Read the previous review but given that the #1 in Twatwith was fully booked, we had no choice. We were setting up an offshore tax haven for a local Fish and Chip shop owner who has an amazing collection of toy cars, so it was an important meal. There seemed to be more emphasis on alcohol than food. The laminated single page A4 menu was a bit of a shock and looked to have been nibbled by dogs. Pizza was served lateish and we may have been a little drunk but there was no need for the owner to wear budgie smugglers. Just about worthy of it’s one star rating for lovely people.

Just avoid 😉 Cold food, warm beer and dubious stains on the table covers - Andrew claimed to have an accident with the mayonnaise.

The experience was somewhat tainted by what can only be described as a real life Basil Fawlty. The owner is rude and obnoxious, asks what you want but serves you what he thinks you should have. This wouldn't be so bad if he didn't instead cooking and serving whilst topless! The pizza was awesome though!

55 Knaresborough RoadWaited over an hour for my food, when I went to collect, order said "9minutes" after the 9 minutes had passed my name had come off the board, so I tried to request my order. After several people were waiting 15+ minutes and not a single person coming to serve or greet them, they had left. I had requested how long my order would be and got ignored (at this point 25 minutes since I ordered). After 1 hour and 10 minutes since my initial order I had again raised my concern to a worker where my order was and was told a few more minutes. When they finally gave me my order, it had been one that was sat on the side for 20 minutes (even though I had chased for mine multiple times) and once looked, toppings were missing off of pizzas, pizzas weren't cut and we're stone cold refused to acknowledge their errors. Would not recommend.
