I had a great experience at Farros! While the chips were a bit cold when they first arrived, but the steak was good. The service was fantastic, which tops it all up as you don’t get good service everywhere you go. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars I would… the food was diabolical me and my brother had the filet steak that’s on the menu and they were both stone cold. When i told the staff they apologised and took them away to warm up. Firstly who re heats steak? When we got the food back honestly it was as if they just took it to the kitchen for show it wasn’t even warmed up. Then the waitress bought my chips after 5 mins. My food was cold and then we had it all at different times lol. It was my brothers birthday meal and it was ruined. NEVER AGAIN!!!

If you’re searching for a steakhouse for all the family this place is perfect. A small car park at the rear but quite large inside with decent seating and sections. The staff were attentive without being overbearing but it was not too busy on our visit and it seemed only one section of the restaurant was being used. Thankfully kids had a decent amount of space to run around in a small area as it wasn’t too busy and staff didn’t seem to mind, which was absolutely brilliant! I wanted the sirloin combo meal but the sirloin was not available so opted for the lamb steak combo, my wife opted for the chicken steak combo , I have to say both did not disappoint. This is the kind of place where you can celebrate a special occasion or family meal. The noise level was moderate, allowing for conversation without feeling intrusive. Expect to spend around £20-30 per person, including drinks and dessert potentially more depending on the main order. This place nice atmosphere. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation you won’t regret it! Staff were friendly kids had a great time family all enjoyed the food no complaints here. Most likely will probably visit again at some point!

First of all, we were extremely surprised how good the service was here, considering most of the staff were young, 18-22, but the standard of service was that of someone with many years of experience. Food was good, very generous portions and tasty too, seasoned and cooked well. Lots of families were present, which although it was quite loud, it made the place feel very alive. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Ive been a few times and wasnt the happiest. But i thought id give it another shot. Came back after a year. Rly rly happy with my service today. Bilal,mizzan,dani and farhana were absolutely amazing. Food was great too. Really appreciated the service today. Overall 10/10

We have been to this place a few times and everytime the food and service don’t disappoint. The food is on point and the waiters are super friendly especially Aaliyah who always goes over and beyond in her role. she is super friendly and helpful. A great asset to the team. The restaurant is a little cold but I guess that can’t be helped as it is an old building with high ceilings. I would highly recommend this place, there is so much variety of food for eveyone of all ages.

Second time coming here, the food is amazing! Great prices but it’s probably the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. The girls who served me both times were Maisah and Muslimah. The service is what’s bought me back, and I will definitely be back again, & for sure will be telling everyone about the great service & food!!

Excellent food and good size portions. Our food was slightly delayed but that was ok but while waiting the kitchen sent a huge plate of freshly made nachos. Great service. Staff were very attentive. Very clean. Were visiting from London and had lunch here. Definitely recommend and would go back.

Visited Farros Birmingham on the weekend as a party of 14, we called ahead and a table was ready, absolutely delightful setting with amazing staff, we had a mixed age group and ordered a wide spread of food, the team were most accommodating and the service was prompt, a complete 10/10 without hesitation. Everything about this place is spot on from the service on arrival in the carpark, the happy chappy welcoming in guests, the kitchen staff, waiting team, and the rest... full marks all round. Will be back time and time again, keep up the fabulousness. Another visit to this lovely restaurant, really hammered the kitchen with lots of different things from the menu, food came out in around 15mins and was of the usual high standards a few pictures added from this visit. Full marks on the parking arrangement also, many thanks to the chap in the car park taking care of things. Farro’s visited again whilst in town, as usual we greeted by the cheerful parking attendant who ushered us into lovely wide spaces. At the restaurant we were given a table for 10 straight away (we weren’t booked), food was served with 12 minutes of ordering, we attended to by a very attentive waiter named Hassan, who was clearly very happy to be at work, thank you to all the team, I’ll be back next week with a team of 20, see you then. Farros B’ham is my go to place when in town five stars every time, keep it up guys. This amazing place is our most favourite stop in Birmingham, every time we visit middle lands and north always try stopping here and they have never disappoint us , super friendly, fast and reliable service , most delicious food option for all ages , prayers areas to wudu spaces as well as the most amazing staff Masha Allah 🙌☺️ hats off to management to hire such an amazing team members who make you feel welcoming , and want to mention definitely the most humble and friendly manager hamza , who has given us the background of ferro s , and have so much knowledge despite being so young but very talented boy Masha Allah Thank you FERRO s for making our trip so special ☺️☺️☺️

Having our original favourite Farros in our home town Nottingham i was very wary of coming to the bham branch as have always felt the service in Birmingham restaurants is generally not good. However I was pleasantly surprised! Location is amazing but the service was absoluteley amazing. Staff were considerate and constantly checking up on us. Attentive and service with a smile! Well done to the training and management which are obviously motivating staff to do so well! My siste wearing a niqab was politely asked if she she would feel more confortae sitting in a quieter corner of the resteraunt. We haven't had a better experience of service anywhere in Birmingham but the staff are really doing the name of Farros proud! Food was exactly how we have experience in Nottingham so no disappointment there either! Will definitely be recommending and coming back with whole family soon!

Great place to come with a big group. The food here is such great value for money. One thing they don’t tell you is just how massive the portions are. It was so hilarious with how much extra food we had in the table, however I won’t fault the staff for not warning us about the portion sizes as I get they want to make money, not lose it haha. I recommend their mixed grill, ceasar salad and pastas. Their Calzones are not really worth it unless you want something novelty. They are happy to accommodate swaps or changes of ingredient in certain meals which is nice.

Top service from Nafees and rest of the team. Very attentive. Great variety of food and plenty of seating. If you're looking for a nice meal or some where for a special occasion Farro's is the place. For larger parties booking is advised as they can get busy.

Went here with some friends, decor was great and no waiting about simple menu order at till and guy at till was very pleasant, prayer room downstairs was nice and clean, unfortunately the food wasn't good at all ordered some sirloin steaks which we sent back as we ordered medium rare they come at as well done waiter was really sorry about it and brought out some medium rare steaks all unevenly cooked and no flavour at all probably worst steak I've ever had, two waitress which was standing literally next to us just watching us eat I asked them very politely if can they bring us some sauces and she said "its not our job" I understand that they want customers to get drinks etc but getting sauces when your doing nothing such a let down went here when it first opened definitely won't be returning.

Had a family dinner at Farro’s, happy with everything from start to end service was excellent, good kids menu, they took good care of my children. Over all great enjoyed every moment

Nice interior decor. Comfortable seating. Ordered the fillet steak which you obviously pay extra for, I don’t think it was a fillet steak. Whatever piece it was, it was cooked nicely (medium well). Partner ordered rare however was a little more cooked than rare. Chips were really nice. Mash was a little dry. Garlic mushroom and peppercorn sauce I would recommend. Our orders did come mixed up, so we have 4 at our table and our sides and sauces were all on the wrong plates. We were 1 of 3/4 tables at the time. Bottomless drinks were good, they weren’t watered down or anything like you would expect in certain places. Asparagus and tomato was a nice touch, cooked nicely. Just wish I got the fillet I ordered and not get ignored by staff when they ask if you’re food is okay and you tell them that it’s all mixed up.

Total random visit, wanted to treat ourselves, and i was so glad me and my hubby decided to come here instead of going anywhere on ladypool Road. The food was exeptional, piping hot and full of flavour. The service was top notch, beautiful decor, the waiters were attentive and down to earth. I was given free sauces to taste, and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be visiting again. 😊

Very lovely place. Food is great and the device is always excellent. I take my elderly mum. The staff are kind. I have noticed they make a huge effort. The young ladies, unfortunately I do not know their names.They come over and ask if everything is ok. There have been times when I have not been able to leave mum. The waitresses are always pleasant and help. I cannot praise them enough. Even at busy times, the service is very good. Very clean, good is lovely and portions are generous. Thank you.

A lot of choice and variety on the menu, huge portion sizes and food came out within 15 mins. Everything tasted great and the Mojitos were delicious. Staff are very warm and welcoming.

I ordered a calzone, and it was really delicious, though the portion was huge. I asked to take the rest home, but when I got back, I realised it wasn't the meal I ordered. It was full of vegetables! That was the only disappointment, especially since I paid for mine. But hey, at least someone else will get to enjoy the calzone I ordered!

We had a young lady who I think said her name was alaya. She was so lovely talking football with my boys. Who may I add are asd and don't usually talk to anyone. She really made there evening. They have even asked to go back. I highly recommend farros.

A trip from London to Birmingham for some shopping was brought to a truly memorable climax by the fantastic team at Farros! Wow, wow, wow – what a restaurant! The food was absolutely superb, and as for the staff, they were nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction is exceptional, far beyond the standard “is everything OK with your meal?” routine. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience special. The lamb chops were cooked to absolute perfection, and the burger was by far the best I’ve had in years! As for the grills, the meat quality and freshness were simply amazing – generous portions and an explosion of flavours. To top it off, the dessert of waffle and cookie dough with ice cream sealed the deal – a true indulgence of delights! The service was impeccable, and the food – cooked to perfection – surpassed all expectations. The freshness of each dish was remarkable, and the open kitchen provided that extra reassurance. You could see the chefs in action, with no microwave in sight – a true testament to their craft. I salute the entire team for a brilliant evening. I would gladly drive up from London again just to relive the experience. A superb evening from start to finish – highly recommended and absolutely worth the visit!

Been to farros a few times recently and food has always been amazing. The friendly staff has always accommodated to our needs and the restaurant is very good for children and gives off such a good positive vibe . We were served by mizaan and his service was outstanding . Will definitely be returning soon.

A beautiful restaurant with an exceptional menu - there is something for everyone. The facilities are very very clean, and it’s so spacious that it never feels crowded. The food is also delicious !

GREAT STAFF & ALLERGY FRIENDLY After having a terrible experience due to simple allergy requests in another Birmingham establishment, we came to Farro’s. The way in which the staff dealt with us was exceptional. The gentleman clearly ran us through the menu and what contained allergens and what didn’t and he made sure to inform the kitchen staff of the allergies too. Obviously cross contamination is something that is always a risk however making an active effort to reduce this is always highly appreciated. This waiter specifically is a credit to your team as he made sure to make us comfortable as eating out with allergies can always be a daunting experience. The way in which you communicate with customers can make a huge difference, thank you!

Recientemente visité Farro's con mi familia, desde el momento en que entramos, el personal era acogedor, y el ambiente era cálido y acogedor. Nos atendió Alaya, que era absolutamente brillante – atento, amable, y se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo necesario. Ahora, sobre la comida – tuvimos un pedido bastante grande y cada plato era excepcional! Probamos el Sizzler Calzone, Picante Calzone, Chicken and Beef Sizzlers, Lasaña y pizzas hawaianas y Farro’s Special. Todo estaba lleno de sabor y perfectamente cocinado. Los chisporroteos eran un punto culminante, y los calzones estaban llenos de rellenos ricos y deliciosos. Farro’s también es increíblemente familiar - agradable, por lo que es perfecto para nosotros. Sin duda volveremos pronto!

First time visiting farro’s and I can say that the food was actually really nice. My steak was cooked to perfection with the perfect level of seasoning. The service was quick and very friendly. The manager Ahsan (I think) was very friendly and helpful. My mum wasn’t feeling well and he had gone out of his way to make her tea (even though they don’t serve it). He made sure she was well and offered painkillers too. Very rarely you get such great service with genuine care. In Sha Allah he has a very bright future ahead of him as he is a very sweet guy. My mum was in awe and felt as if he was her son. Thank you a lot Ahsan and we hope you’re blessed with lots of happiness and successful! Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely phenomenal service, I have been to many restaurants up and down the Country. The food was excellent but what made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality received from Hamza Hussain! This man went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you Hamza for making our day special.

Great space and a very good menu. Highly recommended the sizzler steak strips (forgottenthe exact name of the dish!).

We tried the burgers, pasta and 2 fish starters. Was pleased with them all and will definitely eat here again. 3 stars big place service is good but my stake was a bit bland. Mash chips dessert was nice. Lamb chops where also decent but main thing is its a stake house and they didnt get it right !

We came in for dinner and the food was terrible.. The classic burger was awful and semi burnt and the patty was wet . The steak i ordered it to be well done, but it was literally raw and inedible! Avoid

Food was ok a little bland for me there is no table service here similar to nandos so you go to the till to order. As for the food it was pretty average the peppercorn sauce was lacking.

Went here for my son’s birthday party with my family as they have a varied menu which I knew everyone would be happy with. Even though we placed large orders the food arrived in a short period of time and there were no huge delays. But most of all the credit goes to the staff who were extremely professional and worked so hard to make sure me and my family were catered for. Special thank you to Mizaf ( hope I spelt it correctly!) and Aaliyah who really did go over and beyond. They worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. They are a real credit to this restaurant. Thank you both so much!!

Not a bad place, service was good. Food was decent. I got the steak and also tried the salmon dish which did have great flavour. Really nice for big family outings as it’s really spacious. Sauces that came with the steak were good too.

My 18th anniversary so I visited Farros on Stafford Road in Birmingham with my hubby and kids, and my experience was somewhat mixed. The food seemed notably overpriced. The lamb chops, costing £7.50 for just three pieces, tasted no different from what I’ve had at King Karahi on Coventry Road or Shazans in Lozells. The steak was acceptable, but the Mexican burgers were unremarkable and similarly overpriced. However, the kids' menu offered good value, and the lemon and herb chicken stood out as tender and reasonably priced. The drinks selection was a disappointment. We were served Coke, which I personally avoid as it's on boycott list and supports Israel, and found it irksome to pay £3.95 for something we didn't enjoy. The atmosphere was pleasant, deserving an 8/10 rating, and the service was commendable at 9/10. In summary, while there were some highlights like the kids' menu and lemon and herb chicken, the overall experience was marred by the high prices and uninspired offerings.
