Don't even consider to go to that place, unless you wanna wait 1h15 for your order and only get half of it. What did come was offensive to every sense. Horrible place, worst on earth...

Have ordered from here many times before, but this time was terrible. 2 hours for the delivery and the order was nor right - they forgot bread, salad and rice, and the food was cold. i will not order from here again.

Ordere at 4.10 arrived at 6.15! Food was disgusting size was terrible had stuff missing aswell I used to rate these never again

You shouldn't give an estimated time,if your not going to stick to it.

This shop made me wait nearly two hours for my food and when it did eventually arrive the portions were those that you'd serve a child and also they forgot certain things.

It's was nice and glad to find a descant place to deliver will use again.

Vamos allí regularmente. Lenteja turco tradicional sopa es el mejor, preparó con ensalada y una cesta de pan turco. Las porciones son generosas. Falafel envolturas son enormes. Los precios son muy razonables.

Un buen lugar para auténtica comida turca. Nunca había comido en pero el llevar es bueno, tienes montones de comida para su dinero!
