Amazing lunch food was excellent great service with lovely staff thanks for a fantastic afternoon

We had a lovely experience here during our trip to Edinburgh. The servers were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, and the food was incredible! We have to recommend the single serve churrasco, it is filling enough without being as expensive as the full one and I promise you’ll be satisfied! The meats were cooked perfectly. Overall a great experience!

Five stars across the board for Fazenda. I was thoroughly impressed by all aspects of my evening at this delightful restaurant. The food was delicious, with a fantastic variety, especially with the wide range of side dishes, of which we could order as many as we wished, as well as their market table which was well stocked with seafood, charcuterie, cheeses and anything we could ask for. That's to say nothing of the meat, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also appreciated the wine selection. I was given a very good recommendation by our server, which I very much enjoyed.

We went for lunch, not cheap but well worth it! The sides are amazing especially the fries with truffle and Parmesan. Amazing salad bar with lots of choice and all the meats were perfect. They asked us towards the end if there was anything else we wanted that hadn’t had. A nice treat and we will return for special occasions.

Impeccable service, friendly staff every time I’ve visited. My fiance and I love Fazenda, the meat is always so juicy, tender and fresh - you will definitely need to wear your extra stretch trousers for this place as the staff will keep coming to your table with all the fantastic cuts of meat! Our favourite is the minty lamb. Salad bar has endless options and lots of new vegetables and salts that we’ve never tried before. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to update the review due to a bad experience. After having previously good experiences we were extremely disappointed when we brought our family here. In summary: - The previous table was late to finish, staff were unable to manage the table and clean our seats. It took 30 minutes to eventually have our mains and staff not extend our time slot - We had to keep asking for updates while waiting and when we eventually sat down I asked if we could extend our time slot, staff said they would get back to me but they didn't. - Front house staff were not helpful and should have been much more on point,I felt they were not friendly -and we were the burden The only person who saved the day was our waiter called Rob. He was absolutely fantastic and made sure we got food as soon as we sat down. Rob was very helpful very friendly and only thanks to him did rev eventually have a good time, except we had to move to a table for our desert Hoping this feedback will help front house staff ensure they help customers in these instances. There are plenty of staff at the desk -they could have made the effort to keep us updated and apologise. Hoping this feedback gets back to Ron's manager as he was a star and clearly did the best he could under the circumstances he was given. Previous review: The staff were amazing!!! Really friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. Please give kudos to Sofia who was beyond excellent. Thank you to the kitchen for the very large selection of gluten free availability. Everything was perfect, from the food to the side dishes, from the atmosphere to the smell of the toilet soap.

Lovely restaurant with all you can eat meats. Great salad and pasta bar as well. The ham and pork were particularly good. Best to book in advance as very popular due to the high quality of restaurant.

Unbelievable experience loved it

We had to celebrate our New Year's Eve before moving to another city, they actually let us stay in the place for more than 3 hours which made the moment more than pleasant and, above all, full of magic and good attention from all the members of the place. From the moment we arrived they were friendly, during the meal there were two people from Spain who took great care of us but the best thing was that they were attentive to us at all times. It really is a place to go with family, friends or to have a romantic dinner. The bar is very good for waiting for a table so the wait doesn't take forever.

Service was spot on, making the evening feel even more special. The atmosphere was lively, and our drinks were always topped up. Ali was a great host and served. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent! Everyone at Fazenda was very friendly and helpful. I have to say, as Argentinean, the meat was amazing! Just one thing, We were expecting to eat Argentinian chorizo and empanadas but neither of them were on the menu. The empanadas I could say it doesn't matter but the chorizo is almost important like meat! It has to be on the menu.

Booked a table for 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) Food was amazing, service was prefect and all staff very helpful and nothing was a problem. The Picanha was the best, tried all the meats and full market table. Well worth the price. Even the sorbet to finish off the meal. Will be back again

Wow! Calling all meat lovers. The churrasco experience was superb! If you’re hungry you won’t get better meat anywhere, really excellent food and service from Tim and Ricardo. Brilliant!

We were recommended Fazenda a while ago by a Brazilian guy. We just never got around to doing it which we now regret greatly. We ordered the full Churrasco experience in the evening which also included unlimited sides and access to the market table. The Market table has a variety of salads, sides and dips including a fascinating spiced cauliflower, a very smooth guacamole and hummus. They also do some cured meats such as serrano ham and tiny salamis. One side of the table also holds an impressive cheese collection that we would have loved to try but our stomachs were too full in the end - and cheese is something you should only eat at the end of a meal. For the unlimited sides we got the Boniato (sweet potato and feta cheese) and the Batata Frita (truffle and parmesan fries). The fries were lovely but since you can get them at multiple locations nowadays we would not get them again. The Boniato was heavenly smooth and creamy with a slight crispyness on top. It was like a little flavour explosion in the mouth and we will definitely have it again, potentially even two portions. The full Churrasco experience comes with a round sign on the table that you can flip between red and green. If it is green the gentlemen in the red shirts will come and offer you the meat they carry. They always let you know what it is and you can say no if you want. When we had it on red and the fillet was brought out they came over anyway to ask if we wanted some and of course we did. One of our signs went missing halfway through but one sign was enough either way. Our somewhat surprising favourite was the rump steak. But we tried everything they gave us, including the chicken hearts. We did however miss out on the chicken thighs. Since you can ask for specific cuts we could have requested it but in the end decided against doing so. Whilst we enjoyed everything, the lamb and the pork collar with honey were our least favourite option. Originally we wanted to decline the pigs and blankets as we thought they were too simple but they were incredibly juicy and flavourful and the best pigs and blankets we ever had. As a dessert cut they brought out roasted pineapple with cinnamon and it was so delicious we got seconds (and thirds) even though our stomachs were on the verge of exploding. It is safe to say that we did not require breakfast the next morning. We also tried one of their cocktails, a spin on a Piña Colada. Whilst it was nice, the portion was tiny and overpriced so we will not go for cocktails again in the future. Since it is overall rather expensive we will keep it as a rare treat. But we can’t wait to return and munch for an entire evening again.

First visit and won't be the last, excellent choice of meats

I celebrated the festive season with a meal that completely exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for our Christmas gathering, and the service was spot-on, with drinks always topped up. I loved the variety on the festive menu, especially the lamb rump and picanha – absolutely delicious! Fazenda is my go-to spot for celebrations, and this visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Can't wait for the next occasion to indulge in more!

The best restaurant I've been to in Edinburgh! The price for the meat buffet for dinner is high but it is well worth it. The meat is delicious and from time to time they ask if we have any meat preferences so they can bring us a little more of that. All the waiters and waitresses who served us were very friendly, especially Douglas, our favorite! Highly highly recommended!

Every piece of meat is delicious, the best steak I've ever had. Starting with the waiter who took care of everything, the churrasco staff was very friendly. All types of meat are really delicious, and the chimichurri sauce is fantastic. The sweet potatoes, fries, and vegetables that came as a side dish were all excellent. The atmosphere inside the store also suited the holiday atmosphere well. It was the best meal of my trip to England👍

Went here for my B-day, the star dish was spectacular they come round and cut pieces of steak for you. Would come back!

Great buffet selection and friendly service.

An absolutely beautiful place to eat for meat lovers. The salad bar (though I think it had a fancier name) was delightful and I could happily just eat from that. Fantastic and will be going back again.

We visited on Sunday, December 8th, at 8 PM, and it was perfect from start to finish. Our private side room was ideal for our celebration, and the staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. The food was outstanding—I’ve never had steak so good—and the side bar was excellent. Cocktails were flawless, and the wine recommendations were spot on. Thank you for making our Christmas night out so special. We had the best time and can’t wait to return!

Today is the second time I've been to this restaurant (Fazenda), the boys who serve the tables are extremely competent and professional. Even with the accident that happened to me, the tray simply tipped over and everything fell to the floor. They handled the situation very well by placing us at another table and giving us a discount afterwards. And the food was great as always.

Marvelous food and service made for the customary excellent experience. Host Ben and server Pedro looked after us well and it was so helpful to seat my wife who is in a wheelchair and myself at a large round table to ease me helping her. Always considerate staff

Bustling atmostphere and fabulous service! Every one of the waiters did a fantastic job of keeping up the pace of the meat experience and every one had great conversation and were so polite. Additionally, we came in without a table booked on a Saturday on St Andrew’s day and the lady at the front of house took extra care to see what she could move around and found space for us. Truly exceptional!

Absolutely superb food and service

If I could give this 100/10, I would! Fazenda was recommended to my by a friend and I’m so glad we decided to go for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Not only was all the food incredibly well cooked, but the staff we SO lovely and attentive. Our waiter was exceptional and we had an incredible time. You get such great value for your money and honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the team who served us tonight and made our wedding anniversary so special!

Food was amazing, service was top tier couldn’t fault it. The waitress that served us was very helpful as it was our first time there so all the information given was excellent, the servers that brung round all the amazing cuts of meat where also excellent they where very professional but also still had a sense of humour which was great. All the meats were cooked to how we like which is hard to find in some places. Overall 10/10 couldn’t recommend it more to anyone that is thinking of coming. If you can eat a lot you will definitely get your moneys worth.

Just like in Manchester, a great restaurant. The price may be worth it, but the quality of the meat, the service, and the friendliness and commitment of the staff are simply of a very high level. You just have to go here once. You won't be disappointed.

The rating system may need to be readjusted to include 6 stars for places like Fazenda. Just make sure to book in advance because you probably won't get a table just walking in.

We dropped in on a busy Friday lunchtime. The servers were friendly and there was plenty of food, all of which was cooked to perfection. We had our 3 with us and she also ate well. Kids under 7 eat for free.

My friends and I went to Fazenda for our mate’s birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. From start to finish the service and food was absolutely world class. The quality of the meat and how it was cooked was exceptional. All different types of meat were extremely tasty and full of flavour. A huge amount of credit must go to Bryan who, when I asked, was on the grill that evening. I qas not able to fault the service either and my friends and I were really well looked after by Paula and Sam in particular. They were all extremely friendly and helpful and the speed of the service was quick and frequent. Fazenda were also able to accommodate one of our friends who was vegetarian too which was very much appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend Fazenda to all and will be going back very soon.

First time visiting with family and we were not disappointed. The staff were excellent and helpful. The salad bar was the best selection I've seen in a restaurant and you could have had this as your meal 😋 The cuts of meats were to die for, and the sides were amazing as well. As it was myself and my sons birthday 🎂 we had a wee desert treat. We absolutely will return. BTW, come hungry! Thanks Fazenda.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is also beautiful, if I am not mistaken. The restaurant is Brazilian. The employees who received us were helpful and answered all our inquiries with a smile. The restaurant specializes in meat such as Shamas and Texas Brazilian, but one employee had a rude manner. I explained the answer from her side or she tells you what it means. Search on Google. Although the answer is simple, I do not mention her name, but I did not mention her name. They asked her about her nationality because it was strange for the English to pronounce it, and it turned out that she was from Poland 😅But in general, it is an excellent experience and worth repeating

I've been to Fazenda multiple times, every time the food is incredible, the staff are lovely and the place has a great atmosphere. We go for the full meat selection every time, it's well worth the money since it's unlimited meat and sides. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking to treat yourself, I'd go every weekend if I could! Also the chicken hearts are incredible.

I had a fantastic night out, the food was simply amazing! Every dish we tried, from the chicken thighs to the lamb rump, was cooked to perfection. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a birthday cake for my partner Beccy—such a lovely surprise! While it is on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth it for a special occasion. Can't wait to go back for another treat!

Amazing food! I recommend the full Churasco which is basically an all you can eat selection of 12 different roasted or grilled meat + salad bar and apetizers. Don't miss out on the divine cinnamon pineapple that was just the sweet thing you need at the end of your meal. Everything except for the ham is halal, and there is an H next to the items at the salad bar for the halal food (Which was almost everything except for the ham) The waiters kept rotating with the meat and if you had your coaster on the green side it meant you wanted more. Then, they would carve the meat for you at the table so you'd always have hot meat on your plate. The staff was very attentive and well mannered. The salad bar was very satisfying. The things I enjoyed the most about the salad bar were the mushrooms, olives, chimichurri, smoked salmon, selection of cheeses and the figs. The lunch version was cheaper than the dinner and we were so full that I can't imagine having more. It was money well spent on high quality food. It's pricey, but I'll definitely put dining there again in my future plans. Oh! And there's a dress code! Not too fancy. Smart elegant something... I think it means you can't wear a swimsuit or shorts or flipflops. Most people were wearing normal clothes. Just nice, not too formal or special. But I wish I had looked it up before wearing a T shirt (which is fine btw)

Celebrated my son’s 12th birthday with parents and grandparents. We had a lovely meal, the food was excellent, the choice at the sides table was fantastic and the waiters were attentive and brought a steady flow of delicious cuts of meat, cooked beautifully. My son was even presented with a complimentary cake, complete with candle, at the end of the meal which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. I took one star off the ‘atmosphere’ score because it was very loud inside the restaurant which made conversations a little more difficult than we’d have liked. But overall, a lovely meal, great service and would recommend!

A beautiful location with extremely courteous staff and first-class food. An absolute must for meat lovers – I highly recommend a visit. However, a reservation is highly recommended as the restaurant is very popular.

Ok but not worth the money. £220 dinner for two including £43 wine. The food is good but not great. Glorified buffet. Wouldn't visit again. We could probably get 2 meals of the same quality for the price of this elsewhere. Nah.

We were here twice in our short visit in Edinburgh. The food and drink is consistently good, the atmosphere is hip and inviting, the music is just right and the service is great. It's always busy here, a reservation is recommended.

Love this place. Been for lunch on many occations with family. The food in outstanding. All you can eat card system green keep serving / red to stop. Salad bar, amazing cuts of beef ( fillet, sirloin, rump), pork, gammon, chicken, chorizo all cooked to perfection. Great selection of sides and deserts and drinks. The steaks gave me a true meat taste, which is what a steak should be. The salad bar is truly complete with a bunch of options. Service and atmosphere are also great.

Enjoyed our meal, pity they have substantially trimmed the list of sides that come with the fixed price menu. Quality was good though, as was service. Surprise was the own-brand lager, very nice.

This place was a change of scenery for me and as it was a gift I decided to try it out when I showed up I instantly realised I was underdressed however I was treated great from staff everyone was super friendly and approachable the food and service was great I’d definitely do it again this is a must try experience

Fazenda used to be a fantastic restaurant, but they’re really lost their way. Meat cooked inconsistently, from blue to shoe leather, constantly trying to upsell, short changing people on drinks by over filling with ice. They really need to go back to basics.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and stumbled across Fazenda Rodizio...you guys didn't disappoint! It is on the pricier side but well worth it for the unique experience. We kicked off the celebrations with a bottle of LP rosé which was divine and some cocktails. The restaurant's lighting and candles gave it a romantic ambience. We went for the Full Lunch Churrasco experience and it was simply delicious! The variety of meats were cooked to perfection from medium rare to medium but if you wanted them to be cooked more you just had to ask. It is a great way to try a variety but you have got to remember to pace yourself. The service was wonderful. Our waiter Edward was so attentive and friendly. He also brought a little birthday cake to our table for my boyfriend which was a lovely touch. He truly made our experience. Thank you team for such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back! 🤍

Young Miguel the server is an absolute gem

It's always an absolute pleasure. Great food, good beers, non-stop service (meaning there's always meat on your plate). Nice buffet, great menu options, veggie friendly, but there's only one reason to get there. MEAT. Remember: "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat" (I suppose vegans can't, lol)

Staff were fabulous, kind and helpful and ensured that we had the best possible experience. Food is just the best quality however obviously it does come at a price but it is definitely worth it. Also £15 as a standard service charge is wild!

This was our first Fazenda experience and that was the option we chose from the menu. The atmosphere managed to remain intimate even at lunchtime on a bright and busy weekday. The staff were attentive throughout. There was a plentiful selection of cold meats, cheeses, fish and salad veg along with a selection of warm sides. The range of meat to choose from is exceptional. Eat as much as you wish at your own pace. As my husband remarked its not very often his appetite is completely satisfied when eating from a quality menu. If you're thinking of trying it, I hope you enjoy it as we did.

Came here for dinner for a friends dinner and in all honesty, it wasn’t good… it was FANTASTIC!!! The meats were amazing and the service was unreal! 2nd time of us being there and certainly won’t be the last. We’re accommodating of any needs and went above and beyond, 10/10!

Went for lunch - amazing service, polite waiting staff, exceptional food and great ambience.

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place so thought we would go try it today. We went around 3pm and were told it’s fully booked and the next available table was at 9 and we would have to book it online. So we booked a table online. We got there and they told us because of their ‘children policy’ kids under 5 cannot go in after 8pm! Not once did the worker tell us about this stupid policy when she clearly saw a small child in a pram when we came at 3!! We wasted hours waiting for the booking! Never heard of a stupid policy like this before.
