El Paso Pizza & Burgers in Cheltenham

the staff are niced, the pizza have a lot of toppings and definitely worth 5p, the chips is close to perfect if its less salty, i hope they can allow customers to choose non spicy burgers and kebabs overall its worth a try and ill be returning soon

Probably the worst pizza and follow up customer service ever. The pizza was delivered late, undercooked, cold and with rock hard chips that had been under a hot lamp forever, clearly. Spoke to the ‘Manager’ who simply did not care and hung up on me. If you read this before you order - don’t do it. If you’ve reading it after you’ve had their food - then you already know their awful. 🤮

Took the order on Deliveroo and charged then rejected with no reason. Try someone els !

Love this place, does the best pizza in Cheltenham and is really reasonably priced. The Italian crusts are my favourite!

They cheat the consumers. Penne carbonara tastes different than it should be! There was no bacon in the dish, but cheap English sausage. SCAMMERS. I will never order anything again! You have lost consumers and I will never recommend you to anyone! You spoil the opinion of the great Italian carbonara!

Fantastic pizza (with stuffed crust that rivals dominoes!) The delivery guy was the friendliest. Clear communication and happy to remove a topping from my pizza when I rang. I also recommend the mozzarella sticks! Thank you El Paso!

Pizza's from here are amazing, great deals too certainly keep going back here no point paying for a dominoes when these are better and pay less

We have ordered some pasta today and it was absolutely rubbish. It was so dry, no sauce or any meat on the pasta. Soooo disappointed and never again.

Completely bland pizza. If there was any sauce on it I couldn't taste it, just tasted of cheap cheese. Nor happy.
