Nice food but no drink with my meal 🤷

Food freezing & meet taste very dry was disappointed

Food was ordered and turned up . My burger and spicy wings were hot but Unfortunately upon opening the kebab it was cold . I Phoned the shop and explained and the lady took my details and checked the order and said a fresh one would be sent out to replace it. Within 15 minutes delivery driver turned up and they had replaced the whole order which I thought was a lovely gesture. Considering all they had to replace was the kebab. Thankyou .

Just ordered kebab had to wait an hour for delivery, had to phone to see if it was on its way, delivered by rude dismissive delivery driver, kebab was burnt, hardly any salad, chips cold and soggy, absolutely disgusting kebab ever DO NOT ORDER NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

Ordered from Express through Just eat. Order turned up but unfortunately after opening it we realised the kebab meal was cold. I phoned up and spoke to a lady at the kebab shop and she couldn’t apologise enough and even though I ordered through just eat She offered another one to be sent out. Within 20 minutes a new Kebab meal turned up and was hot. Got to enjoy the kebab and will definitely order again from there. Thankyou

Was cold didn’t want to send it back as was hungry

Just because I ordered cheesy chips doesn’t mean I want partially cooked chips! Majority are just potato

I was surprised how early my delivery was addicted I expected it on time

Excellent food as usual. Delivery was at 11pm even though it wasn't due until 11.20-11.40. Will definitely order from this establishment again.

Delivery driver called me a few times, saying he was outside. It was the wrong address 3 times. Eventually got delivered. Huge portions. Would order again, hopefully the delivery driver will read the address properly next time.

the speed of service was good, but the quality of the kebab was terrible. Incredibly dry, you could tell it wasn't fresh at all. and it's made my partner feel very unwell as a result

Easily the best kebab I have eaten. Fresh vegetables, delicious chilly sauce and the thinly sliced, succulent doner meat was exquisite. My favourite thing of all though; their packaging! Customised with their logos and branding, it was very unique.

I order five doner which cost me £40 is not worth it. There was dry. The chicken was old and the chips there was very little bit sauce. The tomato was out. Onion was out. It was no taste never again. Don’t recommend.

Excellent food delivered very quickly.

Just too much garlic sauce on the kebab. The food was hot, and the delivery was on time. The burger was nice, with plenty of salad.

Portions size could be better - first time I ordered was a very large large now it is more like a medium to large. Was a great sharer for my partner and I but less so now.

Pretty bland compared to other munch boxes (normally kebab box would offer sauce but this one didnt) , chips were old and hard and food was cold, not impressed won't be using again.

Asked for garlic sauce, didn’t have garlic sauce on it, was lukewarm and soggy like it’d be left sat in a bag for a while before being delivered.

This is the last time I use this place waited over and 1h30mins for a order that came cold had to explain told them they have 30mins or less to get my order here hot or I will be coming in for my money back well I think we all know what's happened.

I made order with express kebab, been delivered from completely different place. If I wanted to order from Istanbul express I would of order it myself directly from them or at least expecting a phone call informing me about it

Doner meat old from the bottom of the pot and the chips was dark brown and the order was wrong,we always order from here and always good but this was bad today

The pita bread was more like pita rock. Haven’t had bread this hard in my life. The meat was okay but could be a little more juicy. Salad was fresh

I like the food from here always hot but I always order chilli sauce as an extra coz don’t like it on my kebab , 3 times now I have not got large chilli sauce u keep sending me some disgusting white stuff which goes in the bin straight away don’t no how u can mistake red chilli to some white stuff
