Lovely Sunday roast! Jasmine the server was so lovely and accommodating, really enjoyed her service made the experience better :)

Went for a Christmas meal with friends, quality food and we were looked after as Ish was fantastic, drinks a plenty.

SHOUT OUT TO ISH! He was the best. The food was exceptional and we were treated like kings/queens. So happy with the service - couldn’t ask for a better venue. 10 10 my guy Ish! We love you!

What can I say… Christmas came early when we visited the Firehouse and was served by the absolute delight that is ISH. Merry ISHmas!!!

Service was ok, only fault being we booked for myself and my twins birthday and they sat us down late and took a while to take our order , which is understandable due to it being so close to Christmas, but we were rushed off the table without being offered desserts. Just felt like we were being dismissed a little. Can’t fault the food thought and our server was nice enough

We were so pleased to have a delicious seated meal for our Christmas do. We enjoyed every bite and were lucky enough to be served by one of the kindest, most patient and attentive servers named Ish. The atmosphere was great and dj’d by Ruby Wood. Thank you for a lovely experience Ish!

Hummus and pita bread to die for. Wonderful evening, fabulous cocktails and the service was brilliant. All the staff were so busy but nothing was too much trouble. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are fed and watered. We will be back very soon.

Sunday dinner would have been very good had it been hot. All food luke warm except the cauliflower cheese which was hot and delicious. Also place was very cold, main room was cosy but we were sat in the lean to at the side where it was bitterly cold. All in all not a very good experience.

Plenty happening here. Good young trendy crowd.

Came with 3 other friends and sat outside by the fire where we were hosted by the lovely Manager, Ishola who looked after us wonderfully. Ishola’s recommendations were very on point from food, drinks and desserts. Will be coming back for sure!

Had our table booked, felt we were being rushed to eat because they wanted to get another booking in after us. We spent £180, as soon as we had stopped eating all of 20 minutes the lady stood there with the card machine and said they needed the table.. we booked this table for our friends 30th 2 months prior and were really looking forward to it! Food was nice but not great when you’re being watched the whole time so they can get the table back. We bought a bottle of Prosecco and they said we had to go stand up as there were no chairs and hold it aswell as our coats. Shocking when you spend all that money and they can’t even get you a side table somewhere to put your drinks or a chair to put our coats. If you want fast expensive food then by all means book, if you want to chew your food properly enjoy the special occasion you came out for then avoid!!!

Had birthday drinks as the kick off to our day. Multiple levels of restaurant and bar areas. Gets very busy during peak times.

I love the vibe of the Firehouse and love the shows on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 💃🕺👯

Amazing Service by Rosie at Firehouse Manchester! We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Rosie during our visit to Firehouse in Manchester, and she made the entire experience outstanding. From the moment we sat down, her warm smile was very demure, very mindful, very thoughtful. Rosie was attentive without being overbearing, and her knowledge of the menu helped us choose the perfect side dishes. She went above and beyond, checking in regularly and accommodating to our requests with a professional and positive attitude. Her energy and excellent customer service really stood out, making our experience very enjoyable. If you’re having food or just drinks at Firehouse, I highly recommend asking for Rosie — she’s an absolute gem! We will definitely be back.

Always love the veggie roast from here, its one of my favourites in Manchester and I will definitely be going back

Favourite place in Manchester!!

Our server ordered an extra lager & burger, that we didn't need. Came back to say they had no burgers so couldn't have the 3 which was actually 2 we'd ordered. Said we'd have x2 half chicken, when they arrived it was the sorriest half chicken we've ever eaten & given it was a whopping £22 it was very over priced. Meal overall very expensive - the hummus & pita were delicious though & staff friendly.

Gone down hill massively in my estimation. Used to be THE place to be for guaranteed fun and a safe recommendation to visitors. Went on a Saturday night, the “shows” were just two guys dancing for one minute! They used to have amazing shows before but now it was literally nothing, with 30min breaks in between which was so boring. Drinks have shrank to a point of a joke. A single spirit & mixer is served literally in a glass smaller than a flat white. And we were standing at the bar and we were still being charged a service charge without even knowing. We only realised when a friend ordered a £32 bottle of wine and they billed her £35. When she pointed out the mistake, the waitress pointed at the small print on the menu. Spoke to a friend from Leeds about my experience and she recently visited as well based on good reviews but had the same boring and overpriced experience. Please sort it out Capital & Centric. This venue used to be so cool and such a vibe but this and Ramona have gone down the hill, shrunk the drink sizes, slice sizes, so disappointing. As if all the effort is going into Diecast which still isn’t as good as Firehouse and Ramona used to be when it first opened. Sort it out please 🙏

The food at firehouse is fantastic. Quite a simple menu of lovely roast chicken and sides like potatoes (which you MUST get), flat bread, dips and salads but all is done really well. It's not cheap so has to be for a special occasion. Staff are mostly friendly but some are definitely too 'cool' so occasionally can be a bit cold. There are live cabernet and drag performances periodically which are free and great, if a little short. Would highly recommend to anybody that has been to Ramona, but doesn't know this place exists next door!

My first time eating here and the food was amazing. Every member of staff we encountered were lovely. I forgot our servers name, red hair and gorgeous nails, she was fantastic! Will definitely be coming back.

I recently dined at Firehouse Manchester and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our server, Kyran. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our meal exceptional. Kyran was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, ensuring our dining experience was both enjoyable and seamless. I was served by Kyran yesterday and he was so friendly and accommodating. We had some food intolerances and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The food, drinks and overall evening was 10/10 we had so much fun and will definitely be back (to try the Sunday roast!)

Nice place with an edgy vibe. We came for the Sunday roast. Food was good, but service not so much. Took 40 mins for our drinks to come (chased 3 times - they did reduce the bill in the end) and generally took a while to get served/anybody to come to the table. Other than that it was worth a visit.

Came here after work and had an amazing time, mainly because of the incredible food and 5-star service from Kyran. We felt really well-looked after at all times, and Kyran's food recommendations were very helpful - we will definitely be back

Great visit - we loved the quality and selection of small plates available (including for one of our group who was gluten free), lovely cocktails and great service from Jasmine and fun atmosphere and music (though maybe not the best if you’re hard of hearing!)

Sunday roasts are simply the best in the city here. Great choice of meats with vegan options available too! The space has a great family friendly atmosphere with dogs allowed too. Chilled vibes with great DJs make it the place to be! Don’t forget to wash it down with a frozen marg too!

Saw a girl passed out in here, must’ve been the prices of pints. Food was great but we ordered a cup of tea that never came and then we got told we couldn’t have it as we needed to leave because our slot was over.

Incredible Absolutely love fire house for both food and drinks Whether your coming with a small group or large, firehouse is perfect as it caters for everyone. The food is 10/10 and has been spot on everytime I’ve visited. The chicken breast is to die for accompanied with the selection of sides and pittas! If you haven’t been you must visit! It will not disappoint.

We didn’t know what the vibe was and went with our 2 yo, but pretty lively on a Saturday afternoon. It didn’t matter though they were really welcoming and both food and people were really great.

I've visited the Firehouse four times now, and each experience has been incredible. The food is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Jade, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend the Firehouse for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and great service!

the pita bread changed my life, when my friend told me that they have the best pita bread, I thought 'it's just pita bread, how good can it be?' until I bit into the warm fresh dough and I got a taste of heaven they have a very small menu but all the items are done very well, the chicken is very juicy, the fingerling potato's are very crispy, the pickled cabbage is very morish the Sunday roast is amazing, the roast beef done pink is perfect but I would happy just sit there and eat pita bread with stracciatella forever highly recommend the PITA BREAD

Some of the best margaritas I've had in a while! Go down far too easily for the cost but it was ace!

This is my favourite restaurant in Manchester. Every single time without fail I'm met by excellent, friendly staff who always want to help. The food is next level, great quality, amazing flavours and decent portions. The atomsphere is always great here.

Good ambience, service was prompt and friendly. Fantastic happy hour on wine on a Thursday night. I don't know if I'd rush back outside of the happy hour as I think there are better value bars in the area or alternatives for the same price point, but this is just personal preference. Can not comment on the food, would recommend and come back for the happy hour. Side note - the orange wine was dissapointing.

In all my life i’ve never once asked to send food back or replace it for something else. Not once. My breaking point was being in Manchester and charged £10 for a piece of halloumi burnt to a crisp the size of my index finger… £15 for a tiny breast of chicken that tasted like nando’s on a good day is a joke, even if it costed £5 i’d still be annoyed by how bland and chewy it was. Servers were incredibly kind and understanding, we made sure to tip generously - no fault on them whatsoever!

Visited on a Wednesday (40% off food) and loved the quality of food. However, the value for money had it not been discounted would have left me disappointed for example the chicken breast pictured is £15 full price… Atmosphere was excellent with a DJ supplying some solid tunes. Cocktails on the menu appeared to advertise £6 margaritas which was actually only applicable at the sister venue next door which was disappointing.

The best roast I have ever had. It was very busy so I would recommend booking early. The roast was so filling and we ordered some chipolatas & cauliflower cheese alongside our meals - I would recommend getting these two sides.

The food was amazing. I had a pita sharer to start and the lamb roast dinner and a side of cauliflower cheese.. safe to say I was in a good place once I finished! Will definitely be returning :)

We went in on Friday for dinner, 5 of us including an 8 year old and our waitress, Jade couldn’t do enough for us. She was attentive, wore a permanent smile and could do enough to ensure we were happy. On top of the great service, the food was sublime.

There are no words for how faultless our experience was today, WOW! As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly, the drinks were perfect, we had pitta bread’s and dips followed by one of the best roasts I’ve ever had..and I’ve eaten a LOT 🐽 Staff were so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was PERFECT. Honestly, thank you so so much. Legends!

Ordered 3 different drinks and every time the server added £1 extra to the bill. Menu stated £6.75 (which is already a bit pricy) for a standard pint from a local brewery however I was charged £7.75 which is extortionate.

Very happy to see some fantastic vegan options on the menu, which would impress anyone, vegan or not! Hoping that Firehouse & their customers will stop supporting animal cruelty completely very soon. 🙏 Helpful & friendly staff, excellent selection of drinks. Buzzing vibe.

Had a delicious roast here today!! Staff were all really lovely and the food was yum!!! Will definitely visit again. I want to try their normal menu at some point as their pitta and dips look fab!

A very interesting place with a large selection of dishes. Delicious chicken, hummus, pita bread. You can order larger quantities of dishes to share with friends. The only drawback of this place was that it was very noisy inside during the weekend, but luckily we sat outside - the garden was heated.
