Before moving to Luton, YSP or Basilisco were our goto place for a Margheritta. After trying many independent and small chain pizzerias, we were no closer to finding a decent Margheritta place. Fireaway was really an accidental discovery as we came to the pizzeria from across the street but the ghastly black and orange decore and the open fire oven intrigued us to give them a chance. Distinctly different to YSP and Basilico and any other pizza we tried, yet nice enough for us to make this our regular place in Luton. The staff is friendly, especially Naseem, the pizza is made super quick, consistently good and never disappointing, recommended.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever ordered. Dry, barely enough cheese with an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce. How can you burn a cheese pizza? Lmao chewing this cardboard was a nightmare. The cardboard it came in was thicker than the actual pizza.

Authentic Italian pizza, freshly stretched, topped and baked in front of you. Salads are also extremely tasty due to their in house sauce!

A nice hidden gem found within town, the pizza was great and was surprised how much of a variety there was, the store it's self is vibrant and gives you good vibes. The chef was really helpful and friendly!!! You guys have definitely won me over and won yourself a new regular customer

Worst pizza what a late night decision gets you. The toppings were not even warm or infact the mushrooms, peppers were just thrown on top. I would NEVER order again. I’d rather have the £1 Asda value pizzas.

Have had the same pizza at a different branch and the quality was so different. Was a disappointed experience. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

JULY 2024: Ordered again late night, fast delivery and banging hot pizza. Crispy chicken strips 10/10. Can always rely on this pizza shop. PREVIOUS: Delicious king pepperoni thin crust pizza and garlic parmesan crispy chicken strips was amazing. My second time ordering and it was a much better experience than my first. Delivery driver was polite and friendly with a smile.

Received a call 45mins after ordering food from fireaway saying they could no longer deliver my order because I live too far away. Explained to man on phone that I had been waiting for the food for 45mins already and asked why order was accepted in the first place. After long back and forth they agreed to deliver order still but it would take another 45-50mins, I accepted this. 25mins later order was cancelled by restaurant on ubereats app. Won’t be ordering from this takeaway again complete waste of my time.

First and last time I ever order 2 hrs after making order I get a call to ask if I want food to be delivered! Absolutely shocking behaviour.

A good place to get fresh pizza and eat on the spot. If you’re going to get it delivered to you, expect a few issues as there’s always something wrong.

Stingiest pizza I've ever seen. Out of 12", at least 3" was just crust, and the rest had almost no toppings and minimal sauce. Would've been better off buying a cheap supermarket pizza.

I ordered 3 times more than 4 pizzas every time but I didn’t get even 1 dip for the pizza, every time I mentioned them in the delivery note.. and also it smells every time…. My better suggestion is do not go for Fireaway pizza luton… delivery service is worst🤮🤮🤮…

Really disappointed to wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas to arrive. I understand there was an issue with drivers, as was explained when I called to chase up, but why not call customers and let them know there's a problem, rather than just keep them waiting? Thankfully the pizzas were hot and tasty, otherwise I'd have been back on the phone. Also don't really think my "free apology gift" of 2 cans of coke quite made up for the delay. Not sure I'd rush to order from here again.

Was hunting for a proper Italian artisian pizza place and finally my search has come to and end! The pizzas are truly epic, it's also a plus that they have a wide variety of items on their menu, and to top it off their staff are so friendly, highly recommend!!!

Ordered a load of salad, pizza etc… for my staff today. It arrived perfectly on time, hot etc… great service and tasty food.

Just eat is so bad they can’t even be bothered to have a dedicated team for handling issues I blame just eat entirely for what happened this evening and will be seeking legal action against the company for gross malpractice

It was a nice experience I got from Luton fireaway shop, we runed into 2.30 am but the guy ( akhtar) was very gentle and kind to me. Pizza was also delicious. Highly recommend.

I went to this store last Saturday with my family. I took two pizzas and a pittao of seconds was very good the pizza cooked in the oven real fires. Everything was very good, my daughter was happy, the chef was very good

Both pizzas were really good, loved the large olives and I highly recommend the Nutella pizza.

Had a takeaway calzone with sides. Wedges were awful, look like they had been boiled and shown to heat, the calzones were soggy underneath, very little cheese in and the meat one was tasteless. The Veggie one was far better. How you git such a high score should be looked into! Plus I dont mind paying fir good food, but I have eaten better food at a weatherspoons!

I'm from Italy, and ever since I moved in england 8 years ago I struggled finding a place that makes a pizza worth eating. But man ever since I found fireaway, I never stopped ordering from them. 2 solid years. Faithful customer. Best pizza in town (the closest to taste like home). Not joking 🙏🏼

Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered today wasn't very flavorful. One small sauce packet wasn't enough for the entire pizza, leaving some slices dry and bland. poor work. Thank you

When entered the store, the staff were very friendly and approachable. They served chicken wings and chicken pizza which were wonderful in taste. Will recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Absolutely worth the money. Thanks staff for the amazing service.

Considering it's selling it's self as a designer pizza I was disappointed the base on my pizza tasted like cardboard and my wife's gluten free base they charge £4 extra was the worst gluten free pizza she has ever had

Ordered through Uber Eats, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes, called the place 3 times and they always said 5 more minutes. Really Don't understand why they can't give you an accurate time. Pizza is fast food and should be fast! Been a regular customer for years but will not order again.

The Calzone wasn’t particularly warm on arrival. Sure it would have tasted good if it was. Surprising that since the delivery was more than 20 minutes early

The calzone had too many onions, the sausage was not nice at all. The rest was nice. The pizza was good but not the same presentation as previously ordered. The salads were amazing, I didn't realise one could be that different and delicious so thank you. The bbq chicken wings tasted underneath like they were spicy buffalo wings which I did not expect. I enjoyed the bbq taste. Couldn't eat anymore because I didn't like the taste of the actual chicken wing. Very much mixed feelings but the things I enjoyed I'd order again

Placed an order. They accepted it. Then called to say I was too far away for delivery. They told me to cancel the order but if I did I wouldn't get a refund as they'd accepted the order. I told them this and I was ignored. Later on I get a notification to say its been delivered, which was the only way to get away with not delivering and not having to refund me!
