We made a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve, but we were let down. Our orders were mixed up, the meat was burnt, and the service didn't meet our expectations.

This is hands down the best Turkish restaurant in the city. I’ve been to a lot of Turkish restaurants and nothing beats this one. So authentic and always on point with the food. Love the liver and everything else they make. I’ve been here countless times! Deffo recommend.

I'm proud to say I'm Kurdish, and I absolutely love Turkish food! This restaurant is hands down the best I've found in London. I've never tasted anything quite like this here; it truly feels like I'm in Istanbul. I honestly can't say enough good things—everything was just perfect!

Food is good , sevice is good but there is service charge on the bill which is illagel i belive. It shouldn't be on the bill.

This place is so lovely. Really traditional with lovely waiters. The food is authentic and cooked over the coal fire. Complimentary bread dips, sauces and salad on arrival. Great value for money, I couldn’t even eat half of mine. It’s a tight with seating but just adds to the atmosphere, and usually I dislike being to close when in restaurants, but this just works. It does get really really hot, so leave the coats at home. They also came out and sung happy birthday to me! Great restaurant with gorgeous food and lovely staff 😁

Everything about Enfes is perfect or ‘enfes’ as we say in Turkish. The portion sizes are good for the price, the meze is a lot and the bread is delicious (try not to fill yourselves with meze before the main). Atmosphere is really authentic with great classics of Turkish folk music and a really great authentic Turkish hospitality. I recommend getting Ciger (liver) and as dessert rice pudding with its zesty flavour is fantastic.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now. I moved out of that area, but I now go with my twin boys as it’s there first choice & we have the Enfes Special Mix & it’s enough to feed us all. I drive from Loughton & probably pass 20 Turkish restaurants to get there. But value for money, they can’t compete with the full spread that you get here. It’s a Traditional Turkish meal enjoyed without not having to worry about how much the bill is going to come to. As you have complimentary Flat Bread, Humus, Cacik, Ezme, Sumac Onions. Service is attentive always making sure you have everything you need. Then to finish off with a lovely Turkish Tea. My parents are from Cyprus & I’ve eaten a lot of kebabs in my time so a highly recommend this to anyone

Unprofessional behaviour from staff.

Came with my friends on a Sunday, amazing food, fast and friendly service. The liver was out of this world and the platter was amazing I highly recommend this establishment

Visited Enfes as recommended by friends and so glad that we did. It has by far been one of the best Turkish ocakbasi restaurants I have been to in London. The meat was so juicy and tender, perfectly cooked - our meal included chicken shish, wings, lamb shish, ribs served with both bulgur and pirinc rice. As soon as we ordered, our 4 different kinds of mezes came all freshly made with charred Turkish bread - this was all complimentary. Portions size was perfect and even had left overs. We then asked for some Turkish tea and got a complimentary sutlac too (rice pudding). For all of this we paid about £20 per person which was amazing. The service was really fast and efficient. If you are looking for good Turkish food especially meat, as their specialty is grilled/cooked on fire, then I would highly recommend this place.

I can recommend the mix kebab because I've had it twice now and it's delicious.

I ordered the liver (ciger), and it was tasty. You get some complimentary starters, salad, and plenty of bread. It all goes down better with a nice beer. (Update 11.08.2024) had the liver again, and it still is the best item on the menu. Service is prompt and with a smile, very attentive ladies. 10/10

.bad food and exorbitant prices .The food is not good and the prices are exorbitant. They charge service fee without asking the customer. This is not legal. They charged me £11 for the service. I do not recommend it to anyone. I'll never go again

We bought a platter for two, it wasn't bad

Whoever thinks this place is good enough I have nothing to say, I picked up food today the wraps was awful on top of that I had extras such as wings and ribs which served with rice and bulgur, that bulgur was so bad which was no way eatable stank so bad BUT WAS STILL SERVED. I took that food to my cousins wife which is pregnant that bad smell and food was binned straight away. Money on one side this message to staff that works in there check up on your food and the guy on the grill fix up with your cooking absolutely DISGRACE NEVER AGAIN WILL STEP IN!

Came in for a take away today, the man behind the takeaway counter was extremely rude and very arrogant. He said cash only, however the other member of staff agreed to take card payment. Customer service skills are truly needed. Horrible service. Do not waste your money here.

Ever since the first time i came here i have been going non stop every 2 weeks and my child has special needs and the staff are always willing to help him every time we go and they are always able to provide the specific food my son likes.the service is a 10/10 the food is always amazing.the price is better than anywhere else, it is for sure worth it to go and try!

Went on a Sunday due to a recommendation from a friend, We had the set menu for 4 To start off with the liver was out of this world, I eat a lot of liver but never had it this good! The salad, dips and incredible bread came was excellent. The chicken was incredible too but I think the shish kebab and the lamb was a bit too done for my liking but still good regardless Will definitely visit again good food and good value in today's difficult world 😊

FRAUD. All though the food is nice. Yesterday took a mate to get a wrap which is £10 it is on the menu as £10 I got one my mate did and I got an Ayran The bill came to £29.70 I said but we had 2 wraps (£10each and and Ayran £?) So if you think it's acceptable to charge people extra for no reason no service charge not tax and this is against trading standards as it is false advertising to advertise a wrap on your menu and on your sign menu at £10 and charge £12 for each wrap and yep you calculated I paid £24 for 2 wraps and £5.70 for a glass of Ayran which tasted so odd I always order it but it had a merky grit taste to it. I had been before and not been charged this so I won't be coming back as its obviously going to happen again .

Food, atmosphere all is pleasant and reminiscent of Turkey itself. Overpriced by a tad however the complimentary meze and deserts makes up for it. Bread topped up before it's finished etc so they have an eye for detail for a small establishment.

How well you were doing these liver problems before, the bread would be greasy, you would squeeze lemon, now we are begging you, you don't do it again to make the bread greasy, you give it a dry situation, please pay attention to people's taste and wishes, we are looking for the previous nanny.

I spoke to the manager before I ordered the wings which were £14. I clarified that £14 was for two skewers as told by the manager to my face, I also ordered chicken taouk which was £14. He told he can we do one skewer of wings for £9 but when they prepared and completed the order he requested £28. Needless to say I was astonished at the audacity and level of dishonesty. I also felt discriminated there based on my skin colour the manager told me this is not a chicken shop you can go there and eat and he cancelled the order after I waited 25 mins for my food. The agreed amount was £23 and he pretended to not understand english after he agreed the price of £23 in english. Scammers and low life money grabbers.

Food delicious if they bother to make it right, u don't know if you are gonna get them on a good day or bad, language barrier a problem u ask more sauce they pretend they don't understand and say yea sauce in but there isn't any! more friendlier with there own community of people. Would appreciate if they are more respectful to females and people that are not of there own colour.

Being a through and through north Londoner, I have tried some of the best Turkish restaurants going, from Haringey to Enfield. I can confirm this little gem was well up there with the best. From the moment the FREE starters arrived I knew it was going to be a winner, not because it was free but because the quality was top tier. And then the food arrived and it was as expected, amazing. Once we finished our meal we was then given a complimentary rice pudding which was also very good. Will definitely be my new local.

Food was nice had the mixed platter with different meats. Bread served with food was very good and service was 10/10. There was also some very nice salads and starters they gave complimentary.

Kobeda kebabs were delicious and Great Customer Service

This is the second time they have got my order wrong, asked for no salad in my halloumi wrap, it’s really frustrating as it’s a 20min drive home to find they have got it wrong, called up but they didn’t seem to understand, I don’t think I will order from here again!

I've been to many Turkish Restaurants in London but this one is by far the very best. The food is absolutely first class and so too is the service.

The food taste amazing when compared to some other Turkish restaurants in green lanes/ north London, platters are not overloaded & you get good quality food over quantity. The atmosphere is suitable for families and friends. It gives a feel of Istanbul. Prices are reasonable, staff are welcoming, the seasoned bread is chefs kisses 👌🏼

The most rudest nasty manager ever! I asked to swap the rice and cous cous for chips and he flat out refused and said you ain’t paying for that! Will never go there again! I paid £18 for liver rice cous cous and salad but he couldn’t just swap that for chips.. sad man

Came to visit this restaurant because I’ve seen Everybody rave about it on tiktok so I though let’s give it a try, as soon as we walked in no welcome greeting or nothing the chefs were facing us and I said table for 2 and they looked shocked that people have actually come into the restaurant to eat, anyways so we sat down and then ordered the food and we’re eating now and the waiters are just sat there staring at us eating which is very uncomfortable I don’t know why their watching customers eat it’s very off putting and then when I’m eating my salad the the older blonde lady came over and took the plate, did she ask me if I was finished No she didn’t, I find this very rude. Overall the food was very bland especially the salad and cacik won’t be coming back here again and there clearly is no customer service in this place I don’t not recommend coming here what so ever, go to a Turkish restaurant in Waltham cross the Kervansaray instead much better never had an issue there and the food is always nice.
