Terrible burger van, stacks of food pre cooked collecting bacteria as the day goes on. Cross contamination that gave me food poisoning from one of their hot dogs. Awful experience, Nottingham food standards should have closed this one down a long time ago!

Stopped by today to grab a quick bite. I watched as the lady served the person in front of me. Then prepared my food and took payment (cash) without changing gloves. Contravening regulation (EC) 835/2004. I politely asked if she changes her gloves between handling food and cash. She became very aggressive. I said that I was sorry and didn’t mean to offend but we sometimes forget. She became angrier still. After nipping back to my car to grab something I walked back past towards Argos and threw the remainder of burger in the bin outside b and q. She shouted across the car park something incoherent so I approached the van and calmly asked if there was a problem, and again was met with aggression and told I need to leave ( odd when she’d instigated the dialogue) which I did. I now understand why this van is known Locally as the ‘roach coach’ not for the general cleanliness because is actually linked and smelled quite clean, but for the standard of customer service.

Had a bacon & tomato cob which was served by a surly looking dark haired girl who asked why I was standing there. The bacon was fatty & luke warm. Would not buy from there again.

terrible food shop. owners are stingy and the opening times arent even accurate they never pick up. prices high and food quality is low they touch all the food with their hands so gross.

El miembro del personal que prestaba servicio era una señora (! ) de aproximadamente 45 años, cabello oscuro, unos 5 ’ 2 y el peor problema de actitud que he experimentado en el sector de la hostelería. Ella estaba estafando a varios clientes mientras que ella estaba haciendo mal sus pedidos. Era lenta, grosera e increíblemente hosca. Tampoco había ninguna razón real para que ningún cliente fuera sometido a esto. Nadie fue grosero ni siquiera le preguntó por qué preguntas incómodas era francamente odiosa. Le pedí un rollo de salchicha y su respuesta fue “¿bueno cuál?” Ahora, estoy familiarizado con Greggs, pero nunca me han pedido que elija un rollo de salchicha específico... así que le pregunté qué quería decir y ella dijo “bueno, ¿quieres uno vegano o uno normal?” Y puso los ojos en mí. Estoy bastante seguro de que no quería uno vegano que fuera con mi bocadillo de tocino, pero la humillé respondiendo a uno “normal”... .. ella absolutamente usó la terminología frontal allí, pero en mi opinión está más que rectificando. Algunos clientes esperaban ver a una gerente para quejarse de su actitud. Si eres tan infeliz en tu trabajo, entonces cambia de trabajo. La única estrella es que la encantadora jovencita que estaba sirviendo y haciendo todo lo posible para mantenerse positiva mientras trabajaba junto al miembro del equipo desde el infierno.

So when we ordered no problems, then they handed me the order with part of another milkshake in my milkshake, due to allergies, they re did my milkshake. Sat down to eat I ordered the McCrispy BBQ.... they got it all right apart from, they put a BEEF burger on... hmmm, think the staff need retraining... avoid if you want a decent meal that you ordered, not what they want you to have....
