I have used this take away and recently it has gone down hill. I ordered a large chicken kabab with salad and a garlic mayo and then chips and extra garlic mayo. It arrived missing salad and 1 garlic mayo. The delivery lad was great but his boss said the salad and garlic mayo were free. So she doesn’t get a refund. The fact it was sold as a meal half the meal was missing and no money back. I think think trading standards need to know about this and I will not be using them Again. A complete disregard for customer service

Thought we’d give them ago but wish we’d read reviews first, 1 hour to deliver, pizzas luke warm and tasteless, £30 of food going in the bin, highly disappointed

The line can sometimes be dodgy, so just double check your order to make sure they have it right. All chips come with 'chip shake' on unless you state you don't want it. It's known as chip spice or American spice in other places in the U.K. Delivery time is reasonable, food has always come hot.

Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

Unit 3 Ava CourtTakeaway boxes now about 8cm lid to base. About 18 chips and 5 slices of kebab meat for £10 joke of a takeaway biggest rip of and also put paprika all over it when not even asked for it will NEVER send my money there way again worst I've ever ordered in my life
