El Mexicana in Brent

Simple hotel but very well priced for London. Warm rooms in winter, good bathroom and very hot shower, perfect. Location a little desperate, since the easiest way is to get there by bus from the center but it can take a long time depending on where you are. Also for a low cost getaway to the city it is very good.

I have no complain about for food and service but only person name is Stamford who standing at when COME in restaurant and seating arrangement he was very rude when we already booked table for 8 but he was offered 6 people’s table , I think he was not talked very rudely , I asked to again to if can arrange big table but he not given proper answer , I think not know how to talked customer if Other wise food and table service excellent

"preparing my food" for nearly an hour. when it arrived the food was cold; not warm, not even room temperature, it was cold! Couldnt cancel my order either. worst service ever!
