Enjoys Pizza in Sandwell

No customer service skills at all. Workers got the order wrong and I only realised after picking it up and getting home. I called them and the worker was extremely rude telling me to ‘get my order right next time’ even though I ordered correctly in the first place. I then went back and collected the right pizza and they had not listened to a single instruction about putting chillies or vegetables on the pizza. Wont be coming here again, very unprofessional. I’d recommend Five Star Pizza over the road as they are much more friendly and welcoming.

I have been coming here every Friday for 3 years I haven't had a problem friendly staff and excellent food. Would give it more stars if possible.

Very clean and delicious pizza and burgers. There are so many options from the menus that you can try. The owner is very friendly and respectful. Luckily it's near my workplace that often I visit them.

Our go to pizza place. We like thin crust and theirs is the best. Staff on the phones are great, delivery is quick and the drivers are very polite.

I do not recommend this fast food restaurant, I ordered pizza from Uber eats, there was hair stuck on to the crust of the pizza, which had to go straight into the bin, I requested a refund on Uber eats, I sent photos and it still got denied, I had contacted enjoys to request another pizza delivery, the bloke I spoke to had promised he will look after me if we order again as we are loyal customers, i then spoke to the manager at enjoys and he refused that, and told me his staff should not have said that to me, and I will not get my money and will not get anything to compensate me back although I was willing to make a trip down there to collect my food as I was hungry. The manager tried to blame Uber eats because they were not giving use a refund when they put hair in my food.

Ask for the tripple chicken burger , you wont regret it🔥

Decent pizza at a decent price. I have only ever collected from this location (not ordered via delivery apps), the food is fresh, tasty and amazing value.

The food from here is lovely, I always order from here. The best is new York burger, enjoys burger and peri peri chicken burger.

The tandoori chicken pizza is very delicious and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the spacial sauce. The staff was quite friendly and didn't take long to make the pizza.

I ordered 2 pizza 11.15pm. On the 20/05/23. Order accepted, cash on delivery payment. Looking forward to it. Get message to say food with driver on it way, Within just a few minutes later get message to say order cancelled as driver couldn’t find address. It is obvious something else was going on. No call from driver and you cant go from food with driver to cant find address in just a few minutes. Driver made no effort, changed their mind about completing delivery. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Will not be ordering from this place ever again. If driver independent, shop still needs to take responsibility. So annoying.

So fast and really good food x appreciated the free dip too x delivery was so fast within 15 minutes of placing my order the food was at my door and piping hot x

Blood inside the peri peri chicken didn’t cooked properly…

Food is so good, place might stink a bit, but I love the pizza. I wouldn't recommend calling them for pizza, I asked for pepperoni and corn but the guy put no CORN! He was also struggling to hear me. The amount of times I had to say my order was unbelievable. But the food is tasty I love it, just recommended going there not calling.

Used to be good, was our top choice for pizza but they seem to have got bit too comfortable and don't really give a toss any more. Paid twice for extra pepperoni as an extra topping but ended up with less pepperoni than you would expect to get on a regular pepperoni. Looks like I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on

found a hair in pizza that was moulded in the doe. then he said send me proof on watsapp. i sent the photo. then he said i will give you a fressh pizza. i said if i foind hair in this pizza. what makes you think i want another1 lol. i wouldnt go there again

Disgusting food! Never again. The cheese on the pizza was hard and cold so must of been on the side for ages also the cheese sticks were also hard and cold and the strips were burnt and chicken was dry and stringy You shouldn’t take money off people if your going to serve disgusting food! Sorry but never again Edit: forgot I ordered from these before but different this time you out more Chilies on my pizza more than cheese and our mouths were numb and also the chips were that hot in the you out them straight into the container and made it take funny. Absolutely disgusting service.. I ordered via thier website at 12:00 my order arrived at 2:30 if you don't open till 2:00 don't allow you website to process the order.. Will not be using them again

My chicken fillets burger didn't taste cooked it wasn't pink but it tasted like it should have been.

Tried to order for delivery On Monday through Just eat, order was accepted but the restaurant was closed. How is it? How can we place an order while you are closed? Very poor customer service and attitude.

Avoid this shop at all times, its dirty, has rats and abusive staff when you confront them, threatening behaviour towards me from staff as I reported them to environmental health

Pizza is ok Definitely fully loaded so no complaints there Garlic bread was poor It was basically toasted bread with about 5% of garlic taste Cheesy chips and normal chips were lovely Ordered on just eat and delivery was ok only 10mins over the allotted time
