Fish and Ships in Tower Hamlets

Absolutely delicious fish and chips. Lovely freshly cooked, chunky and fluffy on the inside chips and the cod had beautiful crispy light batter. Staff are friendly and efficient, as well as had good recommendations too. Spotlessly clean inside, and pretty good prices for the extensive menu; definitely something for everyone. I would thoroughly recommend everyone local and not so local to eat here or get a takeaway as it's brilliant and I can't believe it's taken me this long to try them when I live fairly nearby.

At last, a local chippy who can cook fish! I’ve tried most of the others nearby. Fish House is my nearest but very variable and not what it was. The Britannia is really not good, poor quality fish, overcooked. Here the fish is good quality cooked well with a good batter, crisp outside and soft beneath. Hooray! This is based on one visit. I’ll go again, I just hope the quality is maintained. Ok

Bon accueil fish and chips avec pas mal e choix de poissons. Les frites par contre sont pas au top car décongelées.

El mejor lugar para pescado y patatas fritas en Bethnal Green. Siempre fresco: todo parece estar preparado a pedido, lo que puede significar un poco de espera, pero vale la pena. Buen servicio, los precios son justos. Atractivamente cerca de donde vivo, por lo que tengo que limitarme a un "tratamiento mensual".
